花蓮縣花蓮卓溪鄉海拔2400公尺的太平溪源營地，昨天傳出有2名登山客因扭傷腳踝及輕微高山症向外求援，花蓮縣消防局昨已派員上山，徒步約4天才能抵達現場。罹患高山症的61歲的劉姓女隊員據傳已服用威爾鋼緩解症狀，情況穩定。

花蓮慈濟醫院心臟內科醫師楊秋芬說，威爾鋼能讓被擠壓的血管瞬間擴張，增加血液帶氧量，但副作用會頭疼、暈眩，對登高山反倒有害，有此症狀需立即就醫。

楊秋芬醫師表示，一般高山症會怕肺水腫、肺氣腫，會立即造成呼吸衰竭，服用適量威爾鋼短期間讓血管快速擴張，預防肺氣腫發生；但威爾鋼不是人人能吃，為避免副作用最好登山前先看醫師，了解個人健康狀況再決定帶何種藥物。

登山高手羅連勳說，一般高山症預防性投藥都以利尿劑丹木斯（Diamox）為主，登山前就得預先服用，登山超過2000公尺早晚都得服用半顆；偶爾聽聞山友帶威爾鋼，但丹木斯一顆只要6元，威爾鋼一顆起碼300多元，效果差不多，太貴的吃不起。（王文傑／花蓮報導）

國安局前局長蔡得勝昨因病請辭獲准，綠委紛紛替他感到不捨。綠委蔡煌瑯直指，馬英九總統都在用自己人，導致蔡走的毫無尊嚴，「昨天質詢時，就隱隱約約有不祥的預兆」；但藍委羅淑蕾則認為，從3月學運至今的抗爭，國安局都沒有掌握的很好，直言「做不好就該換」。
 
蔡煌瑯分析，李翔宙雖然官階三級跳，但面對馬的民意僅剩9%，加上中國大陸步步進逼，未來上任恐怕會如履薄冰。金溥聰上任國安會秘書長後，就不斷重整國安系統，學運過後，更重用調查系統監控人民，恐怕最終也會導致國軍和國安的反彈。
 
民進黨立委陳亭妃則說，蔡德勝被換掉傳聞已久，但昨上午蔡才來備詢，下午就走人，馬英九總統的作風實在不近人情。雖然蔡表明自己有眼疾才請辭，但也好一段時間，認為裡面大有內幕。

羅淑蕾表示她不認識蔡得勝和李翔宙，但從學生佔領立法院開始，一直到黑衫軍上凱道、反核四民眾抗爭，國安局表現並不精準，認為「這本來就要檢討」。(郭建伸、劉宛琳／台北報導)

中國大陸公安表示，廣東省廣州市火車站今天(6日)有歹徒持刀砍人，已知造成6人受傷。
廣州市公安部門在微博上發表聲明表示，大陸公安擊斃中其中一名歹徒，而6名傷患均已送往醫院治療。有關當局目前正在調查歹徒背景身份。
人民日報在微博上發布快訊表示，共有4名歹徒涉案，都戴著白色棒球帽。他們無視在場公安發出的警告，最後1人遭擊斃、1人被捕，另有2人在逃。
中國大陸近來有多起暴力事件發生於交通要道。這起事件發生前不到一週，新疆烏魯木齊火車站才發生歹徒持刀砍殺民眾及引爆爆炸裝置的事件，造成3人死亡、79人受傷。
