印度又傳樓塌　80年飯店老舊釀13死

【綜合報導】印度又傳建築物坍塌意外，南部城市塞康德拉巴德(Secunderabad)，當地時間8號早上6點20分左右，發生一2層樓飯店「城市之光」(City Light India Hotel)倒塌事故，造成至少13人死亡，18人受傷。
 
事故發生後，仍有不少人受困在飯店裡，救難人員馬不停蹄接續搜救，當地民眾表示這棟有80年歷史的飯店，早就該列為危樓關閉，但當地官員卻表示飯店外觀看起來沒什麼問題，所以他們沒有將它列入危險建築的名單上。

《美股》分析師唱衰英特爾，四大指數盤中漲跌互見

美股周一盤中呈現漲跌互見局面，道瓊、標普500指數延續上周末就業報告帶動的升勢開高走高，NASDAQ、費城半導體指數則因分析師唱衰英特爾拖累科技類股而走軟。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，截至台北時間09日00時40分止，道瓊工業平均指數盤中漲0.51%(77點)至15212.84點；NASDAQ指數漲0.05%(1.91點)至3481.29點；標準普爾500指數漲0.47%(7.74點)至1639.63點；費城半導體指數跌1.49%(7.08點)至469.04點。

美聯準會(FED)訂於週三(10日)公布6月份FOMC會議紀錄，屆時投資人將可從文字更瞭解決策委員對量化寬鬆(QE)政策未來去留的意象。另外，FED主席柏南克當日也將發表公開談話。

美國鋁業盤中漲0.7%，該公司盤後將率先公佈第二季財報，據彭博社統計調查預估，美企第二季獲利平均將上揚1.8%。

英特爾下挫3.5%。Evercore Partners投資銀行當日下修該公司2013、2014年獲利預估與並將投資等級調降至「中立」。微軟、惠普、思科等科技公司盤中均下滑逾0.2%。

旅遊網龍頭Priceline.com跌2.6%。不過，自摩根史坦利銀行6月26日調升該公司投資等級至「優於大盤」以來，Priceline以連漲9日，累計漲幅達9%。

戴爾電腦公司漲2.9%，主因機構投資人服務公司(Institutional Shareholder Services)倡議該公司股東應接受創始人戴爾244億美元私有化收購計畫。

歐股今(8)日普遍走揚，主要係因市場揣測經濟數據將會好轉，加上葡萄牙政治人物達成將執政聯盟團結起來的協議。

歐股今(8)日普遍走揚，主要係因市場揣測經濟數據將會好轉，加上葡萄牙政治人物達成將執政聯盟團結起來的協議。

瑞士藥廠諾華(Novartis AG)(NOVN-CH)今日股價上漲1.33%，收68.5瑞郎，因其表示牛皮癬治療藥物符合臨床研究目標。

英國最大房貸借貸業者勞埃德銀行(Lloyds Banking Group Plc.)(LLOY-UK)今日股價上漲3.82%，收67.1便士，因有內情人士指出，1位前渣打(Standard Chartered Plc.)(STAN-UK)執行高層可能出價競標勞埃德銀行股權。

歐洲Stoxx 600指數收高1.41%至292.37，上周周線亦收紅1.2%。

葡萄牙總理Pedro Passos Coelho提名執政聯盟內黨魁Paulo Portas為副總理，而此項任命也幫忙達成將執政聯盟團結起來的協議。

歐元區財長們也於今日在布魯塞爾開會討論希臘在獲取進一步援助上所達成之改革進展。若獲會議允准，該國將獲得81億歐元的貸款(104億美元)。

美國鋁業(Alcoa Inc.)(AA-US)亦將在今日美股收盤後公布其第2季財報成績，為首個公布季度獲利成績的道瓊工業平均指數成分股。

今日西歐國家18個股市皆齊步上漲。法國CAC 40指數、德國DAX 30指數以及英國FTSE-100指數分別收高1.86%、2.08%與1.17%。

英國建商Bovis Homes Group Plc.(BVS-UK)今日股價大漲7.1%，收830便士，因其表示今(2013)年上半年獲利將走高

製藥業者Hikma Pharmaceuticals Plc.(HIK-UK)今日股價也漲高5.63%，收1050便士，創自IPO以來最高收盤價格紀錄，因其預估今年營收成長率將約為17%，高於此前預期的13%。

至於收跌個股的部份，挪威海洋調查業者TGS Nopec Geophysical ASA(TGS-NO) 今日股價則因其將全年營收預期砍降而大幅收黑7.38%至176.9挪威克羅納，創去(2012)年5月以來單日最大跌幅紀錄。

丹麥乳製品酵素製造商Chr. Hansen A/S(CHR-DK)今日股價亦收低1.69%至186丹麥克羅納，因其股票評等遭瑞士信貸(Credit Suisse Group AG)(CSGN-CH)自「優於大盤」降至「中立」。

地下室冒煙　停車場汽車起火

【陳冠宇／新北報導】今日凌晨0時許，在新北市新店區建國路一處住家大樓的地下室冒出濃煙，警衛住戶發現立即打電話報警，熱心的住戶拿著滅火器到地下室幫忙滅火，消防隊到達火勢很快撲滅，起火的車輛和起火原因還有待調查。

地下室冒煙　停車場汽車起火

【陳冠宇／新北報導】今日凌晨0時許，在新北市新店區建國路一處住家大樓的地下室冒出濃煙，警衛住戶發現立即打電話報警，熱心的住戶拿著滅火器到地下室幫忙滅火，消防隊到達火勢很快撲滅，起火的車輛和起火原因還有待調查。
