| 《歐股》財報、經濟數據佳 三大指數早盤翻紅

歐股1日早盤開高，主因財報和經濟數據表現亮眼。在此同時，投資人也靜候英國央行和歐洲央行的政策聲明。
嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，台北時間晚上7點19分為止，德國DAX指數漲1.20%(99.51點)至8375.48點；英國FTSE-100指數漲0.03%(1.64點)至6622.70點；法國CAC-40指數漲0.49%(19.74點)至4012.43點。區域性指標歐洲Stoxx-600指數上漲0.78%至301.89點。
金融類股方面，英國抵押貸款龍頭Lloyds今年上半重回獲利，並有望重新發放股利，早盤股價大漲7%。法國興業銀行(Societe Generale)第2季純益大增，盤中飆升8%。蘇格蘭皇家銀行(RBS)則因傳出Ross McEwan將接任執行長，早盤上揚1%。
其他類股方面，芬蘭煉油廠Neste Oil第2季營益優於預期，股價走升15.2%。德國超市Metro重申年度獲利展望，上揚6.56%。但荷蘭皇家殼牌石油公司(Royal Dutch Shell)財報盈餘大跌20%，早盤股價下挫4.47%。
另外經濟數據也傳出喜訊，歐元區的製造業活動兩年來首次出現擴張，7月製造業採購經理人指數 (PMI)上升到50.3，顯示經濟正逐漸好轉。
英國央行和歐洲央行將於今天發布貨幣政策決議，或將提出進一步前瞻指引，但經濟學家預料兩大央行將按兵不動，基準利率將維持在0.5%的歷史低點。

| 國內線機票 明年漲價

國內線航空票價已逾8年未調整，航空業在國內線連年虧損，交通部前（1）日終於確定明年元月將調漲國內線機票，雖然僅反應油價部分，航空公司仍要貼錢營運，但至少可減少虧損，華信、復興、立榮、遠東四家航空公司昨日都發布新聞，表示感謝，也表明會配合政府提供多元化服務。
四航意見大致相同，主要訴求8年多來油價漲幅逾2倍，國內線即使載客率雖然維持7成以上，卻仍處於嚴重虧損狀態，主因國內航線無法比照國際航線以徵收燃油附加費方式來反映部分油價上漲的成本。
目前國內航線售價是以2004年之物價指數，包括油價等作基礎、於2005年初核定，如今物價指數、各項成本大漲成長，油價基礎也增為兩倍，但票價近9年來從未調整。目前燃油成本占營運成本比重已逾3成以上，顯現票價結構呈現極不合理現象，也造成飛行時間越長的離島航線，虧損越嚴重的結果。
另國內線多為離島與偏遠航線，易受天候影響關場；加上淡、旺季差異非常明顯，航空業經營困難，以致多年以來都是虧損累累。

【綜合報導】英國廣播公司BBC周四早餐節目播放當地一個搞笑團體「Barbershopera」，最新創作的歌曲「我也可能娶凱特」(I could have married Kate)的音樂錄影帶時，畫面中出現威廉的臉遭塗鴉，不光是戴上眼鏡，畫上假鬍子，還在他額頭畫上男性生殖器。
這個不堪畫面一播出隨即引發熱議，BBC也在當天隨即公開道歉，強調這段冒犯影片絕不是BBC製作，但坦承疏失因沒有發現直接播出深感抱歉。
