| 台灣大哥大+HTC NEW ONE 花東驚魂記

自從HTC 主打銷售 NEW ONE 以來 相信是許多想入手智慧手機人的目光
我為了提早拿到NEW ONE 從中華電信直接NP到台灣大哥大 沒想到是驚魂的開始
由於小弟在旅行業工作 有時候需要帶團出差台灣及世界各地 手機的通訊就很重要
剛換成台灣大哥大的時候 感覺訊號讀取速度 比起中華是有那麼一點不給力
到了觀音鄉賞個蓮花 手機訊號一直收不到 可能這裡訊號真的太差
加上最近都在都會區走動 沒有什麼太大的感覺 直到上周五去花東帶團．．
他妹的 真是噩夢的開始
身為一個導遊領隊 是團隊的控制聯絡中心 一旦無法聯繫整團就掛了
我從南下高雄搭車到屏東 這個時候手機訊號還算是可以 但已經有一點斷斷續續
到了台東．鹿野．關山．．訊號突然上上下下格數變動很大 3G 時常收不太到
我開始安慰自己 因為郊區的關係 訊號不好是很正常
晚上到了瑞穗民宿(在市區旁) 我的手機訊號直接掛點0格 連打電話都沒辦法打
我在想是不是我的手機壞掉了 不能上網就罷了 連訊號也收不到
一整個晚上都在搞這支手機 也無法動彈
第二天花蓮與光復往慕谷慕魚的縱谷公路上 整條公路上完全沒有訊號
車子一邊開 我一邊望著我變成磚頭的手機 怎麼按怎麼打就是ＸＸＸ 沒有格子
我在想 天啊 是不是我的手機壞掉了 真他Ｘ的 HTC...
訊號一路斷斷續續的 甚至連打電話都不行了 他娘的 連2G都打不出去會不會太誇張
行動上網更別提了 幾乎讀不到訊號 斷斷訊續 查資料也沒辦法
最慘的是 所有的餐廳 慕谷慕魚小車 景點業者 全都在找我
我看著手機0格 突然之間滿格 滿格打電話又打不出去 網路也沒辦法用
我坐在鯉魚潭畔 客人都跑去腳踏船了 我一個小時都在搞這支手機
明明手機顯示訊號是滿格 卻一直撥不出去
一直搜尋不到訊號之外 手機一直發送電力出去找基地台 手機的電力幾乎是用噴的
我在湖邊瘋狂打電話 撥出去最少有上百通 電話無動於衷 看著手上快沒電的手機哀號
還得跟客人借行動電源 從滿格到沒電也才2小時
我最後和客人借手機 跑去民宿借電話 死命活命的播打手機 最後才撐過這三天
加上我拿著我的HTC 拍照 晚上拍攝出來的照片都是紫光
天啊！！！！真的不曉得為什麼要ＮＰ這支手機在此受苦 手機壞掉了還是基地台有問題？
經過我努力地找答案 最後答案揭曉 兩者都有問題 半斤八兩 造成這次的悲劇
1. 最後一天回到台南客運站附近 3G收訊正常
2. 我和朋友在花東測試 一樣台灣大哥大 他三星S3滿格 我NEW HTC 2格
我今天決定立刻花錢與台灣大哥大解約(使用兩個月解約價15000) 重新開始
這次經驗給我很大的教訓 一個訊號不良狂打收訊服務廣告的手機商 是無法信任的
所有的事情需要經歷過 親身體驗 千萬不要聽人家說 重視你自己的用途
如果你一年之中都在都會區出沒 那就隨便選一家手機廠商
如果你會到處跑 還是選中華電信吧．．．．

