【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名黃姓男子(20多歲)今年9月致楊姓女友懷孕，事後卻避不見面，楊女不甘連8天到黃家找人，黃父(50多歲)袒護兒子又不堪楊女天天報到，持水果刀不顧她身懷六甲猛刺，楊女臥血泊，鄰居報警搶救。新北地檢署依殺人未遂罪嫌起訴黃父，建請法官從重量刑。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，「媽寶」黃男與父母同住，食衣住行都靠家中打理，初聞女友懷孕時，原想結婚但之後又表示沒有能力撫養小孩、想分手，楊女隔天起連8天到黃家，要求他說清楚且狂按電鈴。黃父指稱，因被吵到抓狂，持水果刀衝下樓猛刺楊女，致她身上多處切傷、割傷，直到她倒臥血泊中，黃父才驚覺闖了大禍，送醫搶救她與胎兒沒有生命危險。

【劉嘉韻／台北報導】國內大學數量太多，草根文教基金會今公布「大學氾濫，民眾怎麼辦」民調結果，發現贊成與不贊成人人都能念大學的民眾各有4成，超過6成受訪者認為政府應以強硬手段處理大學整併問題。學者建議，調查結果顯示民眾期待，政府應有所作為。

草根文教基金會委託醒吾科大民調中心，調查國內1082名18 歲以上民眾對於大學氾濫看法，發現有43％受訪者贊成人人可念大學，40％不贊成，也有40％民眾不贊成就讀研究所才能提高競爭力，高達78％受訪者認為直接進入職場才能提升年輕人競爭力。矛盾的是，也有65％民眾認為有必要取得大學文憑。

醒吾科大民調中心主任鍾志明指出，贊成與反對人人都可念大學的民眾旗鼓相當，顯示民眾不知道該怎麼辦，另有4成不認為念研究所才能提高競爭力，顯示高學歷光環已逐漸消退，政府應儘快有所作為。

歐盟執委會5日發表新的能源綱領，指出歐盟可能會停止對再生能源提供昂貴且爭議性高的補貼，並為各會員國援助天然氣及燃煤發電廠以建立備 電力開啟了大門。

歐盟主管能源事務的執委歐亭格指出，「市場的最終目標是對所有民眾與企業提供可靠且負擔得起的能源。政府的干預必須支持這些目標；必須符合成本─效益考量，並隨環境改變而調適。當太陽下山，風也停止吹時，仍必需生產電力。」要確保備 電力無虞，必須興建新的電廠，而這些電廠將能得到國家的支持。

執委會指出，再生能源的投資成本已經下降，因此政府現在可以減少對再生能源的支持。但歐盟不能接受各會員國政府對核電的補助。

我想應該是原本舊房子管線沒有熱水，樓主想要接熱水來方便洗碗所以才會多拉一條熱水管線過來廚房
如果可以的話，不彷將熱水管從下方流理檯出來，管線突出部份會比較少（但需要小改流理台跟拉線改到下方）
另一美觀解決方案，就不要熱水管算了，都用冷水洗碗
以上拙見。

