用偷竊支票詐貸200萬　前立委胞妹被訴

【綜合報導】前立委陳昭南胞妹、民進黨中央黨部出納陳淑美，2006年涉與女性友人郭姵君共同以籌措遺產稅為由，利用郭女竊得支票、由陳女背書，持向土地銀行林姓經理調現200萬元，約定月息2分，3個月後清償。

不料，期限屆滿兩人卻避不見面，台北地檢署今依詐欺取財罪將陳女起訴。郭姵君已由新北地方法院依偽造有價證券、竊盜罪，判處徒刑2年、緩刑3年確定。

餐廳名稱：和食堂 地 址：高雄市鼓山區西藏街257號 電 話：07 521 6950 營業時間：每周三公休 1130-1400/1700-2030 價位範圍(每人)：200以下 鄰近捷運站：無 ------------------------------------------------------------------ 心得： 剛剛高雄的一陣大雨簡直就是讓路人走避不及， 但就是在大雨中見溫情啊～什麼雨具都沒帶，就乾脆去好久沒去的和食堂吧！ 他真的是間溫暖的小店，一個人孤伶伶地走進去都不會覺得自己很孤單XD 這間家庭式的溫新日式料理真的給人很輕鬆愉快的感覺! 師傅是一位很有親和力的人， 距離上次去大概已經有一年， 沒想到師傅一眼就認出我，記得我的職業不說， 還一邊詢問我最近工作的壓力大不大云云 　 本來就因為淋雨很狼狽，又只有一個人，只想安靜的縮在板前的邊邊角角， 　　　有一種：這樣都被你認出來惹！的感覺 　　不過這也顯示出師傅真的好記性，人真的超級親切的喔！ 不過因為我只是臨時出門辦事， 臨時到連手機都沒帶的那種， 所以這一篇沒辦法用照片分享給大家囉，請見諒。 這一間是好朋友帶我來的， 還記得當初好朋友帶我來的時候， 我們兩個女生就因為客人不少而安排在板前， 但也因此有機會看到師傅的料理過程， 常看到他是很專注的切著美味的生魚片們， 或者是當別桌點炙燒時，就可以看到更有趣的料理過程XD 第一次去的時候師傅就非常可愛的邀請我們試吃他的新開發的小菜 後來我發現坐在板前偶爾會有嚐試到新開發小菜的機會喔! 有機會去的人可以試著坐板前的位置看看呢^__^ 像我就吃過炙燒牛肉片~涼拌洋蔥~ 每次都覺得對師傅有點不好意思， 可是他總是笑的有夠親和陽光， 非常具有療癒系的感覺啊~~~~~~ 我個人最喜歡吃親子丼 不知為什麼，我就是覺得和食堂的米飯煮得很好吃， 醬汁跟蛋汁融合的恰到好處， 淋上蛋汁的洋蔥超~~~級~~~~~混嫩可口， 但還是保有洋蔥本身的清新與微微的脆度， 我自己覺得女生吃有點大碗， 所以女孩兒們可以斟酌請老闆的飯稍微減量， 就可以把肚子留給其他美食囉! 另外，味增鮮魚湯也很優! 鮮魚塊的用料比起別間連鎖的日式炸豬排店更誠懇， 而且可能因為這間店的氛圍就是很輕鬆愉快， 很有家的感覺， 喝起來既鮮甜又飽足， 也是我非常喜歡的一道~~~~~ 個人也非常喜歡他的咖哩豬排， 我是個很愛吃咖哩且用醬很兇的人XD 在許多連鎖咖哩店常遇到的醬都沒了，白飯還剩一堆的空虛感相信很多人遇到過XD 可是這間店完全不會有這種感覺喔 我第一次吃就驚為天人， 後來這間店的咖哩幾乎成為我想吃咖哩時的首選^____^ 另外像是上菜前都會有一盤冰涼的毛豆，非常開味喔! 很可能對部分人心中的日式料理而言， 這間不是很嚴謹的日式料理店， 可是我反而非常喜歡這種家庭式的氛圍， 經常有不少顧客進門的時候， 招待的大姊就能跟她們家庭的人聊上幾句， 詢問著小小孩看起來又長大囉! 阿嬤今天還是喝鮮魚湯嗎? 之類的，聽起來就讓人非常溫馨的話語:)))) 甚至是，看起來應該是師傅的爸爸媽媽都還會出來聊上天， 好像大家都成為朋友一般， 這種感覺不是更具有日式樸實溫暖的感覺嗎^________________^ 總之非常非常推薦這間平價又好吃的日式料理， 開在鼓山區內惟這裡的好店不多， 推薦給大家經常多來捧場喔!! ps.黃妃也是這間店的顧客喔~~~ 因為她家就住在西藏街，說不定下次來就會遇到喔^___^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.236.61 ※ 編輯: August7 來自: 219.85.236.61 (07/09 14:26) ※ August7:轉錄至看板 Food 07/09 14:32

我媽媽今年60歲了身材很胖 最近一二年常常說這裡痛那裡痛 看遍了家裡區域附近的中小大型醫院四五間 全身健康檢查 胃鏡..什麼都做過了 檢查出來其實都還好沒有太大問題 但是媽媽就是覺得她就是哪裡痛哪裡不舒服 也覺得醫生都無法對症下藥 因此她每天心情都很不好老是往壞處想 然後醫院一間間換 醫生一一個換 什麼專科都看過 耳鼻喉科 腎臟科 肝膽胃腸科 心臟科 胸腔內科… 都看過了… 我實在不知道怎麼幫助媽媽 因為她很胖所以每個醫生都要她減肥當然她也有聽 只是還做不到 所以還是很胖 她似乎也很不信任醫生覺得有些很兩光所以看過一二次就要換 有時候我們小孩會覺得媽媽可能是心理上的因素 但是她外顯表現出來的就是真的到處都不舒服的樣子 所以也很難說是真的心理因素還是身體因素 可是看過這麼多醫生這麼多科別 甚至上個月才到大醫院做完全身健檢 狀況都還好都是要追蹤 媽媽就還是每天很煩心情不好說很多地方痛 到底我該怎麼辦啊??? 她最近又說要去長庚醫院看 可是我覺得結果應該會一樣 因為她前面已經去很多醫院看過了也才剛做完檢查 我不知道換到長庚會有什麼不同… 我提議去台大醫院看診 因為我在台大服務 但是媽媽對台大印象擔心真有狀況好像要包紅包才有效 我也不知道她哪裡聽來的 我自己是不認為啦 請大家告訴我應該怎麼辦才好? 謝謝大家! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.55.155

最近電腦出現一個問題，就是開機幾分鐘，就會呈現當機狀態， 鍵盤燈滅掉，螢幕凍結，只能按reset， 不管在bios畫面，還是跑作業系統，或者進入作業系統，都會這樣子， 但是呢，重開個幾次，過一些時間，就會康復，不再當機， 可以順利使用作業系統，換記憶體照當，拔硬碟之後開機也是照當， 在bios監控 cpu溫度都正常也ok，風扇正常，唯獨電壓12v的部分 主機板顯示1.6v紅字，目前設定忽略，不知道是不是誤判，但是都能開機 只是一陣子就當機，目前還沒排除就是psu和mb，這兩項只能在去買新的.@@. 目前就是開機一兩分鐘會當機，重開個5-6次，才會穩定不會當機， 請問有前輩遇到類似的狀況嗎？該怎麼排除呢？謝謝唷 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.162.136 ※ 編輯: Steinway 來自: 114.39.162.136 (07/09 09:56)
