申請移走燈柱　英婦抗爭40年

【綜合報導】英國一名72歲婦人瓊斯(Kath Jones)，向地方政府申請移走屋前的燈柱，經過長達40年來的「抗爭」後終於得償所願。

瓊斯與丈夫40年前就居住在這個村落，但村落建成之時，卻有一支燈柱直直豎立在屋子之前，令2人出入非常不方便，車子更多次撞到燈柱。兩夫妻多年來一直向地方政府爭取，批准他們將燈柱移走，但一直未得到回應。

經過40年來的不斷投訴後，地方政府在兩個月前終於批准施行工程將燈柱移走，而瓊斯將要支付500英鎊(約新台幣23000元)的費用。瓊斯終於得償所願，可惜是丈夫已經去世，無緣見證燈柱移走的時刻。

為加強日本與東南亞國協關係，首相安倍晉三2012年12月上任後，積極走訪東南亞國家，近日將再前往馬來西亞、新加坡及菲律賓訪問，並計劃提供菲律賓10艘巡邏船。

綜合媒體報導，安倍晉三預定於27日與菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世舉行高峰會，在菲律賓與大陸存在著南海黃岩島主權爭議的情況下，安倍晉三將運用日本政府開發援助(ODA)，自2014年起，提供總計10艘巡邏船給菲律賓，使菲國加強海上保安能力。

除了菲律賓外，安倍晉三也將拜訪新加坡、馬來西亞，與兩國的首長會面，暢談日本內閣經濟政策「安倍經濟學」。此外，在26日拜訪星國時，將與美國副總統拜登會面。

安倍晉三此趟東南亞之行，距離上次日本首相走訪馬來西亞及菲律賓已相隔6年，拜訪新加坡更長達11年。

黑畫面又現 軍方稱有修但沒紀錄

洪仲丘事件，家屬星期一 (廿四日)到南部軍事法院檢察署中部辦公室觀看監視錄影器畫面，卻意外發現有三支故障監視器，目前雖已修復，但軍方稱沒有修復紀錄。

家屬表示，檢方一開始引導以分開看方式，觀看各個監視器畫面，包含與案情有關的畫面，編號八、九、十及十二，每隻都看完整的畫面。

除了八十分鐘黑畫面，竟然還出現三支監視器壞掉，洪慈庸說，當時切回分割畫面時，發現有三格畫面是黑的，但其它格卻是正常，家屬質疑是否與案情有關，軍方資安人員解釋是故障，且有請人維修，但拿不出維修紀錄。

資料出處：地標跟日進，或pchome購物等「一般正常管道都買得到的」 目前板友也最推薦的是北部的地標跟日進這兩家，不一定最便宜，但價格透明。 (不知道這些名字是什麼的，google或是按 / 就有了) 表格是價位、螢幕尺寸、解析度，與我個人的評語。 HTC New One 16990↓ 4.7" 1920*1080 小跳一點 NOTE2 (16GB) 16690↓ 5.5" 1280*720 持續下滑中 HTC Butterfly ↓16500↓ 5" 1920*1080 這跳水，不留活路啊 Xperia T/V 9900─ 4.6" 1280*720 夠低了，某些購物網站可拿到9000 本次主要更新： 蝴蝶機這跳水力道真是太猛了。 其實S4也有跳，17690也是跳很猛， 不過我真的覺得除非是要輕薄/更好的照相/1080P，不然NOTE2比S4好用....
