第4年舉辦的台中市成年禮自行車親子挑戰賽活動登場，副市長徐中雄與騎士一起上路，期勉學生自我挑戰，勇於承擔轉大人。

台中市政府體育處與台中市競達單車協會舉辦的這場活動從后里馬場出發，在徐中雄及教育局長吳榕(峰)領騎下，400多名愛好騎乘自行車運動的高中學生及家長，浩浩蕩蕩啟程。徐中雄出發前勉勵大家要有始有終，也不忘提醒大家要注意行車安全，順利騎完全程。

體育處表示，這項活動今年已邁入第4年，騎乘路線第1次改由后里馬場出發，沿后科路、鯉魚潭堤防口、卓蘭大橋、泰安火車站，終點再回到后里馬場，全長共32公里，也有家長陪同騎乘，沿途加油打氣。

在地方民意代表及市府官員們為完成自我挑戰的學生們頒發完成證書，象徵自我挑戰，勇於承擔，「轉大人」做自己的表徵。

今天活動中，最特別的就是奇歷兒少之家的參與。由於徐中雄與奇歷兒少之家的孩子們在一場偶然相遇的對談中，促成孩子踏上單車環島的夢想，美利達公司為了響應這次活動，更在今年4月捐贈25輛腳踏車與裝備，幫助孩子圓夢。

奇歷兒少之家小朋友的「單車環島之旅」預計明年寒假出發，今天的單車活動正好作為小朋友圓夢計畫的訓練之一。另外，在參加的學校當中，台中高工師生依然是最熱情參與的一群，共計200多人報名參加。

【黃揚明／台北報導】大統、富味鄉假油事件讓GMP認證制度蒙羞，民進黨立委劉建國今開記者會指出，負責GMP認證後後續查驗工作的食品工業研究所不但近兩年共接受大統、富味鄉委託提供5項、253萬元的專業服務，且食品所的董監事中，包括統一、泰山、大成長城、味全、光泉、佳格等食品大廠董事長都在名單中。劉質疑，食品所一手拿錢幫廠商專業服務，一手查核，又裁判兼球員，怎麼不會出問題？

食品工業研究所所長陳樹功解釋，食品所成立宗旨就是研發、提供產業界技術服務，食品所在GMP後續查廠工作是由一組專門人員去做後續查廠，與提供專業服務的技術人員不同。此外，GMP查廠與研究所董事會組成完全不相干。他還說，大統長基等公司是惡意、有計畫的作假，食品所同仁沒有公權力，根據GMP流程以及廠方提供資料看不出問題。「如果廠商惡意作假，就有可能將來還有一些案件發生。」

經濟部工業局民生化工組組長洪輝嵩說，目前工業局已組成專案小組檢討GMP認證及後續查驗的相關規範，已開過兩次會前會，月底前會由局長邀集相關單位、專家學者開會討論。

仔仔演藝路一路走來備感艱辛，他說：「當大家講到我的名字時，已經給我界定一個方向，說起『仔仔』，就覺得他就是F4，而F4又被歸類為『偶像』，而偶像像是天上蹦出來的，有很多東西不紮實。」這些年來，仔仔一直試圖拋開偶像包袱，追求實力演員的專屬定位。

童年的經歷，雙子座的仔仔，養成悲觀性格，F4大紅，不工作時，他過的是宅男生活，喜歡玩車、看汽車雜誌，一套居家運動服一穿7年，直到鬆垮不合穿為止，拍戲時，以前的仔仔，為讓自己完全進入角色，在劇組演員、工作人員眼中則是自閉性格，總是獨來獨往，他也說：「我是來演戲，不是來交朋友的。」

或許周渝民的「自閉」，反而讓他在工作、生活中有更多的沉靜反思，在經過不同角色淬鍊後，有如今一個脫胎換骨的周渝民。

立法委員張嘉郡針對虎尾鎮升格縣轄市
因為現行地方制度法對於行政區域的劃分及配置，以人口數據做為
主要的劃定標準而受到限制，深感不平。張嘉郡為此特別在立法院
提出地方制度法的修法，要求放寬縣轄市的設置規定，除了依照現
行規定人口滿十五萬人以上、工商業發達、自治財源充裕、交通便
利及公共設施完備的條件外，讓縣政府、縣議會或法院本院所在地
也能設為縣轄市。

張嘉郡表示，行政地位與帶動區域發展之間，具有十分重要的關
聯性，在委員會法案審議的過程中，內政部李鴻源部長回應，會就
現行的法律規定，除了對人口數的條件限制再進行研議外，並考量
評估升格條件的其他配套方案。她希望李鴻源部長能多多給予支持
，讓虎尾鎮順利升格縣轄市，為雲林縣整體地方區域發展帶來更強
大的助力。

張嘉郡說，雲林縣虎尾鎮不管是在經濟、行政、教育、司法各個
面向，都有區域發展代表性的指標，實已具備升格縣轄市的充份條
件，虎尾鎮與虎尾市，這一線之隔的距離，卻因為往昔行政部門的
便宜行事，以人口數的硬性規定，阻礙了虎尾鎮升格縣轄市的機會
，現在終於露出曙光，對虎尾來說，實在是一個振奮人心的好消息
，張嘉郡期待，未來的虎尾能因為升格的機會，更加繁榮。

1．能為我們介紹一下《戰國之道》的研發緣起與設計理念嗎？
Q：企劃方向這個問題其實很有意思，剛開始我們僅僅是希望做一個有趣的戰略遊戲而已，最終我們鎖定了日本戰國題材。這樣我們就有一個很大的問題了，到底怎麼樣才能把武將的特色與個性表現的更好。一直到最後階段，我們決定做一個嘗試，做一下我們從未做過的卡片類型遊戲。用卡片的方式將武將展現出來，也讓喜愛的玩家可以有蒐藏的樂趣。

4．未來推出新角色的頻率大約會以多久的時間為一週期？又之後有打算推出日本戰國設定以外的人物角色嗎？
Q：未來我們將會以一週至兩週的速度加入武將，每個月也會有特別的限時卡片可供抽取。對於戰國設定以外的角色……暫時沒有考慮，因為製作團隊更想為大家提供一個相對純淨的真正戰國環境。不過我想也可能會有些意外吧（笑）。

5．製作人可以透露一下《戰國之道》後續有哪些內容會開發嗎？
Q：以後的規劃？這個很有看頭，我們現在已經製作了很多方便新手玩家了解我們遊戲的功能，包括一些新人的獎勵，讓玩家更快的融入遊戲。而對於之前有經驗的玩家，我們也做了不少變動，在不久的未來會更高層次的提升武將的培養價值與新的強力道具供玩家使用，但是具體的內容，我想留下懸念會更好，謝謝。
