【孫英哲／彰化報導】大統長基董事長高振利，被裁定以1200萬元交保(原裁定100萬元)，今下午4時50分，高振利的3名友人(二男一女)，經5個半小時籌錢後，先到法警室領取繳款單，再到合庫點錢1100萬元確認，並把繳款單送回法院，完成具保手續，高振利不發一語由家人開車載走。

我有個放很開的男同志朋友，就是毫不掩飾花枝招展的那種，也因為他很放得開，跟他一起還挺開心的，畢竟他完全肆無忌憚口無遮攔地顯示他是個男同志，有些時候還挺有趣的。 

有次跟他喝咖啡，他一剛到坐下來，才打完招呼就興沖沖拿出一本書來，他說他剛看到這本書超興奮就買了，急著與我分享。接著他把包裝拆掉，我就覺得有點不妙了，因為那本書的封面就只有一個男生的鼠蹊部穿著內褲，然後書名就是”The Big Penis Book”，一本裡面都是男性的很大的那個XX的書(為維持善良風俗，以下我都用XX代替好了)，且很興奮的跟我分享，完全忘了旁邊來點餐、並用奇怪眼光看著我們兩個男生拿著一本大XX書的工讀生妹妹....。 

這東西也有3D 

工讀生離開後，他就在咖啡廳大剌剌的翻著那個”The Big Penis Book”，裡面就是各國男人與他的大XX的照片，可以體會這就像我們看色情雜誌那樣的興奮，但是我也不會在咖啡廳大剌剌的看色情雜誌啊！還好平常下午的咖啡廳沒什麼人，不然我們大概就跟變態沒兩樣吧...。 

接著另位男同志朋友也來了，我朋友當然就很開心拿著大XX書炫耀給他看，沒想到後來的朋友看到馬上就說，”這我也有一本啊！而且是3D的喔！”，3D的耶！這種東西還有3D的也太酷了吧！ 

頓時我男同志朋友變的好沮喪，因為他買的只是2D而已。結果買3D的朋友就跟他說：「你沮喪什麼啦！就算是3D，XX也不會跑出來讓你摸啊！」。 

我在旁邊聽到都快笑死了啊！果然男同志都好直白啊！我好羨慕他們的勇氣啊...。

國民黨榮譽主席、前副總統連戰今天上午，在美國接受中美政策基金會頒贈終身成就獎，受獎後發表專題演講。他說，美國長期鼓勵並支持兩岸和平發展，美國政府領導人在不同場合也不斷強調，兩岸關係和平發展，不僅符合兩岸人民利益，更符合亞洲與世界的利益。

連戰在演講時特別表示，他認為中共前國家主席胡錦濤也應該獲獎，由於胡的決心、宏觀的視野和毅力，才使他當年到大陸的「和平之旅」得以成行。

連戰在演講中指出，他相信未來的世界將是一個永續和平與自由、民主發展的世界。

2013.11.13 聯合報 記者丘采薇／專題報導 下午3點以前就到球場準備，晚上11點才離開，啦啦隊Lamigirls的上班時間有時比球 員長，負責統籌的Suli說：「今年球團加碼投資，我們也越跳越有成就感。」 Suli是舞蹈老師，以前就是La New熊隊（Lamigo桃猿隊前身）啦啦隊成員，今年她暫 停原本的教舞工作，專心訓練陣容多達20人的Lamigirls。 Lamigirls在每年球季結束後甄選，Suli說，新人大概要集訓兩個多月才能上台，「有 時也會透過身邊朋友介紹愛跳舞的女生加入，總之多少都要有舞蹈底子才行。」 今年球季，Lamigirls幾乎每月都會推出新舞步，Suli表示，「我們在球賽開打前4個 小時就到球場，大部分時間是練新舞步，至少要練1個月才能公開。」 Lamigirls今年擴編到20人，一場比賽至少需要6到7人表演，Suli笑說，「人數越來越 多之後，動作如何整齊一致，成了訓練時的最大難題。」 「每次練舞都會錄影，讓無法到場的人可藉由影片練習。」Lamigirls的表演變化多端 ，有時配合節慶會推出不同的「應景」舞蹈，像今年中秋節的「兔子舞」，就令球迷 印象深刻，Suli說：「為了排隊形也會花不少時間。」 Suli認為，Lamigirls成員素質都不錯，對自己的要求也很高，主因是很珍惜舞台， 「她們有些也等於半個藝人，知道自己的行為舉止都是鎂光燈焦點。」 願意把所有時間投入球場，除了喜歡棒球之外，有些Lamigirls 也把啦啦隊當跳板， 把握曝光機會，轉戰演藝圈或藝術圈並非不可能。Suli說，「像前成員苗妹、凱蒂， 就是很好的例子。」 從前只是兼職的啦啦隊成員，現在成了專職的Lamigirls舞蹈老師，Suli覺得很滿足。 她說：「真的是越做越有興趣，Lamigirls就像是我的芭比娃娃，只要看著她們漂亮登 場，我就很開心。」 http://udn.com/NEWS/SPORTS/SPO5/8292060.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.254.20.19

