【大紀元2013年11月06日訊】（大紀元記者萬平編譯報導）沙特阿拉伯4日開始全國範圍內打擊數以千計的非法外勞，好為本國公民創造更多就業機會。

半島電視臺報導，警方發言人鮑克（Nawaf al-Bouq）說，安檢人員星期一（4日）一大早就轟轟烈烈的展開了全國掃蕩非法外勞的行動。

警方在商業公司、市場和住宅區展開突襲，查核外籍人士的工作簽證是否有效，是否有公司為他們辦工作簽證。

打擊非法外勞行動持續星期二第二日進行，首都利雅得（Riyadh）部分街道顯得異常空曠，許多外籍人士都留在家中，以避開潛在的拘捕。

在七個月的寬限期間，已有超過20萬非法外籍勞工離開沙特王國。

當局說，希望減少非法勞工的數量，為沙特人民創造工作機會。沙特官方的失業率現為12%，但這失業率還不包括那些大量不找工作的公民。

然而，大多數在沙特工作的900萬外國人，做的都是非專業工作或家政工作，這些工作通常都是沙特人不願意做的工作。

沙特是一個需要提高私人企業就業人口的國家，大多數沙特人都在政府部門工作，民營企業多僱用外國人，提高民營企業的本國就業人口，是沙特一個重大的挑戰。

沙特報紙《蓋澤特》（Gazette）報導，在紅海城市吉達（Jeddah），已至少逮捕了1,899名非法外勞。薩姆塔城（Samta）有2,200人被捕，東部省有379人被捕，另有數百名外勞在其它城市被捕。

《阿拉伯新聞報》報導，數十名印尼工人在吉達靜坐抗議，其中大部分為婦女，他們向當局施壓，以加快驅逐出境處理。早前，在吉達的印尼領事館前發生大規模抗議活動，成千上萬的人希望在沙特當局限期結止前，獲得官方文件。

許多印尼工人無法離開沙特，因為他們缺乏官方文件，包括護照。

幾十年來，沙特當局忽視外勞違規行為，如沒有工作企業未為其申請簽證，或在簽證所列允許行業以外的企業工作。

據沙特媒體報導，目前沙特境內外籍勞工數量為920萬，位居全球第四，僅次於美國、俄羅斯和德國。

黑月比較不會 lag
但是開心水族箱快讓我抓狂了，已經 lag 到一個玩不下去的地步，問題是錢都已經花下去了說，儲值了很多次。也不見管理者回覆，有點不負責任...因為玩家的感覺是最重要的吧。
我不相信沒有解決的方法，只是看內部的人怎麼面對。
有點想放棄這個遊戲了說，之前還會去每個朋友的魚缸撿垃圾，現在都不大想去了說

拜託一下，請解決速度的問題好嗎 謝謝

今天閒晃到VW的展示間 剛好看到他們試乘車在出清 1.JETTA TSI TL 88萬 里程約7000 2012年4月掛牌 2.GOLF GLORY 1.6 80萬 里程約4000 2012年4月掛牌 3.OCTAVIA 1.6TDI 85萬 里程約6000 2012年5月掛牌 看到之後還頗心動的 想請問看看這樣的試乘車有購買的價值嗎? 因為對掀背車比較感興趣 所以JETTA就先排除了 而OCTAVIA是柴油車 相較於GOLF來說就較為省油 空間也比較大 馬力雖然才105 不過試乘的感覺其實沒有差很大 不過卡在他是去年五月領牌 等於說保固硬生生的少了一年半 但是車價也少了約20萬(以折扣5萬來算) 感覺相當的超值 說真的今天開起來的感覺 比起LANCER SPORTBACK好太多了 不管是路感、轉向及平穩度 感覺都大勝LSB 雖然他的外真..恩...真的比較老氣(個人觀點) 以這樣的OCTAVIA來說 對比全新的LSB 是否更來值得購買呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.161.158.94

蒙古第一勇士「孟虎‧魯夫撒諾」造訪新竹縣尖石鄉，與奧運射箭國手林佳恩交流射箭技藝，傳統角弓對上奧運標準弓；還與在地新樂國小學生交流射箭運動，讓小朋友大開眼界。

「孟虎‧魯夫撒諾」是2013年世界傳統射箭比賽（WTAF）冠軍，在45個國家、三百多名選手中奪下金牌，下午也在現場示範傳統弓使用方式，讓新樂國小學生大開眼界。

尖石鄉新樂國小民國90年開始發展學校特色，體育課開始教導泰雅族傳統的射箭課程，也培養出不少優秀選手，2012倫敦奧運國手林佳恩就是新樂國小畢業生。

屏地檢發言人蔡榮龍下午對外公開說明表示，今早傳喚頂新屏東廠長曾啟明、品管部門員工2人、總務部門員工2人及負責部分油品精製員工1人，共6人至地檢訊問。

所有人均表示，對大統油品有摻偽不知情，但此部分檢方仍在調查中，因廠內確實有顏色不同之油桶。曾啟明訊問中表示，大桶油品是由頂新製油進貨，調配比例和配方則由味全公司指示。