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】世界麵包冠軍師傅吳寶春，在麵包內加入荔枝乾獲獎，讓荔枝乾一炮而紅。嘉義縣竹崎鄉種植荔枝面積廣達450公頃 ，有農民專門製作荔枝乾，而大受歡迎，每斤可以賣到200元，目前正是盛產期。竹崎鄉長溫良恭今天開記者會加以推廣。
農民張石旺種荔枝已幾十年，5年前他從泰國拿回荔枝種子，一種不得了，竟然比平常荔枝大3倍，而且果實甜美，但市面上荔枝的價位不高，只有幾十元，學習荔枝乾燥技術，現在荔枝乾除了做麵包，還可以做為油飯等，價格也水漲船高。

美元匯率現在的走揚究竟是因為美國國力真的觸底反彈、亦或只是因為比歐元區、日本情況好一些而已？在黃金價格展開為期12年的長多走勢之前，美元在1990年代受惠於人口紅利、網際網路興起、無重大海外戰事等諸多實質利多而大幅走升。現在呢？美國本會計年度政府預算赤字預估將跌破1兆美元、創歐巴馬(Barack Obama)2009年上任以來新低。美元多頭要投資人趕快把黃金賣掉，慶祝美國邁向另一個繁榮盛世。但，實際情況真的那麼好嗎？
彭博社報導，白宮預算管理局(OMB)8日預估美國今年度(截至2013年9月底)政府預算赤字將創5年新低、達7,590億美元，主要是受惠於稅收可望多出650億美元；預算赤字GDP佔比為4.7%。很厲害嗎？經濟學家普遍認為，一個穩定的經濟體其預算赤字GDP佔比應該是低於3%。
OMB 8日將美國今年經濟成長率預估值自2.3%下修至2.0%、並將2014年預估值自3.2%下修至3.1%；今年平均失業率預估值自7.7%下修至7.5%。根據彭博社的調查，經濟學家目前預期美國今明兩年成長率分別為1.9%、2.7%。
精實新聞的長期讀者都知道，美國政府機構在2008年金融風暴之後最常使用的伎倆就是年年預估隔年經濟成長率可以達到3%或更高。zerohedge.com圖解顯示2010年第4季迄今僅有兩季(2011年第4季、2012年第3季)成長率在3%或更高。換言之，年度3%的成長率只是一個到現在都沒辦法實現的夢！
美國國會預算辦公室(CBO)5月14日預估本會計年度政府預算赤字將達6,420億美元。如果正確的話將創5年來新低紀錄。不過，這也將創下美國史上第五大年度預算赤字。CBO 2月5日指出，美國失業率預估到2014年底以前都將維持在7.5%以上水準、預估到2017年底才有望降至5.5%。如果這項預測應驗的話，2014年將會是連續第6年美國失業率高於7.5%、創70年來最長紀錄。
美國上一次年度預算呈現盈餘是在2001年；史上最高赤字金額是出現在2009年度(1.41兆美元)。過去一百年來，美國聯邦政府只有25年繳出預算盈餘成績單！1901年至2012年9月30日為止的這段期間美國合計僅繳出5,982.32億美元的預算盈餘，比OMB給的今年度預估預算赤字(7,590億美元)還要少！相關討論詳見《FED鑄歷史性錯誤，美債重演大屠殺戲碼(http://www.moneydj.com/KMDJ/Blog/BlogArticleViewer.aspx?a=09a03094-02b4-4eb1-8982-000000019644#ixzz2YR6TMxkS)》。

| 新堤防阻斷舊水道 農民無水可用

【林世雄／台中報導】水利署在台中市外埔區大甲溪北岸新建磁瑤堤防，防患大甲溪水患，但這項新堤防卻將原本在當地用來灌溉用的虎眼圳被堤防一分為二，讓堤防外河川地上的稻田無法取得灌溉用水，農民叫苦連天。
立委楊瓊瓔、市議員楊永昌等人今天上午邀集水利署第三河川局長到現場進行會勘，三河局允諾將立即籌措經費辦理改善，新建一條長約500公尺、寬80公分小型灌溉溝渠，以利農民農田灌溉施作，解決取水不便之苦，這項工程預計今年九月底完工。
