看標題好像很聳動XD 我朋友從以前就在性愛中扮演弱者 連叫男友戴套的勇氣都沒有 這下好了吧，搞出人命了= = 她男友說可以負責 但她爸不想要這個女婿，好像是因為這男的既沒工作又沒責任心 本來還想分手 是我朋友哭鬧才說好啦好啦娶你 但是產檢什麼的都鬧失蹤 雖然男生很爛 但我深深覺得我朋友還蠻活該 問她幹嘛不叫對方戴套 竟然回我，因為聽說戴套會軟掉，而且她不敢 那有關做媽媽的知識她也都不知道 唉～～該說她傻還是蠢 而且她才18 被她氣到快吐血………… -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.143.139.195

【綜合報導】日本周日舉行參議院改選，首相安倍晉三領導的自民黨執政聯盟，預料可取得大勝，不過安倍晉三絲毫不敢鬆懈，周六晚上到東京車站發表最後演說，為候選人站台拉票。安倍還表示，為了守護日本領土，現在正是時候修改憲法。
不過日本維新會黨魁之一、眾議員石原慎太郎因血壓不穩，臨時取消在東京街頭的助選行程。
日本參議院每三年改選一半議席，選前民調顯示，自民黨與執政夥伴公明黨可在改選的121席中取得超過70席，如果選前民調沒有出現落差，兩黨將可控制參院，不過部份民調預測光是自民黨就有望單獨拿下半數議席。

| 市議會撥50萬資助被遣返移民

【大紀元2013年07月20日訊】（大紀元記者杜國輝紐約報導）7月19日，市議會議長柯魁英宣布，將發起一項試點項目，為已被羈押、可能將被遣返的移民人士提供全面的法律支持。該項目啟動資金50萬元。
這項稱作“紐約移民家庭團聚項目”（New York Immigrant Family Unity Project ，簡稱NYIFUP）的項目，旨在為因移民問題而被羈押，並面臨遣返的人士提供法律咨詢網絡。
以前的移民法庭，由法庭指定的辯護律師對被告幫助極小，被告（獲勝）的機會微小，被告面對著語言障礙、資源短缺等問題。
「為此我要感謝紐約州第二巡迴上訴法庭法官卡玆曼（Judge Robert Katzmann）以及『紐約移民家庭項目』（New York Immigrant Family Project）人士的努力。」柯魁英在記者會上說。
根據紐約州第二巡迴上訴法庭法官卡玆曼召集的研究機構「移民代表」（Study Group on Immigrant Representation）2011年的研究報告顯示，在被羈押的紐約移民中有60在法庭上沒有法律代理，且只有3%能夠在法庭上贏。
「在法庭上，有太多的案子因缺乏法律代理而葬送了移民實現自己美國夢的機會。」卡玆曼法官說。
該項目為一年制試點。該資金將由非盈利、無黨派的獨立機構「維拉正義學院」（Vera Institute of Justice）監督實施。
市議員陳倩雯對該項目表示歡迎，「紐約市是移民城市，（移民）應該得到我們的保護，這個試點項目將幫助移民得到那些通常他們得不到的服務。」陳倩雯表示。
為兄弟來發聲的瓦玆克玆（Perla Rodriguez Vasquez）介紹，今年1月，她的兄弟被突然從家中帶走，後被送進位於新澤西的移民局的羈押機構，把他的美國公民女兒留在家裡。「我們不會英語，我們沒有錢請律師，所以也不知道如何終止遣返他。如果之前有這個項目，（我兄弟）他至少可以和他的女兒在一起，他可以和可信賴的律師一起為他的案子努力。 」瓦玆克玆說。
