【陳詩璧／綜合報導】網路名人蔡阿嘎在兄弟象董事長洪瑞河宣布要把兄弟象球對賣掉之後，他在臉書上po出文章，內容說到，「果然都不會空穴來風，兄弟真的要走入歷史了，支持了18年的老朋友，這消息真是晴天霹靂啊，祝福兄弟可以找到很好的企業買家，讓球員能有更好待遇，球隊能有更好發展，兄弟爪爪魂不滅，兄弟加油。」

另外蔡阿嘎也說，他在今年國慶日當天擔任兄弟象的開球嘉賓，如果兄弟真的順利轉售，他不就成為兄弟隊史上最後一場勝利的開球嘉賓，不過，兄弟象董事長洪瑞河說，年底前如果沒找到買家，兄弟明年還會再打一年，同時找買家。

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】由中興大學、成功大學、中山大學、中正大學等四校共組的台灣綜合大學系統，今天在中興大學惠蓀林場簽署「台灣綜合大學系統交換生協議書」，未來四校學生可到結盟學校擔任交換生，體驗不同的校園文化，享有更多元的選課空間。
 
該計畫預計下學期試辦，103學年度正式實施，第一階段交換生預計各校各甄選推薦10人，明年2月交換到他校上課，每生至多申請交換一學年。
 
該簽署儀式今天在教育部高教司司長黃雯玲的見證下，由中興大學校長李德財、成功大學校長黃煌煇、中正大學副校長楊士隆、中山大學學務長洪瑞兒代表各校簽約；該交換生計畫也是四校繼跨校選課、體育績優生聯招、夏日大學課程之後，又一項教務領域緊密交流的新合作。

如標題 最近想在家裡做小生意 製作特殊口味的滷味 泡菜
討論之下 決定會使用封口機 封膜
所以想請問一下
依照食品衛生法規定
像我這樣的產品 有甚麼是我在 1. ""外包裝上 一定要標示出來的?""
像我們這種還不知道量多量少的小賣家
有需要做到 2.""食品送驗 或做 食品熱量脂肪等的程度嗎?""

另外 由於泡菜會產生氣體 在韓國 他們有放一個像 乾燥劑的小包 但是他的作用是 3.""吸收氣體 或者是要防止氣體產生"" 我不是很確定他是哪一種功能 不知道像這樣的東西 台灣是否也有??

我是國三生

國中之後沒有繼續練田徑 只有國小有

今年才開始練標槍 今年市運會拿到冠軍 最遠只有50m

沒有教練教 只有體育老師代我練 我目標想進雄中體育班 距離想拉到60m

拚拚看全中運前三

請問現在開始我需要怎麼訓練體力跟技巧呢 (我扣槍很差 有時候丟出去都不會晃)

