中國石油大學1日稱，周永康校友回到母校參加校慶活動，並與母校師生和物探1961級同學歡聚一堂，同慶母校華誕，共敘師生情誼。周稱：「母校是我幾十年石油生涯的起點，也是我為黨和人民事業工作的起點，師恩如山，教澤綿長，永志不忘！」

台北市長是政治界的明星職缺，當不少政治人物、醫界、法界都發聲搶位，有哪些熱門議題他們絕不該錯過？

（Brain.com 2013-09-26）名律師顧立雄終於鬆口，答應考慮代表民進黨參選台北市長；連勝文也在媒體的追問下，正面積極思考參選的可能性；明年的台北市長選舉已吹起號角，未來這場選戰的致勝關鍵是什麼？魅力？能力？誰能抓得住台北選民的心？

我想借用最近很火紅的日劇「半澤直樹」來剖析明年的這場選戰，行銷、宣傳、議題要從哪裡開始思考！日本TBS電視台所播的《半澤直樹》，自開播以來，收視節節高升，從第一集平均收視率19.4%，之後再也沒有比這個數字還要低。到了9月22日最後一集，最高收視率飆升到了45.5%，創下日本本世紀最高收視，也就是說，整個日本人口裡頭，竟然有近4成多的日本民眾，9月22日晚上坐在電視機前面，看男主角半澤直樹怎麼力抗上司，喊出「百倍奉還」！

上班族的不滿心聲，你聽見了嗎？
劇中有不少經典台詞，其中「部下的功勞都是上司的功績，上司的錯誤都是部下的責任」台詞，更是勾勒出市井小民上班時，最常遭遇到的處境，反射上班族在心中的苦悶。

然而，職場環境不分國境，無論是日本人，或是台灣人，總是可體驗到職場「不平等」的壓榨，或是內心的「忍耐」，更試圖尋找宣洩「正義」的出口。

追求社會正義的渴望，你看見了嗎？
若放大角度來檢視本劇銀行的背景，劇中銀行常務董事透過管道進行不正當超貸將產生巨大的影響，這種運用不正當管道進行五鬼搬運，不分台日，都是人神共憤，也讓民眾心中埋下一個念頭，為何犯罪者總是可以脫身，而老百姓卻只能乖乖納稅，直到累積出對「社會正義」的渴望。
這種渴望不但反映在收視偏好，更直接影響社會行動。這正解釋了，為什麼像大埔或洪仲丘，這種在過去並不少見的案例，為何在今年會激起如此之大的社會憤怒？就是因為大眾對社會正義的渴望。

在《半澤直樹》裡，不見過去偶像劇慣常出現的錯綜複雜的感情戲，反而是緊扣住民眾對「正義」的渴望、對「復仇」的期盼，藉以反映出一般人所不能做的事，而如此平常不過的生活經驗，卻是造就本劇熱賣的關鍵之一。想要參選的政治人物嗅到民眾口味的改變嗎？

對社會的不滿，也能是一種商機
試想著，遭逢各種不平等、忍耐，到對施展正義的渴望，換作是你自己，做得到嗎？有勇氣做嗎？因此，《半澤直樹》紅了，這種對社會正義的渴望同樣也會在明年的選戰中呈現。誰能勇敢抗拒不合理對待，誰能不畏懼強權，對民眾而言，就是正義，就是英雄。

成為選民心目中的「半澤直樹」就對了！
從上班族的心聲出發、民眾投射出對社會的不滿、到渴望「正義」的彰顯等等，先容許我冒昧地改寫一句導演李安的經典名句——「每個人心中都有一位半澤直樹」。只要政治人物懂得從這股期待社會正義的氛圍中，稱職地扮起台灣半澤直樹的角色，相信選民必定以「百倍奉還」甘美的結果回報。

