山西網路活躍人士李建軍今天對英國廣播公司（BBC）說，大陸國家審計署調查華潤集團在山西併購煤礦已發現問題，但被某高層介入壓下，國務院前總理溫家寶等高官都在這件事親自批示。

華潤集團旗下華潤電力6名小股東5日將到香港法院出庭尋求授權，代表華潤控告華潤集團董事長宋林及現任和前任董事瀆職，李建軍今天在香港接受BBC訪問。

李建軍指出，北京中央實際上曾兩度調查華潤在山西併購煤礦的問題，但最終被「人為制止」。

報導說，李建軍和新華社旗下「經濟參考報」記者王文志分別舉報過華潤集團旗下華潤電力所屬太原華潤煤業，於2010年向山西金業煤焦化集團收購三處位於山西太原的煤礦，但交易時存在採礦許可證尚未取得或已過期等問題。

李建軍表示，早在2010年，中國大陸國家審計署在調查另一起與華潤有關的煤礦收購問題時，已掌握大量證據，「但是被某高層介入強行壓制下來」。到2011年，又有人舉報與香港這次訴訟有關的煤礦交易有問題。

李建軍指出，據他了解，「國務院總理溫家寶、（中共）中紀委副書記何勇，還有監察部部長馬（馬文）、審計署署長（審計長）劉家義，都親自在這事情上做了批示。」

他指控，大陸國家審計署去年6月起進行3個多月調查，「發現了一些問題」，但結果在中共18大召開前，再次被「人為制止」。

李建軍指出，手上一些證據是自己取得，也有一些是其他舉報者主動提供，並經過多重核實，包括向審計署的人、華潤內部的人查證。

不過，華潤集團先前就王文志所舉報內容發表聲明說，有關舉報「充滿諸多揣測、臆斷乃至惡意誹謗之詞」，並保留法律追訴權。

【李銘宏／台北報導】昨天深夜11時許台北市驚傳一起命案，1名男子被友人開車載往林森北路上的慶生醫院，由於男子身中多刀傷勢過重已無生命跡象，欲轉院時通報救護車前來協助，不料救護人員發現男子早已失血過多喪命，屍體已呈現些微僵硬，警方趕抵後以封鎖現場並訊問開車友人案發經過。

各位好~小子也是求行程安排的...請各位幫幫忙~
打算十月中後去台中輕鬆遊幾天, 由台北出發, 想到的景點有以下:

一中商圈/夜市
逄甲夜市
紙教堂
清景(農場, 小瑞士花園)
中社觀光花市/ 新社鄉(那個比較方便? 十月是花季嗎?)
車埕集集
台中公園
谷關溫泉(還在考慮要不要去...)

由於不自駕, 也不包車, 太遠的合歡山和日月潭就不去了~
為配會這些行程, 會在台中市住宿兩晚加清景一晚, 就是三日三夜, 因為第四天一早就去台北了~
大家覺得時間許可嗎? 景點會不會相距太遠? 還是可以再加一點景點進去?
而且由於會於台北出發, 計劃是搭火車到台中, 是不是該先網上買來回票?

各背包客有甚麼意見嗎? 我對台中真的不很熟...
