這句話我個人覺得很有貪小便宜心態的感覺

官網的確很好

但這部份不是這樣給人用的

看到這種文章

我看我更可以大聲說，其他品牌那家可以做到apple這樣的好

有人提到"聖人模式"就有點誇張了

如同我提到樓主說的那句"反正官網14天內人為條件受損都是無條件退/換貨"

這不是換貨不換貨的問題

如果是自身產品出了問題廠商必然要換給消費者

但根本是人為因素才要換機，這不就是因為"官網14天內人為條件受損都是無條件退/換貨"

或許有人會說，這就是官網說的

要這樣講也沒錯，但產品是自己弄傷卻因為用這原因而換

這點就有點像走漏洞了...

這就像iphone有一年保固，快到保固日期前最好也用理由去換一台整新機是一樣的道理

不過這種例子在台灣真的很多...

餐廳名稱：1967小酒館 消費時間：2013/12 地址：台北市光復南路116巷9號1F 電話：(02)8772-0258 營業時間：週一至週四 11:00AM~24:00AM ／ 週五 11:00AM~01:00AM 週六 9:00AM~01:00AM ／ 週日 9:00AM~24:00AM 每人平均價位：400 可否刷卡：Y 有無包廂：N 有圖好讀網誌圖文版:http://hsuan1203.pixnet.net/blog/post/168796524 1967Bistro位於華視一樓 感覺會遇到很多明星XD 每天晚上九點還會有樂團表演 晚上來這裡喝喝小酒聊聊天感覺應該很愜意! 店裡的空間走的是工業風 最近好像很多店都喜歡這樣的裝潢 其實我也蠻喜歡的XD 看到這種裝潢都會默默的被吸進去 這次點的是雙人套餐+一個單點的方式 這樣子三個人分就很夠了幾乎都還吃不完 蘑菇濃湯 我個人覺得這個湯呢... 大概就像是MOS濃湯的味道QQ 沒有特別突出 紅茶+蜜桃冰果茶 番茄蔬菜湯 相較之下我覺得這個湯比較好喝 料比較多 湯喝起來比較順口 是走清爽路線 凱薩沙拉 沙拉很大一份 現在好像很流行用大大的木盆裝沙拉XD 還蠻好吃的 上面有脆麵包塊還有乾培根 炸魚薯條 老實說我覺得這個炸魚有點災難 而且我很不能理解炸物上桌的時候不會燙手的情況QQ 因為這樣冷很快炸物就會有油耗味不喜歡 炸魚都是皮T^T 害我很想念LONGTABLE的炸魚薯條!! 會附上泰式醬跟塔塔醬 西班牙海鮮烤飯 很大方的給了兩隻蝦 不過要自己剝殼XD 這種烤飯的方式蝦子的殼比較不好剝 因為會跟肉黏在一起 飯吃起來有點油 應該是因為有加了奶油下去烤的關係吧~ 不會不好吃但我也沒有很愛~ 搖滾豬們披薩 這是用鹹豬肉 蒜苗 還有高粱香腸做的披薩 第一次吃到台式的披薩感覺很奇妙 但不會不好吃 有點衝突而已XD 就感覺很像在吃烤餅夾鹹豬肉XDDDD 這裡的披薩感覺應該是買現成的 口感有差 會附上一盆蒜醋加在上面一起吃 真的很妙XDDD 貓王花生醬香草冰淇淋三明治 他們家的冰淇淋用的是莫凡彼的 所以好吃的程度當然不用說!! 麵包很好吃 有點像是鮮奶微波麵包的感覺 我很喜歡 上面夾了花生醬 香蕉 跟培根 是經典的貓王組合XD 不過我最後是把培根丟旁邊了哈哈哈 最後的甜點應該是我最喜歡的一道了XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.80.232.249

羅東林場建無障礙步道　身障者感動體驗

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】700公尺長的羅東林業文化園區，環湖無障礙木造步道，今上午串連啟用，25名身障者共襄盛舉，坐電動輪椅率先體驗湖光山色之美，因無護欄阻礙視線，他們相當感動。行無礙資源推廣協會總幹事許朝富說：感覺像在國外的步道，而且無障礙的親近大自然。身障者陳家玲說：不像一般的步道有欄桿護欄，走起來看風景「沒有被關起來的感覺、我超感動的超開心，很棒」。

