| 【即時論壇】該抓酒駕而非抓壁虎

前幾天高雄王姓婦人及其子女一家三口，因為家中有壁虎而害怕不已，因而報警請求警方協助，最後由苓雅分局兩位警員順利將壁虎「逮捕歸案」。就此次事件而言，實有浪費社會資源之嫌。
在這次的鬧劇當中，王姓婦先打給消防局，但消防局回答沒有抓壁虎的服務，予以婉拒。依據《警察法》第二條規定，警察任務為依法維持公共秩序，保護社會安全，防止一切危害，促進人民福利。筆者認為警方應該也要有相同的勇氣，拒絕諸如抓壁虎、幫議員撿鑰匙等等不合理的報案。
況且民間其實也有不少除蟲公司可以幫助民眾除蟲滅蟑抓壁虎，警察機關如過於便民，不也是與民爭利? 更嚴重的是因此排擠到其他治安、交通勤務。
現今警察勞動條件惡劣，人力不足、過勞死、超時加班等關鍵字在報章媒體上時有耳聞，這樣的環境已經很難期待原有的警察任務可以圓滿達成，更別說還增加其他的便民服務了。「工欲善其事，必先利其器」，其實維護基層員警勞動權益，也是增加社會福祉。肇因警力長期嚴重不足，報載桃園龜山分局甚至以養狗代替人力。又警察所領的薪俸都是國民的民脂民膏，大眾身為公僕的雇主，期待的應當是我們繳納的稅金、有限的警力運用在諸如抓酒駕的刀口上，而非抓壁虎上。

| 歐股盤後－援希協議達成+美鋁財報激勵 泛歐大盤收漲0.76%

歐股今(9)日連續第2日走漲，主要係因歐元區財長同意支付援助金予希臘，加上美國鋁業(Alcoa Inc.)(AA-US)季度財報表現優於預期，令市場對財報季充滿審慎樂觀氣氛。

歐洲Stoxx 600指數收高0.76%至294.58，昨(8)日也收在3周來高點。
法國電力公司(Electricite de France SA)(EDF-FR)今日股價猛漲9.27%，收19.4歐元，因其股票評等被瑞士銀行(UBS AG)(UBSN-CH)自「賣出」升至「中立」。
被西門子(Siemens AG)(SIE-DE)分拆的照明事業歐司朗(Osram Licht AG)(OSR-XE)今日股價亦激升16.97%，收27.84歐元，因匯豐(HSBC Holdings Plc.)(HSBA-UK)給予該公司的初次評等即是「優於大盤」。
西門子今日股價也收漲0.86%至78.67歐元，因其股票評等被德意志銀行(Deutsche Bank AG)(DBK-DE) 自「賣出」升至「持有」。
昨日，美國鋁業成為首個公布季度獲利成績的道瓊工業平均指數成分股，並拉開美股財報季的序幕。
投資人今日亦對歐元區財長同意撥款30億歐元(38.6億美元)援助金予希臘的消息表示歡迎。
然而，雅典股市指數終場收跌2.34%至838.29。希臘智庫經濟與工業研究機構(Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research)傳出在其季度報告中表示應該把希臘經濟預測值下修至-5%。希臘央行(Bank of Greece)在5月底時所做的預測值則為今(2013)年萎縮4.6%。
同時，國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)今日亦將今年全球經濟成長率預測值下調至3.1%，低於4月時的3.3%。至於明(2014)年，該組織則預估成長3.8%，也較4月時的4%來得低。
IMF並更具體地把其對西班牙明年的成長預測值砍降至0%，低於稍早時預估的擴張0.7%。該國IBEX 35指數終場收跌%至。
受惠於重量級個股力拓(Rio Tinto Plc.)(RIO-UK)及英美資源集團(Anglo American Plc.)(AAL-UK)跟隨金屬價格走高，英國FTSE-100指數則收漲0.98%至6513.08。
德國DAX 30指數跟法國CAC 40指數也分別收高1.12%至8057.75以及0.52%至3843.56。
精品業者LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton(MC-FR)今日股價亦收漲2.06%，收131.4歐元，因其在昨日晚間表示已同意買下意大利頂級織品品牌Loro Piana大部分股權。

【綜合報導】英國一名準新郎奧里麥安奈其(Ollie McAninch)的單身派對，肯定讓他畢生難忘，他的死黨們扮成綁匪，在他和未婚妻開車兜風時，突襲他們並強行擄走他，把他綑綁起來丟在後車廂裡「兜風」長達2小時，才告訴他是場惡作劇。不過他的苦難還沒結束，他還被逼全身脫光只穿吊屌裝，一個人騎著單車前往16公里外，舉辦單身派對的地方。
雖然死黨絞盡腦汁，想讓他擁有永誌難忘的單身派對，不過新郎身心嚴重受創，最後還爆發帶狀皰疹，雖然不會傳染，但為了預防萬一，新郎被迫和未婚妻隔離一個月，但幸好婚禮還是能如期舉行。

(第一次發文) 小妹之前一直在開一台17年的福特嘉年華 上禮拜它終於冒煙壽終正寢了 現在在看車 目前因為預算的關係 是考慮買二手車 表哥是在修車廠上班的 幫我找了一台Honda Civic K8三門 2000年 但哩程只有六萬多 聽說都是放車庫 保養的很好 價錢13萬 辦到好15萬 我個人的需求是每個禮拜要台中台南高速公路來回一趟 平常就市區內小小跑一下 爸爸是有在顧慮13年的車 會不會開個兩三年 又要像以前那台一樣一直花錢修 想請問一下 這樣個車齡和狀況 價錢合理嗎? 還有大家會建議再看看新一點的車子 然後預算拉高一點? 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.59.91.38

 iPhone5S可能於9月面世！顯示面板諜照大公開

據日本Gizmodo網站6月18日報導，蘋果資訊公布網站MacRumor公開了2013年秋季即將發行的iPhone5S顯示面板的照片。該照片源於供應鏈的洩露。與iPhone5相比，iPhone5S最大的改觀是位於機器上部的電纜連接器連接配備從平行變成了直角。
左圖中顯示的是即將發行的iPhone5S顯示面板的照片。從與iPhone5邏輯板的對照中，可以明顯看出電纜連接器的一部分變成了直角。左邊兩幅照片來源不同，但形狀一致。由此推測可信度很高。有消息稱，iPhone5S將在9月份發行，究竟真相如何，讓我們一同期待吧!
