【綜合報導】日本神奈川一名少女未婚懷孕，在家中浴室分娩後，竟將嬰兒丟棄在一個棒球場中。棄嬰後來被路人發現時已死亡，少女後向警方自首。

警方表示，這名年僅17歲的棄嬰母親擔任臨時工，她與父母和姐姐同住，但家人竟都未發現她有孕在身。14日少女在家中產下嬰孩後，怕被父母知道，便將自己的骨肉丟在棒球場。

嬰孩被發現的新聞播出後，少女15日凌晨到警局自首，日本警方以遺棄屍體罪將她逮捕，16日將對嬰孩屍體進行解剖。

Bootstrapping：a self-sustaining process that proceeds without external help.

最近我發現常常需要提到「Bootstrap」這個創業技巧，才想到還沒有好好寫過文章解釋它。所以今天，咱們就來聊聊它跟創業到底有什麼關係，創業者又為什麼必須要學會這件事情。

字面上，Bootstrap 是「靴子的鞋帶」的意思，而一條鞋帶之所以會延伸到創業，主要是作家Rudolf Erich Raspe在1781年的小說「The Surprising Adventures of Baron Munchausen」而來（參見: Wikipedia）。故事中，主角用一條Bootstrap把自己從沼澤的爛泥中拉了出來，過程中完全沒有依賴其他人的幫助。這個典故經過後人的傳用，Bootstrapping於是漸漸變成了「自助、不求人」的意思。

在創業的世界，Bootstrapping尤其是指財務上的不求人，也就是不跟投資人募資，完全靠著自己的能力來支應開銷的意思，常用的方法有包括：存款、信用卡、拖延應付帳款、積極催收應收帳款、零庫存、提早開始賺錢等等。尤其是存款和信用卡，幾乎是每個早期團隊一定會用到的工具。

當然Bootstrapping不一定代表永遠都不向外募資，更常見的做法是在早期的時候Bootstrap，到了中、後期再向外尋求援助。而除了不必看人家的臉色，Bootstrapping式創業，其實還有很多很多的好處，像是：

【陳威叡／台北報導】北市1名32歲陳姓男子，今天下午與妹妹陪同母親一同至餐廳用餐，因其母為台大退休教授，可將轎車停至校園內的椰林大道，3人停好車後隨後前往敦化南路用餐。
 
警方表示，下午3時許陳男準備開車離開時，不慎從後方撞擊路過該地的陳姓男子（65歲），所幸並無大礙。警方到場進行酒測，發現陳男酒測值高達0.97毫克，偵訊時陳男辯稱，因颱風天地面都是落葉，只是為了將車輛移開，訊後被仍被警方依公共危險罪嫌送辦。

A: LED公司 B: 電子零件製造 公司人數 10人 50 人 職稱 電機工程人員 ISO品保人員 薪水 試用期23K 試用期28K 試用期過後27K~30K 試用期過後會再調薪 上班時間 8:30~17:30 周休一日 8:00~17:30 周休二日 禮拜六半天 有時須加班半小~一小 不知道要不要加班 其他福利 無 全勤獎金、附中餐 通勤(單趟) 走路約一分鐘 騎車15分鐘 備註:LED的工作內容就是製造字幕機電視牆，有點危險性，要爬高爬低，有時要在 太陽底下工作，還有周休一日讓我很難回家(在外地租房子)。 ISO品保人員不知道未來性，但老闆給我的第一印象很好，還有公司是30~40年 的老公司，所以公司制度很完善，而且周休二日外加起薪高跟附中餐讓我有點心動。 這兩個工作請問一下哪個會比較好，電機工程人員感覺去了就是學了一技之長， 品保就不太清楚了，請問一下品保的未來性如何!?