為什麼我會突然想用這個軟體呢？因為平常工作時常常會開一堆tmp的文字檔，這些檔案紀錄著一些要辦的事情或是資訊，然後一堆 tmp 的文字檔就一直附加越來越多的資訊，沒有分日期或是時間，這些資訊說實在看似重要又好像可以不要，每當電腦一關機時這些tmp的紀錄也就隨之不存檔就扔了，但是這些資訊若能保存下來我想以後要回顧工作也應該會方便一些。這軟體覺得似乎可以符合我的需求唷！我想利用這工具來紀錄這些 tmp 的工作紀錄，然後每一天紀錄著每一天的事情，以後要回顧工作紀錄也會非常的方便，當然他除了能打字之外更可以貼上圖片，我想對於工作紀錄會更有幫助的！此外，有繁體中文語系唷！

【綜合報導】檢察總長黃世銘花8小時多在立法院說不清楚為何監聽立法院0972節費電話的理由後，深夜回到最高檢察署再發新聞稿澄清，指是在「102年聲監續字第406號」監聽特定人士時，發現立委柯建銘以0938電話與特定人士聯絡，該人士委請柯介入關說吳姓受刑人的假釋，後來柯的助理再以0972電話與特定人士談論大筆金錢流入柯指定的相關帳戶的通話內容。

特偵組因懷疑有行受賄問題，才向法院聲請監聽，獲台北地院核准「102年聲監字第527號的監聽票」，監聽0972及0938的電話。

【綜合報導】9月政爭延燒，面對各界非議，總統馬英九一再高舉不可逾越司法紅線的大旗。不料法務部前次長李進勇昨爆料，馬英九曾剪報下條子指示法務部前部長王清峰交辦檢察官侯寬仁案，法務部隨後去函高檢署調查侯的行政疏失，李質疑：「這樣有沒有踩到司法紅線？」總統府回應，總統對重要輿論建言都會請部會參考，與介入司法個案「風馬牛不相干。」但司改會認為難逃瓜田李下之嫌；學者批總統逾越《憲法》權限，一開始就做錯了。

高雄大學政治法律系副教授廖義銘說，總統在《憲法》上只有國防、外交、國家安全及協調五院爭議等法定職權，其他都是逾越權限，馬英九一開始就做錯了。廖也批，馬上任以來，一直把行政權、決策權伸進司法，用個人立場試圖改變司法界，就已經踩了紅線。

【徐珮君／台北報導】立法院內政委員會上午舉行《兩岸服貿協議》第3場公聽會，聽取學者專家對開放中國來台投資醫療衛生產業的意見，但與會者一面倒質疑開放後台灣醫療環境更惡化，現在已有很多醫生是周六日到中國的「假日飛刀手」，以後「高階醫生出走，低階醫生薪水更低」。萬芳醫院主治醫生潘建志更批，現在已有4百位台灣醫生穿梭兩岸，一半是婦產科醫生，台灣很多地方都找不到醫生，未來醫生「5大皆空」問題更嚴重。

榮總教學研究部醫學研究科主任郭正典認為，醫院是生命業不是服務業，不能隨便開放，尤其以後中資醫院管理階層是中國人，以後中國人也可來執業，醫療品質令人擔心；陽明大學衛生福利研究所教授黃文鴻批評，兩岸簽訂ECFA協議後，中國想用資金來台稀釋中小企業，從草根擴大對台灣的影響力和控制，要求服貿協議應逐條審查。

台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲質問：「台灣醫療環境問題很多，簽了服貿協議能解決這些問題嗎？」尤其台商去中國投資醫院沒有賺錢，顯示有很多潛規則，中國市場看不到吃不到，柯強調，他不是逢中必反，不反對服貿協議，但反對黑箱作業，政府部門應說清楚。

面對專家學者的質疑意見，衛生福利部次長許銘能說，服貿協議僅開放投資財團法人醫院，不是全部醫院都可投資，且董事不能席次不能超過3分之1，沒有經營的權責，「只能挹注資金，有盈餘不能帶走」，政府對投資也會嚴格把關。陸委會主委王郁琦強調，對於開放醫生、律師、會計師等專業人士，政府「目前沒有這樣的想法」，「立場不會改變。」

Color Run號稱地球上「最歡樂的五公里路跑」，上周在台北大佳河濱公園正式開跑。與其說Color Run是路跑，不如說這是一場五彩繽紛的嘉年華會，每個參賽者都在途中被噴上各色彩粉，自然讓人雀躍。然而Color Run卻也引發了爭論。

