圖文版：http://lovecc6.pixnet.net/blog/post/275591699 消費時間：2013/10 這間店應該有開一年了，最近才去光顧， 聽說是之前收掉的連鎖店西雅圖咖啡老闆出來開的。 (純聽說，不確定是否屬實) 店內座位還蠻多的，看到這些沙發座， 不禁覺得真有點西雅圖咖啡的味道。 咖啡店當然少不了簡餐、鬆餅、早餐等， 櫃檯的玻璃櫃內也有幾款蛋糕可以選， 飲料單點也算平價，$50起跳，菜單與價格如下圖： 【冰糖燒雞簡餐】$160 簡單包含一杯飲料，可選茶、咖啡、豆漿、果汁等， 如果想點其他飲料則要補差額。 簡餐很中式，配菜是台式泡菜和涼拌豆干， 這家店的好處是配菜和白飯不夠都可以再續， 主食的肉類口味也不差，這次點的是冰糖燒雞， 附餐的飲料我選奶茶，奶茶就泡得稍淡了些。 【印度咖哩牛肉簡餐】$160 老公點的是印度咖哩牛肉簡餐， 除了主餐印度咖哩牛肉外，其他都與我相同， 咖裡吃起來他說是台式口味，所以跟印度沒關係:P 這樣的內容還是偏貴，不過這兒本來就不是主打食物， 主要還是賣空間，讓人坐著聊天看雜誌打發時間的地方， 所以還OK囉，下次來可能會試試教平價的鬆餅或早餐， 而且老闆很親切，感覺有認真在經營。 地址：宜蘭縣羅東鎮站前南路52-10號1樓 電話：(03)957-3222 營業時間：07:30~21:00 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.61.235.117

美國國會參眾兩院在17日大限最後一刻，終於做出妥協，通過了一項有關結束政府關閉以及提高舉債上限以避免債務違約的議案。

星期三晚間，眾議院以285票對144票通過了這項議案，此前該議案在參議院以81票對18票獲得通過。歐巴馬總統説，這項議案送交總統辦公室後，他將予以簽署，政府關閉將立即結束。

白宮預算辦公室説，聯邦政府僱員將於星期四上午恢復正常工作。

奧巴馬感謝國會兩黨領導人，並表示現在是贏回美國人民信任的時候了。

參議院多數黨民主黨領袖裏德和共和黨領袖麥康奈爾在星期三，也就是美國觸及債務上限的前一天，擬定了這項綜合議案。

這項議案得到奧巴馬總統簽署後，美國政府就可以運轉到明年1月15日，債務上限推遲到明年2月7日。在此期間，國會議員可以就削減政府開支進行談判。 2013/10/17

【陳建宇／高雄報導】高雄市鳳山區在縣市合併後成為高雄房市熱區，近年大樓推案多集中在文山特區周邊或華鳳重劃區，而永信建設位於新富路、大明路口的新案則是少數位於舊市區的新大樓，目前規劃80~90坪大坪數產品，由於地段條件佳，專家預估每坪25~30萬元，有機會創鳳山房價新高。

永信建設新富路案預計2014年底進場，暫定規劃80~90坪的大坪數產品，且基地隔新富路面對新甲國小、鳳甲國中及鳳新高中3校合1學區，低樓層即有衛武營都會公園景觀，區段條件佳，高雄市市調協會理事長林政良表示，該案預估開價將落在每坪25~30萬元。

美國聯邦眾議院10月16日晚間以285票贊成、144票反對的結果，通過聯邦參議院所提的聯邦政府恢復上班、提高舉債上限的法案，化解美國政府面臨倒債可能引發的經濟危機。

美國聯邦參議院先以81票贊成、18票反對的結果通過法案，眾議院表決通過後，草案將送到白宮由美國總統歐巴馬簽署成為法律。歐巴馬稍早在白宮發表簡短聲明，表示只要草案一送到白宮，他會立刻簽署。

債限案過關 美政府重開大門

美國參、眾兩院投票通過結束美國政府停擺整整16天暨上調舉債上限的方案，化解美國財政僵局。

據彭博報導，美國眾議院以285票對144票通過這項方案後，將送交總統歐巴馬簽署生效。美國參議院早在3個小時前就以81票對18票通過這項方案。

歐巴馬週三（16日）晚間在白宮表示：「這項方案一旦送達白宮，我將立即簽署生效。我們將立即重開政府大門，美國企業與美國民眾所面臨的不確定性將一掃而空。」

美國參院搶在週四（17日）債限到期前展開行動，而美國國會民主、共和兩黨在不到3年時間已4度利用預算案展開政治角力。

這項方案將讓聯邦公務員重返工作崗位、避免美國倒債危險，同時也不至順了共和黨意、更動政府政策。

不過，美國兩黨議員並未就此化解長期存在的財政政策分歧，在未來數月還將繼續針對同樣議題展開鬥法。

這項方案將終結長達4週之久的美國府會與兩黨對峙。這起財政僵局起因於共和黨議員要求，中止歐巴馬總統在2010年力推通過的健保法財政來源，並要脅若不附帶更動政府政策條件，就拒絕上調舉債上限，也拒絕通過新一年度的政府財政預算案。在這項方案中，共和黨的目標幾乎全部落空。