頂新製油廠買進大統油品製成屏東縣衛生局所公布的21種問題油品，另廠內有自製油，包括豬油、牛油、植物油等。

對於未來是否傳喚頂新總公司高層，蔡榮龍指出，只要對案情有幫助的證人，檢方都可能傳喚。

味全公司爆發問題油，北市府今天邀業者說明後續處理情形。法務局主任消保官陳信誠說，市府已和味全達成協議，從寬、從簡認定，民眾持消費憑證或油品，皆可到全台味全營業點、松青超市退費，期限至明年5月底，退費的信託基金從5000萬元提升至2億元。

餐廳名稱：連德堂餅家 消費時間：2013年11月 地址：台南市崇安街54號 電話：06-225-8429 營業時間： 8:00~22:00 每人平均價位：30~35 推薦菜色：煎餅 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/293735861 四年前老妹去台南唸書,第一次回家興奮地帶了"一人限購兩包"的傳說中煎餅, 當下我聽到真是鼻孔放大噴氣,想說哪間店那麼不可一世. 沒想到吃了之後,往後便成為連德堂餅家的忠實粉絲. 連德堂餅家位在台南火車站附近的小巷弄崇安街裡, 到那附近要是迷路找不著店家,路上碰到居民,隨便問大家都會往同一個方向指. 不愧是古早味老店, 整個店面呈現溝紮逼雜貨店樣, 整間店最新的大概就是每年重貼的春聯. 一進店裡,很難不被香濃的煎餅氣味吸引,跟著香味來到厚重的煎餅機旁. 手工煎餅現在已經傳到了第N手(底迪是猶豫要不要跟鏡頭比耶嗎?), 不過不管傳到第幾代,還是辛苦的需要人力操作. 這台看似老舊的煎餅烤爐看,其實已經是店內最先進的機器了! 據說早期做煎餅沒有瓦斯與機器, 使用炭火,親自翻轉厚重的煎盤. 到了30多年前,老闆才特地從台北訂購了這個瓦斯烤爐， 省下燒炭火的人力, 不過煎餅還是得自己掌握火候, 定時翻面. 從煎餅爐上起鍋的煎餅溫度很高,需要先放置個幾分鐘再切斷. 現代科技那麼發達,真的很難想像哪間店的煎餅還如此堅持,每片煎餅純手工切斷. 這讓我想到日本許多職人傳三代的烏龍麵店家,也是到現在還堅持手切烏龍麵, 不疾不徐的一刀一刀, 每一刀都是專注. 切好煎餅就丟入垃圾桶啦(誤) 啊,不是啦~是放置在桶子裡放涼風乾再裝袋. 一邊欣賞著如緞帶花的味噌煎餅,深吸了一口氣, 味噌微鹹的香氣竄入鼻裡. 現場購買的煎餅只限原味和味噌兩種口味. 男友看到老闆手提了一袋花生和海苔煎餅, 特地詢問這種事先預訂的煎餅要等上多久. "我們訂單排到明年這時候了喔! 你要訂嗎?" 明年這個時候....還真的沒聽過哪個零嘴預定要等這麼久. 沒有海苔和花生,還是歡喜帶了兩包餅乾回家! 左邊葉片形狀的是原味(30元),右邊緞帶長條形的是味噌(35元). 先來介紹我最愛的原味煎餅吧! 其實這個形狀不陌生, 市面上義美或是小林煎餅也都有類似產品. 不過,只要你拿起一片,你就會發現這重量可是比市售的煎餅種上不少. 煎餅美麗的弧面刻上連德堂的拼音草寫. 連德堂的迷人味道,四年前我吃第一口就愛上了. 咬下煎餅的瞬間,便可以感受到煎餅的紮實, 跟市售那種清脆空氣感的"咖滋"聲是截然不同的. 咀嚼之後香濃的雞蛋與牛奶味在嘴裡散開,吃了一片之後, 根本停不了會想去拿第二片. 接著要介紹的是味噌煎餅. 當年我第一次聽到這個口味, 心中抗拒了許久...味噌不是鹹的嗎? 做成零嘴哪能吃啊? 不過看老妹拿起緞帶般的條狀煎餅邊吃邊呷我,狐疑地拿起一片. 味噌煎餅的拿起來比原味煎餅輕盈不少. 一口咬下是清脆的"喀擦"聲. 嗯~如果說原味煎餅迷人處是厚重的蛋奶香,味噌煎餅的特色便是微鹹甜的多層次味道. 且一片份量就是輕盈,所以讓人更容易一下就吃下四五條不自覺XD 自從一吃上癮後,往後有機會去台南,我總是會特地繞到那邊買上幾包.
