美國政府預算僵局持續一周後引發國內批評聲浪，而國內主計總處公告9月消費者物價指數CPI較上月漲1.31%，所幸進口商進場承接，加上海外NDF見美元買盤進場，因此儘管美國兌新台幣今日上午再度強勢升值，一度強升逾1.5角，新台幣上探29.31，不過未破上周五盤中的最高紀錄，央行近期力守29.5元的重要心理大關，市場認為下午再進場干預的機率高，因此新台幣兌美元匯價中午暫收29.38元，升值1.22角，日成交金額3.97億美元。

雖然台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元上周五強升2.42角，一度升抵29.29的最高價，但由於其他亞幣升幅趨緩，資金匯入也見緩和，加上央行摜壓尾盤，儘管上午新台幣都有較大升值幅度，但是未再破新高紀錄，午盤跟尾盤也都順利守住29.3及29.5元重要關卡，在央行力拱新台幣穩定下，一旦新台幣升高就會有進口商進場承接，海外NDF也見美元買盤進場，今日台股與亞洲股市都出現震盪向下，因此在匯市方面壓力也相對較輕，美元對韓元、印度盧比、印尼盾都見到小幅升值的情形。

【涂建豐／高雄報導】一名53歲婦人今年3月發現左側乳房出現突出的硬塊，最近三個月成長速度驚人，8月初至高醫就診時，腫瘤已達30公分之大，懸垂到接近腰部的位置，醫師研判是惡性腫瘤，建議立即切除。

不料患者接受電腦斷層檢查時，又發現腹中還有一個20公分的巨大腫瘤，醫師立即安排手術，五天後就開刀，從胸部取出4.5公斤葉狀瘤，腹部取出2.5公斤子宮肌瘤，同時還進行乳房重建，手術進行九小時相當成功。
 
醫師表示，該名患者平常都沒有在做乳房與子宮頸健檢，呼籲婦女每年都要檢查乳房、子宮頸，才能提早發現病變。

最近台灣高教界最夯的話題，就是「媽寶現象」。在為孩子好的背後，學會「適時放手」才是現代父母的課題。

九月初，大學新鮮人開學，台大宿舍裡，最忙碌的人是大一新生家長。

家長們滿頭大汗提著行李箱上上下下，忙著幫孩子打掃宿舍、鋪床、整理衣物，孩子則站在旁邊，低頭滑著手機，彷彿父母忙的事，全跟自己無關。

「我孩子睡過頭，要請假」，「我女兒要註冊，該怎麼辦理？」「我兒子要出國，須申請成績單」「我小孩要休學」……，這裡不是幼稚園，是國立政治大學學務處，學校的行政人員與家長之間常有的對話。

以上種種，幾乎天天在國內大學校園上演，近日台大學務長陳聰富終於忍不住在新生開學日感嘆「媽寶學生越來越多」。政大法律系副教授劉宏恩也公開宣稱「不歡迎媽寶」來上課。

台大、政大教授「一語驚醒社會」，輿論掀起「媽寶」大討論。

凡事父母代為解決
媽寶現象從特例變常態

什麼是「媽寶」？所謂的「媽寶」是指家長全方位介入孩子的學校生活，從生活起居、交友、選科系、校務行政，無所不管。甚至孩子成年上大學、進職場、成家立業，仍然凡事依賴父母。

媽寶在十年前還是特例，但最近兩、三年越來越普遍，現在大學生「一切問題都由家長代為解決，」劉宏恩說。

「我兒子想修你的課，可是沒選上，可否幫忙加簽？」「我們全家要出去旅行，但剛好遇到期末考，可不可以幫我孩子提前考試？」「我女兒要當交換學生，可否讓我也一起同行？」劉宏恩這幾年接到家長們的要求可說「五花八門」。

甚至在他自己擔任班級導師時，還曾遇到學生不管是選擇科系、參加社團還是畢業後的就業方向，家長都要樣樣控管的個案。

媽寶越來越普遍，中小學校長協會常務理事、新北市光復國小校長邱承宗認為，「媽寶」實是來自「寶媽」，應該先省思和檢討的，不是孩子，而是不懂放手的家長。