反對者認為，Color Run使用的大量彩色玉米粉雖然號稱無毒，但仍會對環境造成負擔。上個月一場模仿Color Run的Color Me Rad，使得大佳河濱公園脆弱的草皮因為玉米粉而腐爛──即使玉米粉遇水即溶，但這些勾芡濃稠液體卻可能使草根無法呼吸。其次，Color Run噴灑的大量玉米粉吸入肺部將造成人體負擔，五公里的距離就可能造成不適。最後，天然的玉米粉是食物，我們不應該如此浪費食物。

支持者則認為，環境負擔的問題只要透過更換場地就能解決，身體不適者也應該自行斟酌不要勉強。至於浪費食物的問題，從長遠看來根本不是問題，因為過期腐爛的食物更多。支持者更認為，例如西班牙的番茄節雖然也消耗了大量新鮮番茄，但卻也因此形成一種強烈的文化景觀，帶來的觀光效益遠遠超過耗費的食物。更有支持者直指台灣人一直抱持著保守心態，才會始終缺少這些特殊有趣又充滿創新意義的文化活動。

即使不提台灣傳統文化中的蜂炮與炸寒單等激烈節慶活動，像這樣拿別人文化否定自我文化的言論，實在讓人無法接受。台灣人對於歐美文化有一種非常強烈的自卑心態，彷彿只要講到「歐美如何如何」就是高人一等。不可否認，歐美文化中有許多美好而精緻的部分，我們能坦誠地欣賞這些動人的制度或創意是好事情，但這跟我們是否應該照單全收卻是完全無關的獨立事件。台灣是有許多地方不夠好，但絕對不是壞到一無可取。

身材纖瘦的人看到身材結實壯碩的人穿了一件上衣很好看，於是就直接把那件衣服套在身上，結果卻鬆垮垮地完全不搭。台灣就像是那個身材纖細的人，總是在羨慕別人，總是想把別人的衣服套在自己身上，以為只要照單全收就會變得美好。但說穿了，這不僅僅是自卑，更是怠惰。在複製異國文化的過程只要出現任何瑕疵就會先怪罪自己的文化，正是一種不負責任又自甘墮落的態度。

要解決這個問題只有兩種結果。如果真想穿上這件衣服，那就好好鍛鍊自己的身型，讓自己在能努力的範圍之內配合衣服；不然，就只能穿適合自己的衣服，發揮自己既有的優勢。前者的難處在於，是不是到了最後仍發現有依靠努力無法改變之處？後者的盲點在於，如果沒有徹底了解自己的優缺點，根本無法挑選出真正適合自己的衣服。說穿了，知己與知彼都很困難，但無法做到知己知彼，只會讓自己陷入更困難的窘境當中。

二戰後的日本跟破產後的韓國都是在最為艱困的情況下，決心改革；如果用上一段的例子來說，就是決定用高強度的方式健身鍛鍊肌肉。兩個國家剛開始都模仿了歐美的成功之處，同時也非常努力地將異文化轉成自己的文化，最後終於不僅獲得成功，同時也讓自身的文化水平提升到更高的層次。這兩個國家之所以成功，是因為他們都非常了解自身的特質。青出於藍，更甚於藍。重點從來就不是改革初期的模仿或者抄襲，而是在移植了外來文化之後是否能融入自己的文化特質，精粹出更接進自我本質的光輝。

【綜合報導】美國國會因未能通過應急預算案，自昨日開始美國政府「關門大吉」，而CNN所做的民調顯示，有不少民眾認為這起事件宛如「被寵壞的孩子」。

民調顯示，有46%美國民眾認為是共和黨的錯，有36%認為責任在歐巴馬，有13%認為雙方都有錯。此外，有69%民眾認為整起事件宛如「被寵壞的孩子」，對人民的生活一點助益都沒有。

如標題，最近兩天使用ListenOnRepeat來聽Youtube歌曲，發現無法自動重複播放，聽完一遍後就停止，要自己重按播放才會再播放，一直找不到原因，請求支援。
