【陳偉周／基隆報導】今天 下午4時許，基隆市1名77歲李姓婦人，推著輪椅上87歲王姓先生，站在祥豐街馬路中央尋死，巡邏的章姓警員路過見狀，以為李婦推不動輪椅，趕緊上前關切，李婦竟怒嗆說，「拜託撞死我們吧！」
 
李婦向警方表示，先生長期製造噪音不讓他睡覺，又對他拳打腳踢，激動說「他糟蹋了我40年！」因為先生長期久病纏身，承受不住經濟壓力，才會推先生在馬路上尋死，警方已經連繫社會處人員介入處理。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新北市1名江姓已婚男子（30多歲）3年前得知「小三」(28歲)決定嫁人，把女方清涼照片上傳網路要脅「讓我們開心的享受最後一夜吧！」被害人忍辱遭性侵後完婚，未料江男再以補過生日為由逼姦，被害人報警逮人；高院昨依強制性交等罪，判江男6年7月徒刑。仍可上訴。

《蘋果》報導，2008年間，已婚9年的江姓男子與被害人發生婚外情，隔年底女方決定嫁給另名熱戀中的男友，江男不甘心竟狠掐被害人脖子說：「不要逼我把妳掐死。」被害人只好順從，慘遭性侵。

2010年6月，江男又在網路相簿貼上被害人許多清涼照片，在旁加註「怎麼可以在停車場吃掉我，害我噴得到處都是」等猥褻文字，被害人在法庭哭訴：「我為了結婚一直忍氣吞聲，但我再也受不了，希望斷絕他的恐嚇行為，所以才報警。」

高院認定江男共觸犯2次強制性交罪及1次強制性交未遂罪，昨合併判他應執行有期徒刑6年7個月。

昨天去面試一家頗具規模的科技大廠(勝X科技) 面試聊的都不錯,但薪資福利一律無解, 該司是錄取後才知道人資如何核定 但這家公司是上市上櫃,網路上查待遇也都不錯 我是去面試平面設計,面試完該面試官說能否接受 先做一份作品(包含產品瓶貼、包裝盒、產品ＤＭ) 一週後交件，作品OK的話才會通知複試,複試之後 大約三天左右會通知是否錄取! 我知道版上蠻多人都說,已經帶作品集去應該就足以證明 自己的能力,還要做作品測試感覺就像是利用面試再請人幫他做免費的 這些說法我也是心有戚戚焉,而且他要求要做的也不算少, 自己也知道外面其實蠻多公司面試都會要求考試 會回家交作品! 我心裡對這件事情是有些微的抗拒,但因為公司不錯 所以就答應了!但現在就卡在萬一沒上不就白做 所以想問問版上大大,像這種情形,我舉個例: 如果你面試上某間知名企業(EX.奧美廣告或鴻海之類的) 但他們提出這個要求,你們抉擇或看法是怎樣? -- 殺人放耍金腰帶,鋪橋造路屍骨骸! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.25.102
