【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】日前被拍到吸毒影像的加拿大多倫多市長福德（Rob Ford），3日在廣播節目中道歉，今天召開記者會坦承吸毒，並保證這樣的錯誤絕對不會再發生，再度向大眾道歉。

福德表示「我愛我的工作，我愛這個城市，我喜歡幫納稅人省錢，我喜歡當市長，過去的事就讓它過去，我們應該向前看，我已經沒有什麼可隱藏了。」

向大眾表達極度抱歉的福德，依舊沒有請辭的意願，並表示應該立刻回到正軌開始工作，而且明年還將尋求連任。

【陳怡伶／綜合報導】劉若英（奶茶）昨去探望失聯已久的小學老師，她說：「全老師，今年84歲。她笑容依舊，憶當年，調皮的我歷歷在目。她說不敢相信我會突然出現，緊張的收了一早上的屋子。看到老師書桌上還有我表演的濃妝照，哈哈！」
 
奶茶不僅拍下與老師的珍貴合照，同時也在微博上跟粉絲們分享她孩童時期表演的濃妝照，不少眼尖的網友發現，童年化大濃妝的她竟與鞏俐有幾分神似！最後她也不忘呼籲粉絲，「別忘記偶而回頭看看曾經陪伴你的人，彼此都會感到很窩心」。

首次參加國際展覽，桃園退休教師蔡水景就在法國蒙特伊的「冬季」展中，以「岩石」畫作得到鼓勵藝術家的「泰勒獎」。

蔡水景1983年畢業於國立台灣師範大學美術系，自國小教職退休後，悠遊於書畫、篆刻天地，並不斷精益求精，去上桃園文化局邀請師大美術系客座教授李文謙的跨領域藝術認知及創作課程，受到李文謙賞識，邀他參展，沒想到首次參加國際展覽，蔡水景就一鳴驚人得到國外藝術界認可。

泰勒（Taylor）獎是泰勒藝術基金會1884年仿美國基金會模式創立，100多年來以補助和獎勵支持了許多藝術家，特別是在繪畫、雕塑和版畫類。因為它評審出獲獎的作品都有很高的水準，所以泰勒獎的得獎者都受到法國藝術界的重視。

法國藝術家協會（Maison des artistes）在蒙特伊（Montreuil）主辦的「冬季」（Hivernales）展，今年不只請李文謙擔任策展人，更同意以台灣之名參展，在展場中，台灣藝術家的作品與中國大陸的藝術家作品區隔開來。

李文謙邀請師大美術系師生及博士畢業生的新水墨作品，代表台灣團體參展，首次將台灣美術系和國際藝術沙龍直接連結，且讓參觀者看到水墨畫在當代的演變。

李文謙表示，國外對於中國水墨畫還停留在山水花鳥的概念，但是新生代對水墨畫的概念已經改變，他們的畫非常接近當代的生活和現實，在傳統筆墨紙中也加入許多新技巧，使得作品的呈現更加豐富多元。

例如，陳柔伊對兩岸關係的思考就是以長命富貴的金鎖片來表達，廖美蘭畫一菜販，臉和手以西方寫實方式並上色處理。

由保羅沃克首度自製自演的飆車動作新片《玩命車手》，遠赴南非約翰尼斯堡拍攝，魅力無窮的他除了展現親和力，連被他「按胸」2小時的女主角奈瑪麥克琳都直呼「幸運」。

電影集合動作、飆車、綁架、懸疑等元素，片中所有精彩的飆車畫面，包括穿梭、打滑、開上人行道、衝破鷹架、逆向行駛、衝撞超市等高難度動作，都由保羅沃克親身上陣，可說是看頭十足。其中被燒掉或撞壞的車輛就高達15台，900萬瞬間蒸發，劇組連眼都不眨一下。

而導演穆坤達麥克德威在看過美國破億的《第九禁區》後，就深深被片中約翰尼斯堡的場景所吸引，所以特地在此取景。而且約翰尼斯堡拍片規定比較寬鬆，許多地方不須封街就可拍攝，因此製作團隊能挺進一些比較險惡的區域，例如貧民窟取景，捕捉完全不同於歐美城市的樣貌。

但也因此劇組經常被大批人群、孩童包圍，等待拍戲的空檔，更有許多小孩爬到保羅沃克的車上，好奇地望著他。保羅沃克也大展親和力，拍片空檔期間不會躲進拖車休息，甚至大方和當地孩童合照，還讓小男生騎到他肩膀上，偶爾還會對著鏡頭吐舌頭賣萌，完全沒有好萊塢大明星的架子。