美國參院多數黨領袖瑞德（Harry Reid）和少數黨領袖麥康奈（Mitch McConnell）磋商達成的這項方案，將撥款給政府到明年1月15日，並延長舉債上限規定到2月7日，避免債務違約，不過屆時可能又會引發另一輪朝野對峙。

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】中國國家統計局今天公布，第3季度中國國內生產毛額(GDP)較上年同期成長7.8%，成長率高於第1季的7.7%和第2季的7.5%，符合市場分析師預估目標。中國第3季GDP較前季成長2.2%，折合成年率的成長率為9.1%。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】英國《Which?》雜誌，測試蘋果、三星、HTC與LG四個品牌的7款智慧手機速度，結果iPhone 5S大獲全勝，擊敗主要對手三星Galaxy S4。而在單核測試中，5S所得分數更是S4的一倍。

此次測試主要針對手機開啟應用程式(app)、播放短片、遊戲表現、多工運算(multi-tasking)的速度，結果iPhone 5S第一，第二是LG G2，三星Galaxy S4由上次評比的第一跌到第三，HTC One排第四，iPhone 5C排第5，三星Galaxy S4 Mini第6名，HTC One Mini排最後。

《Which?》在6月曾進行類似測試，當時iPhone 5被Galaxy S4徹底擊敗，但在這次測試中，iPhone 5S為蘋果扳回一城，更刷新所有智慧手機處理器測試的新紀錄。

iPhone 5S採用雙核1.3GHz處理器，而主要對手S4則採用四核心處理器，但在測試中發現，四核心的速度反而不及雙核，證明核心數較多無法保證較佳的性能表現。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】其實，一對情侶只要深愛對方，即使沒有婚約，也能夠攜手走過80個年頭。

今年高齡103歲的新郎里耶拉(Jose Manuel Riella)，在1933年認識了今年99歲的羅培茲(Martina Lopez)，他們當年就墮入愛河，但一直都沒有結婚，1960年代，雙方進行了「民事結合」(civil union，透過法律確認的準婚姻關係，但並未舉辦宗教或傳統上的婚禮儀式)，卻始終沒有進行任何宗教儀式的婚禮。他們目前已經有8名子女、超過100名的三代孫兒，是真正的5代同堂。

婚禮在當地的天主教神父主持下進行，大批親朋好友到場觀禮，婚禮後還舉行了派對為兩人慶祝。

標題[心得] 永和四號公園旁的素食粥及薏仁湯

===================================== 店家名稱：無(路邊小攤販) 所在地址：新北市永貞路和安樂路交叉口 (四號公園旁) 聯絡電話：無 價位範圍：20~45 營業時間：早上(應該八點前吧)~12:00 ===================================== 香菇素食雜糧粥 小35元大45元 吻啦魚粥(葷) 小35元大45元 (微糖) 綠豆薏仁 20元 紅豆薏仁 20元 花豆薏仁 20元 有無糖的兩樣但我忘了ORZ 這間的綠豆薏仁一杯的size是350ML大小，雖說微糖 甜的是綠豆，薏仁是無糖的~攪和一下就剛剛好不會太甜 然後我要推一下這間的香菇素食雜糧粥 上面有滿滿的切細小豆乾(老闆應該有炒過) 味道很夠…配上五穀雜糧粥真的很涮嘴阿! 小碗的女生應該就可以吃飽了，但應該很快就餓了 我認為老闆應該要改成豆干素食雜糧粥才對 因為我吃到的香菇大概才一兩片吧… 總之，在什麼都貴的台北，素食者能有相對不太貴的食物已經很棒了!!!!! 香菇素食雜糧粥(素)和吻啦魚粥(葷)的粥底是一樣的 差別在於老闆另外加上去的料 素的雜糧粥只有加豆干，吻啦魚粥則是加豆干再加小魚 所以不怕會混到不乾淨… PS:幾點開始賣的我也不清楚啊~~但我八點半去買它就開了! 我只有問老闆開到幾點XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.142.187.113

 【曾伯愷／新北報導】防火觀念向下扎根！為強化新北市幼童防火觀念，新北市消防局特別將正確、基本防火知識錄製作成歌曲舞蹈教學影片，希望透過新北市內各個幼兒園每日帶動唱課程，讓學齡前幼童從唱跳間吸收防火觀念。
 
今天上午9時許，新北市消防局在第二救災救護大隊8樓禮堂，舉行「新北市防火小英雄」創意歌舞競賽，現場擠滿120名的幼生、家長與各校老師參與比賽。比賽結果，第一名由大城堡幼兒園的小朋友改編「玫瑰玫瑰我愛你」自創救護歌舞奪下。

最近想再購買一顆2TB 3.5吋行動硬碟，專門來放影片檔

預算希望不要超過3000

主要的問題是，想請問哪一牌哪一型號的保固比較好？
我希望至少有「3年免費全保」啦
如果沒有，當然是越接近越好

附加一問，那一牌的行動硬碟比較推薦呢？（我比較在意傳送速度、防震耐摔度和品質（希望不要很容易壞軌））？

ps.目前是考慮買Seagate牌的，或是BUFFALO（WD的價錢比較高，不然應該也會考慮）

以前買過2.5吋640G的Toshiba，外殼很漂亮，但買不到2年，接頭部份就有點怪怪的（接電腦時，只要按行動硬碟這邊的usb接頭，就會出現答答答的怪聲），還出現壞軌過...雖然還可以用，但不想在買這牌 = =
