泰坦神域　細緻場景華麗呈現

【葉家銘／高雄報導】有別於過去高市大樓推案以農16與美術館特區等精華區段為主，近期楠梓區右昌生活圈大樓新案激增，將有7件新案同時推出銷售，為全市推案最密集的一級戰區，推案主力坪數25~35坪、2~3房，每坪16~18萬元，產品鎖定首購族。
 
楠梓區右昌生活圈目前有大樓成屋案「陽光都柏林」、「城中星」、「Super One」，施工中的建案有「郡都花園」、「四季香頌」與海景制震預售宅「藏美海納川」等案，近期良富建設大樓成屋案也將公開。
 
高雄市市調協會副理事長蘇郁超說，右昌生活圈商業機能發達且綠地充足，近期高雄市區房價飆漲，購屋門檻相對較低的右昌生活圈以低價大量搶市，主力多規劃2~3房、總價400~650萬元左右，除吸引在楠梓加工區上班的購屋客，不少市區的上班族也會跨區購屋。