不僅小孩喜歡保羅沃克，南非女主角奈瑪麥克琳也視他為偶像，片中一場被子彈打中胸部的戲，保羅沃克必須替她「按胸止血」，結果這場戲一拍就是2小時，她就這樣被「按」了2小時，她非但沒有不爽，反而說：「這是我的大銀幕處女作，首次拍電影就能和偶像合作，實在太幸運了！」《玩命車手》將於本周五（8日）在台上映。

美國廣播公司（ABC）知名女主播、新聞節目「20/20」主持人瓦爾加斯，因為酒精成癮問題，已經住進勒戒中心接受輔導。

美國廣播公司證實，51歲的瓦爾加斯（Elizabeth Vargas），因為酒癮問題，住進勒戒中心已經數週，輔導療程還要持續數週才會結束。

瓦爾加斯與音樂製作人寇恩（Marc Cohn）結婚11年，育有2子。

瓦爾加斯透過美國廣播公司發表聲明說：「像很多人一樣，我有著成癮症的問題。我了解到自己越來越依賴酒精。」

她表示，將會以每一天做為一個目標，面對自己的問題，非常感謝家人、朋友與同事們給她的支持。

如果今天因為反對多元成家的成立，堅守一夫一妻的信念，那些gay就會找個妹娶了，那些lesbian就會找個男人嫁了，然後生兒育女繁衍後代，從此過著幸福快樂的日子。Fine,請大力的反對多元成家，請算我一份大力的反對。然而（有腦的）我們都知道，這種事不會發生。我們一樣會去愛我們所愛的，然後在不被社會祝福及認可的情況下勇敢的活下去。是，我們一樣會這樣做，可是為什麼我們必須這樣做？就因為那些不是理由的理由嗎？
 
何戎說他不知道怎麼跟他小孩教育這種事情。但我想說的是，如果你沒有辦法教導你小孩正確的人生觀，你沒有能力讓你的小孩去愛他所愛的，那你為什麼要生小孩？生孩子很容易，難的是讓小孩健康快樂的長大。如果沒辦法給小孩健康的心靈，為什麼要生小孩？那些拿這些理由，教育、養育等等理由的人，你們沒有能力給小孩健康、開明且正確的概念，為什麼要生小孩？為什麼要糟蹋自己的後代？那些說自己小孩是同性戀就要自殺的父母，請把你們脖子洗乾淨，因為同性戀的比例在這世界上是超乎你們想像的高，而且這是非常極度正常的現象。
 
更多拿宗教和上帝當藉口的人，我想跟你們說的是，你們口中的上帝是無辜的，不要什麼事都推給他。上帝沒有教人們發動戰爭，沒有教人們排斥任何族群，更沒有教神父或誰性侵男童。然而你們都假藉他的名義做了。也許你們口中的上帝根本不存在，你們口中的上帝只是你們內心的惡魔。你們拿他當藉口去排擠、去歧視、去反對，去讓本來應該充滿愛的世界充滿偏見。
 
多元的社會應該要包容多元的意見，我承認。但是任何的意見，無論反對或支持，都要用合理的理由。甚至我可以說，如果今天某人的理由是「我看到同性戀就覺得很噁心，我永遠無法接受這種事發生。」很好，我願意高度尊重你的意見，因為個人觀感無法改變，這絕對是一個合理的理由。但是拿宗教，拿生育來當藉口的人，你們的理由站得住腳嗎？你們不丟臉嗎？你們不敢勇敢面對自己的想法，還把理由推給其他人事物，你們難道不可恥嗎？

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國山西省委辦公大樓門口今早連環爆炸案，有市民指出，當時聽到7次爆炸聲響，現場鋼珠滿天飛，懷疑有人自製炸彈作案。目前傳出1死7傷，日本NHK更報導，表示上傳到微博的爆炸相關照片，已經開始遭到刪除。

據悉現場有車輛被炸到車身全是圓點凹凸，有的車輛車胎被爆炸碎片割破。爆炸首先在大樓門口的花槽發生，隨後門口各處接連再爆。警方隨即封鎖現場及附近街道，大批上班人士今早均需走路到公司。約在早上11時左右，現場解除封鎖。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國浙江昨日有民眾在街頭拍下，有一輛停在診所旁邊的名貴轎車，其擋風玻璃被砸破，但是在玻璃上方竟然出現一個含有不明液體的保險套。

有不少當地民眾猜測，不知是哪位缺德男子亂丟東西，把別人的車子玻璃砸破。據悉車主已經報警，計損失至少近千元人民幣(約新台幣4800元)。