嘉義縣長張花冠在立委任內，捲入大埔美香草藥草生技園區開發案，被控涉嫌貪汙，5日開庭。檢辯爭執點是張花冠收受承包商潘忠豪3000萬是賄款或借款？張花冠有無實質影響力？將傳喚潘忠豪、立委陳明文出庭作證。

張花冠一開庭即喊冤，她表示非她一個立委就可讓預算過關，縣府主張開發大埔美香草園區，非立委主動爭取，開發時適逢金融海嘯，廠商無利可圖，為何要行賄爭取開發？她與潘是借貸關係，3000萬是其先夫曾振農向潘忠豪借的錢，有借有還，檢方倒因為果很可笑，盼法官還清白。

為釐清爭點，張花冠辯護律師團聲請傳喚時任縣府城鄉發展局長劉培東、包商春龍公司負責人潘忠豪、時任縣長的立委陳明文，並先閱聽潘之偵查時的筆錄錄音光碟，但檢方以「潘忠豪為關鍵核心證人，恐有勾串之虞」反對，要求當庭勘驗錄音光碟。法官裁決傳喚上述3名證人，錄音光碟由辯方以書面聲請後裁示。

此案第一次開程序庭時張花冠請假，法官陳嘉臨一人獨審，3位名律師舌戰1位年輕檢察官，律師團當庭論述「實質影響力」攻擊檢方起訴證據力不足，引發該次開庭算不算數爭議。

昨天開庭，審判長張道周、受命法官陳嘉臨、陪席法官張志偉合議，主任檢察官陳以敦偕檢察官劉達鴻蒞庭公訴，院方有效掌握開庭進度，但律師蔡碧仲又質疑檢方對實質影響力舉證不足。

嘉義地院表示，昨是完整程序庭，確認當事人對庭審進度及內容無異議。

中興通訊將發表一系列4G產品、明年出貨占比達四成

大陸工信部12月4日正式發放了4G牌照，新浪科技引述中興通訊(000063.SZ,0763.HK)高級副總裁葉衛民表示，明(2014)年中興LTE終端出貨量計劃達到整體的40%-50%，並且目標在中國移動和中國電信LTE市場佔據前兩名。在12月17日舉辦的中國移動全球合作夥伴大會上，中興手機LTE全系列產品將隆重亮相，全方位展示其在4G時代的實力。

據瞭解，中興通訊早在2002年就開始投入LTE研發，10多年來已共計投入超過10億美元和4,000名工程師，未來專注4G/5G領先基礎開發的西安研發基地在5年內將達到2萬6,000名工程師規模。

在終端方面，中興起步於2008年，現已經掌握了多項LTE終端核心技術，在4G LTE領域的基本專利數量已佔全球通信廠商的7%，目前共有20多款LTE終端在全球上市銷售；例如在香港推出了全球第一支單晶片LTE智慧手機；在日本與軟銀合作發布超高速4G無線路由器102Z；在美國聯合MetroPCS發布LTE智慧手機Anthem；在澳洲聯合澳電上市首台LTE平板電腦V96A。

在大陸方面，中興Memo LTE(型號U9815)獲得了大陸工信部頒發的第一張TD-LTE手機入網證。

2013年台北資訊月展期即將邁入倒數階段！LG於開展第一天展出全球首創曲面OLED電視，成功吸引市場目光外，現場也同步展示LG Ultra HD電視，包含84型、65型及55型，以及行動裝置類，手機機皇G2以及新上市的G Tablet 8.3，在活動期間當中，包括50型以上大尺寸電視、行動通訊手機、平板等銷售與去年相較，有近5成的成長，隨著資訊月進入倒數階段，LG再推出周末加碼送好禮活動，積極搶食商機。

台灣LG電子家電營銷部副總羅時景表示，電視商品銷售暢旺，其中又以65型Ultra HD電視的銷售狀況為佳；LG SmartTV以55型銷售最好，其次為42型；整體看來，50型以上大尺寸電視銷售年增近5成，大尺寸電視成市場趨勢。除了家電產品，行動裝置類產品也有亮眼銷售成績，像是LG年度機皇G2以及平板G Tablet 8.3詢問度及銷售狀況最好，整體來說相較於去年也有近5成的成長。

