【張博亭／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，家屬昨將病歷交給台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，他今表示，看過病歷後，確定洪是劇烈運動後中暑致死，且送院當下即使救活，也會是植物人，痛批這是軍中集體霸凌的悲劇。柯文哲今晚7時也將出席悼念洪仲丘的燭光晚會。  

柯文哲說，洪仲丘從意識清楚到意識不清應有一段很長過程，期間卻無人伸援手，他感嘆，人與人之間不需要這樣，應該把人當人來看待。

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】行政院主計總處今公布6月失業率為4.14％，比5月上升0.08個百分點，失業人數也增加1萬人達到47.3萬人。主計總處分析，失業率上升主要是受應屆畢業生投入尋職影響，上月初次尋職者增加了1.2萬人所致。和去年同期相較，失業率降低了0.07個百分點。但我國失業率仍居亞洲四小龍之冠，高於香港3.3％、韓國3.2％、新加坡1.9％。

依年齡別分析，20到24歲失業率13.34％最高，也比5月增加0.60個百分點，其次是25到29歲失業率也有7.13％，較前月增0.18個百分點。依學歷比較，大學及以上程度失業率5.25％，也成長了0.29個百分點。年輕和高學歷族群失業率上升也都是因為應屆畢業生投入尋職行列影響。

【綜合報導】台灣民眾也會使用的網路通訊軟體微信，今天早上微信發生故障，北京、上海、廣東、浙江等地的用戶無法正常發送和接受訊息，同時無法刷新朋友圈。

騰訊微信管理方面緊急表示，由於伺務器網絡故障，微信暫時可能出現收發問題。技術人員現正進行修復。

防雷～ 唉唉唉不知道是不是太喜歡第一集了，對第二集期待有點高，所以有點落差 第一集妙就妙在大家都是從退休生活到再度執業的一種反差 而且整個過程都很緊湊，很期待下一秒會發生什麼事情 喜劇跟動作的結合很棒，尤其是粉紅豬PK老女人火箭炮那一段 但第二集就沒有這種感覺了....有些橋段只是為了撲梗的感覺 動作依舊，但笑點似乎沒那麼好笑了 不過伊凡邊看維多莉亞開槍邊調情那段實在經典 有一些地方還是有點疑問來請教 1.一開始去馬文喪禮找法蘭克的那批西裝人員，和攻入西裝人員總部的那群武裝人員， 分別屬於什麼單位呢？因為行動失敗之後，將軍有和那群武裝人員的頭兒傑克討論 損失，所以感覺這群武裝人員(FBI?)是政府的人，那穿西裝那群又是哪個單位的呢？ 2.夜影最後的真相，美國政府到底是否知道呢？有嚴重到要傑克讓將軍去領便當嘛？ 對美國和俄羅斯來說，是只知道炸彈已研發，還是都跟英國一樣知道貝利想要引爆 炸彈呢？將軍一夥是想解除炸彈？還是想樣搶回炸彈佔為己有？他們到底是想要透 RED門找到炸彈，還是只想要殺掉RED？派韓出來好像只是單純想殺掉RED一樣，這 對找炸彈沒有幫助阿？ 3.承上，到後來看似傑克和貝利博士早有聯絡有默契，那傑克直接去找貝利就好， 何必要先去追這些RED呢？還有又何必跟著去追青蛙呢？ 4.再承上，如果說貝利博士上網留下線索就是為了等RED來把他放出去，那貝利應該是 很希望RED們找的到線索才是，但他看到RED時卻說「我很驚訝你們能找到青蛙」， 彷彿是不想讓他們找到青蛙一樣，這邊好像有點奇怪 5.貝利特地讓傑克下飛機後才殺他有點奇怪，他大可在飛機上就把他的計畫告訴傑克 後就送他上路，這樣不是比較快？ 6.軍情六處為何要殺維多利亞？只因為他沒有殺掉法蘭克一夥兒？動機好像有點薄弱？ 7.凱薩琳麗塔瓊斯(片中名忘了)是怎麼在老布酒裡下藥的？跟服務生串通？為何RED中 貝利獨獨只殺掉她？之前曾經發生過什麼事情嘛？ 以上問題還請先進不吝賜較～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.114.176.198
