【綜合報導】上月中旬在警力護駕下，前往身亡的張藥房老闆張森文靈前祭弔，被在場抗議的清大學生陳為廷以球鞋丟中額頭的苗栗縣長劉政鴻，事發後原本說「能體諒，不會提告」，結果卻是已對陳為廷提告。
 
陳為廷下午在臉書發文說，竹南分局打電話給他，要他去領「丟鞋一案的傳喚通知」，經過溝通竹南分局同意將傳票專門送到清大給他，因為警方說，「你這案子放在我們這太久，我們壓力也很大啊」。
 
陳為廷說，其實丟鞋當天晚上，警局「就向所有在場媒體調錄影帶」，「現在等到喪禮辦完、媒體焦點轉移，劉政鴻果然還是告了」，陳為廷說，「事情就是如此。遠遠還沒結束」。

根據日本汽車經銷商與迷你車協會的統計，7到9月汽車銷售較一年前增加2.3%至136 萬輛，是四季以來首見成長，成為這個全球第三大經濟體復甦的最新跡象。

9月的汽車銷售強勁成長17%，是4月以來首度上揚，而且創14個月來最大增幅。

雖然前三季汽車銷售萎縮4.8%，但出貨狀況比日本汽車製造商協會（JAMA）預估今年下跌12%來得好。日本經濟還出現其他的復甦跡象，包括股市上漲助長投資人財富、弱勢日圓支撐出口商獲利，日本銀行（央行）1日公布的大型製造商信心，更攀升到2007年以來的巔峰。

一吉資產管理公司首席基金經理人秋野充成說：「帶動汽車銷售的主力，是市場情況好轉，以及消費者變得樂觀。經濟改善和新推出的車款，將持續帶動需求。」

9月成長表現最強勁的是本田汽車，出貨量激增40%。該公司最近開始販售改款的五門車Fit，挑戰豐田汽車在小型油電混合車的領先地位。豐田9月不計入迷你車的國內銷售增加12.5%，日產汽車成長16%。

秋野充成說，日本政府預料將在明年提高消費稅一倍，促使一些消費者先行買車。儘管安倍政府考慮將汽車稅減半，彌補提高消費稅的衝擊，但一切尚未底定。

【周昭平／高雄報導】瓜地馬拉籍七個月大男嬰聖地牙哥（Santiago Nicolas Haider）罹患膽道閉鎖症，需進行肝臟移植手術，在當地募款尋求醫療協助，經瓜國總統裴瑞茲（Otto Perez Molina）關注與協調，上個月21日抵達高雄長庚醫院，昨順利完成母親捐肝的活體肝臟移植手術，由於母親肝臟太大，醫療團隊還動用台灣首次「超減容積」手術，母子術後恢復狀況良好。

高雄長庚院長、肝臟移植團隊召集人陳肇隆上午召開記者會，男嬰父親穆罕默德（Muhammad Haider）也出席。陳肇隆說，醫療評估男嬰僅需50公克肝臟，但母親光是肝臟左側葉就有360公克，只好採用第2葉，植入約200公克肝臟，但切面大，要保留血管與膽管，手術難度高，是台灣首例。

穆罕默德則說，因當地無法進行活體肝臟移植手術，但國外移植費用高，四個月前開始透過媒體及舉辦活動尋求協助與募款，經曾到台灣受訓醫師及總統協助，到高雄長庚動手術，感謝醫療團隊及陳肇隆的治療，母子均安也讓他鬆一口氣，終於可以好好睡一覺。

【胡治言╱綜合報導】檢調偵辦パン達人的母公司「基因國際」內線交易案，基因董事長徐洵平夫婦、小S丈夫許雅鈞、公公許慶祥，昨晨各以500萬元不等交保。據悉，全案突破關鍵，在於パン達人前負責人莊鴻銘將徐等人密謀賣股的LINE對話等內容交給檢調，徐應訊原本全盤否認，見LINE鐵證後臉色鐵青認罪，坦承是在得知パン達人由盈轉虧後，為規避虧損，趕緊賣股，他願一併吐出與妻子在公司虧損、更換董座兩項重大利空公告前，賣股規避損失的3000萬元。

檢方認定徐等5人均涉最重可處10年重刑的內線交易罪，考量徐洵平夫婦身為基因國際董座、監察人，分別以500萬元、200萬元交保，牽線讓基因國際入主パン達人的許慶祥，300萬元交保，許雅鈞200萬元交保、黃筱玲20萬元交保。至於小S代言不實另涉詐欺部分，檢方最快下周傳她到案說明。