台南市議員林燕祝日前指稱某自辦重劃黑影幢幢，重劃區員工的公司及住家遭潑漆，警方立刻偵辦，7名涉嫌人昨天向警方投案。

林燕祝11月8日在市議會穿著防彈衣，質詢某自辦重劃區紛爭不斷，還有人被恐嚇要打斷手腳，當時市長賴清德說「決不允許暴力介入市地重劃」，指示市警局組成專案小組偵辦。

警方調查監視器追查，鎖定陳姓男子等人涉有重嫌，陳男等人昨天自動向警方投案。

警方今天表示，陳姓被害人去年任職一家重劃公司，離職後將客戶資料帶離，引起重劃公司友人陳姓男子的不滿，今年9月恐嚇被害人不得插手重劃業務，否則要讓被害人斷手斷腳。

陳男11月7日更指使3名男子及3名青少年到被害人公司扔擲裝有紅色油漆的玻璃瓶，且向被害人自小客車潑漆。

警方表示，陳男等7人訊後，依恐嚇、毀損等罪嫌移送。

素有「非洲威尼斯」美名的奈及利亞大城拉哥斯實為一水上貧民窟，當地小鎮馬可戈不僅缺乏乾淨的飲用水，甚至沒有廁所可以使用。地方上傳染病肆虐，生活在汙水中的居民卻渾然不知。政府官員不僅沒有改善水資源問題，甚至打算將之強制拆遷。一位奈及利亞建築師打算在當地建造「漂浮學校」，希望能透過教育改善居民對水的認知，減緩染病情形。

奈及利亞的拉哥斯為海港帶最大城市，也是非洲第二大城，人口僅次於埃及和開羅。地勢低平、沼澤廣布的水都拉哥斯雖有「非洲威尼斯」的美名，實際上卻是一個巨大的水上貧民窟。當地的小鎮馬可戈就是典型的例子，馬可戈居民住在水上，以木造建築打造高腳屋，並以獨木舟代步。雖然所到之處全都是水，卻缺乏乾淨的飲用水。

當地偶爾有間歇性降雨，理當能解決缺水問題，但因為沒有良好的汙水和廢棄物處理系統，每逢大雨就會把穢物和髒水沖進住家，雨後更是留下一陣惡臭，居民不堪其擾。

曾是富饒小農村

馬可戈在18世紀時曾有15萬人口，當時是富饒的小漁村。許多鄰近城鎮的居民紛紛湧入，在水都捕魚，或從潟湖撿拾漂流木製成工藝品。但人口快速增長卻造成資源迅速消耗，平均每間房子住8人，生活環境雜亂，兒童擠在獨木舟上向遊客討錢。最糟的是，當地缺乏飲用水的問題已困擾馬可戈居民多年，每天起來都得煩惱有沒有水喝。

《半島電視台》報導，馬可戈有一處深井，是唯一較乾淨的水源，但被人強佔為斂財工具，當地家庭每個月約要花31塊美元在一家子的飲用水上。一位居民穆西斯說，花錢買來的水得供全家煮飯、洗衣、洗澡，但由於他們沒有濾水系統，只要把水放隔夜就會變紅，穆西斯懷疑可能是重金屬汙染。當地衛生中心的醫師也說，由於缺乏乾淨飲用水，許多民眾因而感染瘧疾、傷寒、腹瀉等疾病。

也因為沒有廢水處理系統和廁所，人們大小便都直接在家門外，居民的食衣住行都被汙水環繞，每天都生活在傳染病的危險中，近日馬可戈還因而爆發霍亂。醫師說，雖然穢物四溢，但由於教育水平不足，居民仍堅信他們周遭的水都很乾淨，甚至還用來清洗傷口。

八萬孩童腹瀉、霍亂

雖然奈及利亞的GDP是全非洲第二高，且當地的豐富自然資源如金礦、石油、天然氣、鑽石讓當地經濟富庶。但人們卻長期生活在沒有乾淨飲用水與廁所的的環境。不僅是馬可戈，奈及利亞約有6300萬人沒有乾淨的水喝，1億1100萬人沒有廁所可使用。這也導致每年約有85000名孩童死於腹瀉、霍亂等疾病。

雖馬可戈的政府官員曾經承諾會改善當地的飲用水與汙水處理問題，但遲遲沒有動作。去年7月甚至以該地區髒亂，易流行傳染病為由，強制住戶拆遷，民眾生活更加難過。一位奈及利亞建築師因而發起「漂浮學校」的計畫，近期內就會開始招生，希望能透過教育改善民眾對水源的認知，減少染病情形。