請問高雄那裡可以買到比較大的撲滿，主要耐重(傳統塑膠豬就不考慮了…) 像是木製圓型立體大豬頭(直徑30cm/高30cm)、金屬製的罐子(直徑10cm，高25cm) 已經去過大創、9x9、33學堂、夢時代找過了，大多賣小型撲滿比較多， 因為好友許願說耶誕禮物想要很大的撲滿，像他家那種撲滿(上述提到的)， 找很多家都是賣小巧玲瓏型的…冏rz，請教她在那買的又說是別人送的…TAT 如果小港有更好，店家遠一點沒關係->假日有營業就好， 謝謝大家！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.130.162

美速食業員工爭加薪 百城罷工

美國速食業員工和勞工組織今天在全國各地發動罷工抗議，他們號稱在上百個城市遊行示威，抗議目前的低薪讓他們活不下去，要求雇主提高薪資。

美聯社報導，主辦單位表示，計畫在100個城市發動罷工，另外在100個城市集會抗議。不過，目前還不清楚究竟有多少人參與這次行動，其中有多少是速食業員工，以及會對速食店的營運造成什麼影響。

類似行動今年夏天舉辦時成果不一，部分餐廳無法服務顧客，不過也有餐廳似乎不受影響。

在紐約市，清晨6時30分左右有約100位抗議者吹哨擊鼓，遊行到一家麥當勞（McDonald's）連鎖店，擁入店裡高喊：「時薪7.25美元，我們活不下去。」有顧客嚇了一跳，趕快離開，也有人不為所動，照樣用餐看報。

這將是速食業爭取調高基本工資，至今最大型的抗爭行動，目的是吸引各界注意，在速食業領時薪的工作者，依聯邦規定基本工資只有時薪7.25美元，全職員工年薪也僅約1萬5000美元出頭，要用來過活有困難。

示威群眾將要求時薪調高到15美元，不過許多人認為，這個數字只是用來號召支持者，非近期內可達成。

此次示威是工會、民主黨人與勞工倡議團體推動調高低薪族工資的部分行動。美國總統歐巴馬上月表示，他會支持參議院調高聯邦基本工資到10.1美元的措施，那將比他先前提議的時薪9美元還多1塊多。

參議院多數黨領袖瑞德（Harry Reid）承諾，年底前將針對基本工資舉行表決，不過由於共和黨領袖反對，這些措施預料不會在眾議院贏得支持。

速食業遊說團體「全國餐廳協會」（NationalRestaurant Association）表示，此次示威是「全國性勞工組織操控的活動」，參與示威者大多數是工會派出的人，而非勞工。

我看你大部分單字大概都翻得出來, 可是整句合在一起又不是那麼一回事. 所以我猜測你學英文是只背單字解釋, 然後用中文的文法把很多英文單字拼在一起成為一個句子. 然後針對你翻譯出來的句子要一句一句去找出為什麼這樣翻譯是錯的來學文法. 這樣的方法很沒有效率而且還要有人一直幫你訂正錯誤. 我的建議是, 你學習單字的時候不應該只是查英漢字典甚至翻譯機, 得到該單字的中文翻譯就結束了. 你應該花百分之十的時間大概知道那個字的中文意思, 然後花百分之90的時間看例句. 多念幾次字典的例句. 該單字的用法要從例句中去學習. 同時, 建議你改用英英字典. 搭配英漢字典一起用, 主要先查英英字典, 真的看不懂在去看英漢字典, 然後再回去看英英字典. 手邊也要有一本完整的文法書, 方便查詢. 這樣學英文一開始也許比較慢, 但是效果會隨著時間慢慢出現.

My skills in skiing.
skills of skiing 是滑雪的技巧, 指的是"技巧", 前面不能加上my來代表你的能力, 技巧也不是你發明的, 不能加上my. 這裡比較難, 可能要用英文來思考才能理解.

在某篇文章看到某人最愛的一個人
"因為他的籃球技巧" 所以他才最愛他

括弧裡這句他是這樣寫
- because of his skill in basketball
你看他也是用in, 不是of.

"""因為我不太會使用介係詞 in/on 這些"""
介係詞算是比較難的, 跟前面的動詞或名詞有關, 而且很多慣用說法. 只能知道大原則後, 一個一個字去習慣.