標題[請問] 中華電信網路方案

目前我在中壢讀書，大一是住在學校宿舍， 升上二年級後便在外面租屋． 由於房間內網路是整棟共用的， 如果有鄰居在下載東西，網路就會不穩定． 所以我自己找了中華電信牽了網路， 使用的好像是什麼學生方案的． 當初辦的時候對方好像說要辦一年． 繳費方式我是用半年繳一次的， 前陣子忘記交錢所以被停掉網路． 去中華電信繳費時有問了一下， 他有提到說太久沒繳費他會收回數據機． 那麼半年後若我不繼續租屋的話， 我不繳網路費是不是網路會被停掉， 然後數據機拆掉就沒事情了呢？ 還是會有合約上的什麼問題呢？ P.S 這次繳錢我大概拖了將近兩個月, 本來是七月份就要繳費了, 我九月底才繳. 所以感覺是沒有什麼合約上的問題嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.128.252

最近小弟想要入手瑩幕大的新的智慧型手機，或是可通話平板，本來一直在看galaxy tab 3 8.0，看中它的優點是因為它瑩幕大，還有可以用雙視窗，還有送正板的導航軟體（用大瑩幕導航很爽），缺點是他是韓國的品牌，而且攜帶比一般的手機困難。但是後來我無意見看到長江pc-1這一隻6.5吋，大瑩墓手機，他的優點是4核、full hd，瑩幕大，缺點就是小弟不知道長江的手機穩不穩定，怕用沒幾下就壞了，或是電池耗電量極兇，個人希望這一隻新買的手機或是可通話平板至少要可以使用2年以上。不知道是否有其它的大大可以提供各方面不同的意見供小弟參考？

Taiwan market: 7-Eleven launches 7-inch tablet, 50-inch connected LCD TV through cooperation with Foxconn

President Chain Store, the operator of 7-Eleven in Taiwan, on October 1 unveiled a 7-inch tablet and multimedia sharing device enabling wireless transfer of video from smartphones, tablets and notebooks to LCD TVs for launch in the Taiwan market at a combination price of NT$6,990 (US$235) as well as a 50-inch connected LCD TV at a retail price of NT$19,999. The three devices are developed and produced by Foxconn Electronics.

The tablet features a Marvell-developed ARM quad-core processor, 7-inch 1280 by 800 IPS touch screen, 1GB RAM and 16GB ROM, 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera, and weighs 310g.

President China Store said it hopes to sell 3,000 tablets a month for a market share of 5% in Taiwan, adding it will continue to cooperate with Foxconn to launch 5-10 products, including smartphones, notebooks, desktops and portable LCD TVs, by the end of 2013.

President Chain Store launched a 60-inch Foxconn-produced LCD TV in July 2013 and sold 15,000 units in the first three months, the company said.

【大紀元2013年10月04日訊】（大紀元記者徐清風編譯報導）週四（10月3日）上午形成的熱帶風暴凱倫 （Karen）預計將於週六（10月5日）襲擊美國墨西哥灣沿岸。從佛羅里達州至路易斯安那州都已發佈颶風和熱帶風暴預警。風暴預計在週六晚間前登陸墨西哥灣。

截至週四下午5點，風暴時速為65英里，距離密西西比河河口以南約400英里，向北部和西北部移動。移動的速度是每小時12英里。

至週四下午晚些時候，路易斯安那州長金達爾（Bobby Jindal ）宣佈路易斯安那州進入緊急狀態。

據AccuWeather報導，凱倫熱帶風暴在登陸前可能演變成颶風。熱帶風暴的時速達到74英里時，即演變成颶風。

凱倫可能將襲擊上次2005年8月「卡翠娜」颶風登陸的地方。卡翠娜是美國歷史上最具破壞性的颶風，造成1800多人死亡，經濟損失超過1千億美元。

白宮發言人卡尼 （Jay Carney）表示，聯邦緊急事務管理署已經開始召回休假的員工以應對「凱倫」。

新奧爾良都市地區、龐恰特雷恩湖（Lake Ponchartrain）、莫勒帕湖（Lake Maurepas 墨西哥灣沿岸從Grand Isle 至摩根市政亦發佈熱帶風暴預警 。

風暴登陸的地方預計有4-8吋的降雨。可能會發生很小型的海灣洪水。

據《今日美國》報導，AccuWeather氣象學家多爾 （Michael Doll）表示，「風速達到每小時60英里，可能導致該地區小型的財產受損，樹木折毀和電力中斷。」

佛羅里達州週四已進入準備階段。該州彭薩科拉（Pensacola）海灘公共安全總監韋斯特（Bob West）表示，救生員塔和垃圾桶將在週四或週五從海灘移除。

到目前為止，彭薩科拉縣沒有採取緊急行動或進行撤離。 Escambia 縣公共信息官 Brandy Zeiglar表示，「我們不確定登陸具體位置，但是正在要求居民做好準備，以防萬一。」

風暴一旦向內陸移動，從東南部到大西洋中部各州都會帶來降雨。AccuWeather 報導說，風暴過境的整個地區可能有3-6吋的降雨。