我目前只有跑跑操場就直接去練標槍 沒有任何課表

沒被訓練操過我怕會輸體育班或別人一大截

餐廳名稱：將壽司 消費時間：2013/10 地址：高雄市前鎮區明鳳三路38號 電話：07-7935503 營業時間：11:30-14:00、17:30-21:00 圖文版 http://julialkpkpk.pixnet.net/blog/post/268707614 相信喜歡吃生魚片的朋友看到首圖一定會受不了口水直流啊!!! 這次要介紹的是一間位在小港的人氣壽司店「將壽司」 聽說不好訂位，所以我們提早一個星期訂，而且由於店內位置並不多 店家都會不停的提醒說可能要併桌，如果不想和不認識的人併桌的話 基本上可以約4個人來吃，因為他們的桌子都是4個人的 所以兩個人來吃幾乎都要和別人併桌 營業時間雖然是11點半，但是之前師傅們就在廚房忙進忙出啦!! 而且門口早就擠滿等待開店的人嚕! 看師傅們各個聚精會神、認真又專注的眼神，就讓人更期待接下來的餐點啦! 肥美又新鮮的生魚片，好想吃啊!! 店內大約只有七、八張桌子，所以吃飯時間一到整個都是客滿的 我還記得我們才剛進去沒多久，一直有人來詢問還有沒有位置 如果沒有訂位的話至少要等一到一個半小時喔!! 菜單 Menu 因為是第一次來，不太知道份量是多少所以我們點的有點多 服務人員就提醒我們若不夠的話等下再點，好險有這個貼心的提醒，不然一定吃不完 鮮魚味噌湯 35元 相信不用多說應該就看的到真材實料了，湯頭不會太甜也不會太鹹，還滿剛好的 海鮮蓋飯 360元 菜單裡好像沒有但是來一定要點啊~!!! 滿滿的生魚片再加上甜蝦及一些配料真的很好吃 不要看它好像小小的一碗卻很有飽足感 服務人員有特別提到要像吃握壽司那樣吃 生魚片要配著底下的飯唷!! 綜合生魚片〈小〉 180元 這邊的生魚片比一般的還厚一點，吃起來真的很爽而且魚肉很新鮮又軟嫩 酥炸軟殼蟹壽司 130元 料很多吃起來頗有層次感 炙鮭魚肚 40元/個，這個真的很推!!入口即化，一級棒!! 蒲燒鰻魚 NTD55/個 上面配上洋蔥絲很搭而且洋蔥不嗆 紅豆湯 飯後甜點，店家會隨後送上 雖然從市區去有點遠，但是個人覺得CP值很高，這樣一餐吃下來約800多，還滿划算的 這天吃完還順便去看小黃鴨，真的好口愛啊!!! 今天有美食及小鴨相伴，過的愉快又充實 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.35.133.99

農業部門透過媒體拋出國內糧食管理將有重大變革的訊息；研擬廢除糧商執照讓糧食管理回歸市場機制，保價收購限政府推薦品種等，勢將對台灣農業未來發展與糧食安全產生巨大影響，由於事出突然，也引發外界不同看法與質疑。政府所透露出若干觀點確實有值得探討的空間。
 
  首先就政府所謂「改變安全存糧的觀點」而言，事實上全球貿易自由化並非全然公平對等，而糧食不只是商品更是戰略物資其重要性與時俱進，即便是高度經濟發達的國家如美國、日本、歐盟等更把糧食安全視為國家重要戰略，對於適合農業生產土地的保留或變更均採取相當嚴格的規範，甚至提供高額的務農補貼來提高農業經營意願，不輕易讓外國勢力。反觀台灣政府在糧食自給率偏低(32％)的情況下，不僅任令其他部門以經濟發展為由，強行將大批良田劃入工業區、商業區、科學園區、生技園區等，致使農地快速流失，讓農地原有的完整性遭到嚴重破壞，還企圖縮減糧食補貼與保價收購等惠農政策，讓務農意願降低，一旦糧食危機再臨，稻米主要出口國循往例禁止出口，屆時台灣又將如何自保。
 
 其次政府又拋「將糧食管理回歸市場機制」。糧商制度行之多年對協助國內糧食產銷管控和安全存糧確實發揮效果，但是由於政府管理鬆散和法規不健全，致衍生出許多違規違法事件引發社會輿論強力批評。政府理應先從源頭管理著手，透過法規制度修正施以嚴懲重罰，同時將資訊公開透明由全民來監督讓不肖糧商無所遁形，恢復國產米原有的好聲譽而非全盤否定讓既存體制崩解，並逐步開放民間參與糧食管控讓糧食買賣多元化，可避免糧商壟斷。政府不宜因噎廢食斷然以自由市場機制為由取消糧商制度形成產銷斷鏈並配合開放國內糧食市場，以國外低生產成本的糧食競爭優勢入境，屆時除了部分本土產優質米仍具有競爭力外，國內市場將充斥物廉價美的外來米，此舉不僅與提高我國糧食自給率政策自相矛盾還將重創台灣農業。現行的糧商制度和功能確有檢討改進之必要，日本政府在沒有足夠的耕地滿足國內需求之下，為因應糧食危機及龐大糧食進口數量，運用大型商社如丸紅、伊藤忠等正在加快與世界各地糧商的合作步伐，來加強購糧競爭力以及確保日本糧食安全。WTO杜哈回合談判無法取得共識的原因之一正因為各會員國對農業補貼、農產品開放程度有不同的堅持所致並非全然自由化。
 