那麼

他的節省方法
- his means of economize.
這句就是很典型的用把一些正確的單字放在一起變成奇怪的句子.
如果你要用economize這個字, 正確的說法是
His ways to economize.
His methods to economize.
原因是這是慣用說法. 就像我們講一刀兩斷. 可是不會說一劍兩斷, 或是一刀二斷.  我們講節約能源, 不會說節省能量. 如果有一個人跟你講話的句子裡全都是這種拼湊而成的中文, 你一定聽得很辛苦, 而且可能會聽不懂. 那要怎麼知道慣用說法是什麼? 就是要多讀例句, 多看文章, 多聽別人講. 就像你學習中文的方法一樣. 你當然不可能知道所有的慣用說法, 講話講到一半要表達出這個意思時怎麼辦? 總不能跟對方說你等我一下, 我先去查字典. 所以有很多基本的單字或構句可以表達出類似的意思, 讓對方聽得懂你要表達的是什麼, 之後你學到了慣用說法, 你就可以講得更簡潔. 比如這句, 可能就會直接說his methods of saving money 或是 his method to save money 每個單字都很簡單, 也很清楚知道你要講什麼.

他的說話能力
- his ability of speak
- his speech
his speaking ability

是不是都是介系詞用錯呢? 實在不懂哪裡該用哪個..

哭聲淒厲太詭異　緗媽：大嫂看我像見鬼

【方翊倩／綜合報導】女嬰緗緗吃下含鹽奶粉致死案，伯母俯首認罪，緗緗母親回想大嫂「早有異狀」。

今日出版的《時報周刊》報導，緗緗母親事後回想，大嫂確實有機會摻鹽，她說大嫂十月上大夜班，早上常睡在緗緗父母臥房隔壁的小姑房，「非常有機會在奶粉摻鹽。」緗緗媽說，緗緗住院後，馬偕發病危通知，「大嫂當時哭得如此淒厲，哭得比爸媽還難過，實在太詭異。」緗緗媽說大嫂晚上到家裡吃飯，都會陪婆婆看鄉土劇，十點多才回家；緗緗過世後，大嫂一句安慰的話都沒有，「大嫂看到我回家，像看到鬼一樣，六點多就收東西回家。」

緗緗父母從小孩昏迷住院，幾乎沒有好好休息，緗緗過世後，面臨外界壓力、檢調調查，還要抽空辦後事。沈家面對社會的諸多質疑，緗緗父母倒是看得很開，「既來之則安之吧。」

紐警可攔下親吻疑犯　惡搞新聞民眾信了

【周佩萱╱綜合報導】美國紐約警察依法可攔下可疑人物盤問並搜身(stop and frisk)，這項執法權向來頗具爭議，根據統計2011年共有68萬4千人被攔下搜身，其中絕大多數都是非裔美國人或是拉丁美洲人，而且部分被攔下的人當中，根本沒有合理的犯罪嫌疑。

美國惡搞媒體洋蔥報(The Onion)，日前刊出一則「新聞」標題為「市長彭博捍衛紐約警察具爭議的攔下親吻權」(Bloomberg Defends NYPD’s Controversial Stop and Kiss Program)，特別將「搜身」改成「親吻」，以諷刺這項執法權。

影片中可看到民眾舉牌抗議，警察搜身親吻民眾，還有民眾煞有其事受訪，讓許多人信以為真，在推特上引起廣泛討論，不少人表示這樣也太超過，媒體就分析這樣的惡搞新聞，也能讓民眾相信，看來在紐約真的什麼事都有可能發生。

行政院勞委會將修正「勞資會議實施辦法」，勞委會表示，該新版本法案預計月底前公告實施；這也是該法近28年以來最大規模翻修。據修正案新增雇主應給勞方代表公假參加會議等，且明定會議討論範圍若雇主若欲延長工時、彈性工時，也須經勞資會議同意，避免資方濫用無薪假。

勞委會擬月底前會銜經濟部擬公告實施「勞資會議實施辦法」，這是該法1985年以來最大規模翻修。該新法案除新增雇主應給勞方代表公假參加會議外，為免除勞工遭資方秋後算帳，資方也不得對勞方代表有解雇、降職或減薪等不當對待。

新版本勞資會議辦法也擬訂，公司應在勞資會議報告員工異動、離職率等勞工最新動態，以避免資方濫用無薪假。另由於國內工會成立比率低，勞委會補充說，若無工會，據勞基法規定，雇主若欲延長工時、彈性工時等勞動權益變動等皆須經勞資會議同意。

此外，新版勞資會議議事範圍將明定包括公司員工人數、異動情形、離職率，事業生產計畫、業務概況、市場狀況等，以及員工活動、福利項目、工作環境改善、工作規則訂定等都可列為會議討論範圍。