餐廳名稱：九鼎麵食館 消費時間：2013年11月 地址： 高雄市鳳山區文鳳路21號 電話： 07-777-6336 每人平均價位：100 可否刷卡：不可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：韭黃豬肉水餃 番茄排骨麵 炒筍絲 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/294681302 我們家喜歡吃麵食,尤其水餃,但高雄幾間好吃的水餃店都在集中在左營眷村區, 在南高雄我們一直找不到合意的麵食水餃館子. 聽到我們的抱怨之後, 住在文山特區附近的阿姨介紹了九鼎餃子館給我們試試. 九鼎餃子館位在文山特區附近的文鳳路上, 比起附近幾條大商店街, 文鳳路比較屬於住宅區裡的小條路, 整間店算半隱沒在附近的新式二層樓透天房裡. 進店裡前就看到季節菜色的小黑板, 店家說這是據不同時節採買的當季食材,不定時更新菜色. 不同於一般中式麵食店, 九鼎麵食館的氣氛非常地...怎麼說呢? 平靜. 這裡沒有告示牌要大家輕聲細語, 不過來訪的幾次, 發現大家都很默契地輕聲用餐. 比較小桌的四人座位區, 牆上壁畫很有[過故人莊]的感覺XD 將近中午十二點,肚子實在餓到一個極限,立刻拿起手邊的菜單準備點餐. 九鼎的菜單是簡單的白紙菜單,其實上面菜色這麼多, 看起來也很精緻, 能夠弄一本精美的彩色菜單效果一定更好. 當天我和爸媽還有阿姨總共四人,決定不要一人一種麵食, 而是少麵食,多點菜一起分享. 點完餐,到櫃台結帳時發現旁邊有滿滿的酸菜! 我在任何一間麵食館看到酸菜都無法抗拒,總會弄上一大疊, 就算沒點麵也直接當小菜吃! 九鼎的酸菜味道帶著酸味卻不過鹹, 當開胃小菜吃也非常合適! 幾分鐘後,滷味盤上桌了. 這兩盤是滷牛肚和滷牛筋. 先說兩盤滷味為何一上桌就那麼討我歡心, 最重要的就是上面撒上漂亮的一大把蔥花!!! 完完全全懂我這個愛蔥人在想蝦毀(轉圈) 九鼎的牛筋味道很入味,口感偏稍軟,帶點Q勁. 如果你喜歡吃那種超有嚼勁的牛筋或許會失望, 但像之前阿姨跟高齡的外公一起來,就非常適合牙齒不太好的老人家. 滷牛肚也因為切得比較細, 吃起來少了我喜歡牛肚那種超有嚼勁的口感. 不過九鼎處理牛肚處理得很乾淨, 吃下去只吃得到滷汁淡淡的香味, 沒有內臟的腥味. 雖然有一些些不完美之處,但兩盤內臟類的小菜品質都算我在幾間麵食館裡吃到的水準之上 炒空心菜. 要說這盤青菜有甚麼過人之處, 大概就是比一般中式餐館少了可怕的油膩感. 整盤青菜翠綠卻不油膩, 一下就被我們掃光了. 季節菜色炒筍子. 沒想到入秋了還可以吃到筍子~ 一般在外面吃到的筍子都是加醬油炒肉塊,但九鼎的筍子只用蒜頭清炒. 清炒的筍子選材自然要特別細心,選得不好直接就吃到筍子的苦味. 我只能說, 九鼎這道筍子無論在選材或是味道處理都很不錯, 蒜頭帶出特選筍子的清甜, 低油的炒法也讓人覺得沒負擔! 這天的麵食主角之一接著上桌, 這是番茄排骨麵. 一上桌, 番茄混著肉排香氣鑽入鼻裡, 好誘人啊!! 本來以為這裡的排骨可能是炸的那種, 但卻出乎意料之外是清燉的. 整塊排骨有半個拳頭大, 而且肉非常飽滿, 一口咬下, 骨肉分離, 咀嚼之後燉到軟爛的肉在嘴裡化開, 好好吃喔!!! 番茄排骨麵的麵條採用手工粗麵條,十分彈牙. 不過之前也吃過其他湯頭,是細麵條,不知道店家湯頭如荷搭配麵條. 這碗麵的湯頭, 一定要好好推薦一下~ 有清香的番茄,卻沒有我很害怕那種番茄蛋花湯的番茄腥味. 微酸的味道搭配豬骨熬製高湯的香氣,說有多鮮甜就有多鮮甜 主角之二,韭黃豬肉水餃!一看就是手桿皮的餃子, 每顆大小約是外面一顆3塊水餃的兩倍大. 這個韭黃豬肉水餃餡好~好~吃!!! 一口咬下, 滿口多汁韭黃的香味. 豬肉也十分新鮮, 和韭黃的比例剛剛好! 上次吃完老店復興餃子館之後,本來對我很愛的韭黃餃子已經失去信心, 沒想到九鼎的韭黃水餃重振我的信心!!!! 吃水餃時不一定要加醬油,可是請務必試試他們的辣油! 這是九鼎自己炒的辣油,裡面有好幾種香料和辣椒子,吃起來又麻又辣,超過癮! 自從試了一次之後,九鼎變成為我們家的愛店. 碰到爸媽不下廚的假日,又想吃中式麵食,便往這裡跑. 舒適寧靜的環境,低油清爽的美味麵食, 推薦給住南高雄,喜歡吃湯麵或水餃的大家啦! -- 永遠都充滿活力的 Love & Fight! http://www.wretch.cc/blog/mikageyoru -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.117.42.69 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: mikageyoru (140.117.42.69), 時間: 11/06/2013 09:12:42 ※ 編輯: mikageyoru 來自: 140.117.42.69 (11/06 09:14)

43 說一下自己經驗 車商的車通常停牌 但是絕對不影響你試車 他會...(自己想像) 在對 車體結構 膠條等 有基本認識的情況下 （很多教學文） 一定要帶手電筒！！ 1. 先看全車靜態車況 小傷都無所謂 大燈殼是否老化程度不一 後桶箱底板掀開看狀況 四個門六角鎖情況 車門螺絲是否痕跡 輪胎肉剩餘 引擎室是否過份乾淨 通常看你會看1 就知道你不好騙 他自然會跳過能容易被看破的車 狀況好的車 有時候甚至你看一看他就問你要不要試車了 2. 引擎發動 看排氣管煙正不正常 皮帶聲有無怪怪 上路以後 聽底盤異音 像我的車當初其實就有異音 摳摳摳的 停車d檔看看抖的狀況 判斷一下底盤件老化情況 可以拿來跟他殺價！！！ 3. 頂起車 看H樑 整個底盤 .... 買車訣竅就是 正常車情況 不要泡 大撞 小撞反正他都修復 而且也是可更換零件 其實沒差...反而可以賺到新燈殼或者水箱架 水箱等等..無所謂... （我的就左右燈殼老化情況不一 一邊很新） 剩下就只是價錢問題而已了.... 我自己除上述以外 還遇到買回來才發現車子有去泰國洗整個變色過 從銀色變成黑色 車行是整個外觀＋內部板件幾乎都變色 整理一拜＝＝ 這個整理不便宜 是因為我換後照鏡挖了後才發現的.... 希望有幫助到要買中古車的鄉民... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.23.168.111

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】台北林小姐投訴，上月21日到米塔手感烘焙南京店購買蛋塔，但剝開後內餡竟夾有1根頭髮。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導， 林小姐表示，當天她買了2個蛋塔回家，兒子取出來食用時，卻發現蛋塔內餡竟夾有一根頭髮，她直呼，「要不是有把蛋搭折對半（才發現頭髮），不就吃下肚了。」業者艾米塔食品公司南京店承認疏失，願賠償消費者，會再加強清潔。台北市衛生局食品藥物管理處表示，已違反《食品衛生管理法》，須限期改善，未改善者依法可處6萬元以上、1500萬元以下罰鍰。

【黃彥傑／台北報導】台北市今天早上6時許，小西街1間民宅冒出煙味，附近鄰居聞到味道趕緊報警。警消獲報到場，發現鐵門深鎖，按電鈴也沒人回應。深怕發生意外，正當大家急忙聯絡屋主時，屋主睡眼惺忪的將鐵門緩緩升起，還問說發生什麼事，讓警消哭笑不得。所幸屋主表示，因蚊香消毒，才會有煙冒出，造成誤會深感抱歉，讓大家虛驚一場。