  政府施政固然不能墨守成規，但是國家的重要政策亦不能是即興之作，事先必需要經過審慎評估考量，更需要有完整的配套謀定而後動，否則帶來的會是一場災難。綜觀這些年農業部門所端出的許多農業改革大菜均缺乏延續性且操之過急，不但缺乏完整配套也未與農民做充分溝通尋求共識，冒然推出即遭來農業界強力反彈與農民的憤怒，適得其反。正值全球為糧荒可能再臨積極備戰甚至尋求海外囤田之際，台灣缺乏糧食安全相關政策，未來究竟需要多少農地保命（中國農地紅線為18億畝，日本則為404萬公頃）以及該如何配置，恐怕才是最根本也最重要的問題，我國政府迄今未對此提出完整的規劃和後續作為，卻捨本逐末的大談糧食管理鬆綁與市場開放。這種本末倒置的決策思維，很可能讓台灣農業就此失去競爭力並走入歷史，為政者請務必謹言慎思！

餐廳名稱：墨咖啡 Ink Coffee 消費時間：102年/9月 地址：新竹市東區林森路180號 電話：03-5220608 有圖好讀網誌版（無音樂）：http://ysl11.pixnet.net/blog/post/165109209 某天從台北驅車回台中，天色尚早 一路上想著這段太陽還沒下山的時間該做什麼好 突然想到老姐所在地新竹應該會有些我們沒涉足過的店家 詢問了老姐，便往新竹墨咖啡去了 到了店門口，人聲鼎沸 起初有些擔憂，怕特地前來卻沒有位子 也怕如此多的客人會讓咖啡及環境品質下降 結果也沒有等候，馬上就入座了 入座後才發現，原來靠近櫃台門口那群人，都是來買外帶咖啡的 這讓我非常期待，究竟什麼樣的專業咖啡店可以讓外帶的生意也如此絡繹不絕 我照例點了杯耶加雪菲，W點了檸檬生乳酪 老姐點了壺奶茶飲品，但我忘了確切的名稱 耶加雪菲還附上咖啡粉，光是聞着這香氣，那豐盈的花果香就已令人陶醉 不愧店家打著自挑自烘豆的招牌 咖啡溫度很適當，輕啜一口，微酸在嘴裡蔓延，不澀，而口齒留香 老姐的奶茶則是她每次來訪必點 只要是好茶葉，不會沖泡出不好喝的奶茶的 最棒的莫屬這檸檬生乳酪蛋糕 清香微酸的檸檬中和掉了cream cheese的膩口 吉利丁片使用的比例很恰當，讓蛋糕得以成型，卻入口即化 自從吃完一直到近來幾天，都還念念不忘這生乳酪蛋糕的風味 這中間W去了二樓晃晃，拍了些許照片 我則是顧著跟老姐聊天，太久沒見面的興奮感讓我完全忘了到處走走拍拍 所以大家就冷靜點 喝杯咖啡隨意看看吧！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.126.60.2

今天去昇恆昌內湖廣場逛了一圈, 買了一些東西,有些組合比週年慶便宜, 它們也在做活動,大多牌子都有滿額贈, 以克蘭詩來說,5500元就送紅色化妝包+15mL新出的日晚霜各一+V型精華10mL, 另外化妝品+香水,消費累積滿16800有送毛毯+水壺, 有要出國的可以去晃一下,沒出國的也可以進去看價錢,只是不能買而已~ 1. 克蘭詩黃金雙激萃50mL 單瓶2890元 雙瓶4650元 這個航空加大版應該滿多百貨公司週年慶有賣, 搭配15mL晚霜或潔顏乳,價格是3400元. 2. 克蘭詩化妝水400mL 單瓶1200元 週年慶百貨公司賣200mL的,買一送一(等於400mL)+50mL洋甘菊,1500元 3. Anna Sui蝴蝶結粉盒 一盒740元 這個很好用,我記得原價980元,週年慶沒有特惠組,只有打9折, 而免稅店等於打了75折左右,很划算~ 4.
