【陳穎／綜合報導】韓國「星」兵SE7EN上色情按摩店拖垮韓國藝工隊，韓國國防部一氣之下廢除成立17年的藝工隊，SE7EN更被罰關禁閉10天。他昨天已「出關」，現被分發到野戰部隊當步兵，再也無法混水摸魚享特權。

SE7EN等藝工隊成員，6月時赴江原道春川勞軍，會後與Rain等同袍留宿汽車旅館，凌晨和嘻哈團體「Mighty Mouth」的生菜偷溜到有提供「小姐服務」的按摩店。事後，SE7EN等8名違紀星兵將受懲處，其中6人分發野戰部隊；「Super Junior」(SJ)隊長利特等6名沒犯錯的星兵也被分發前線服役。

新竹縣縣長盃暨群新建設盃籃球錦標賽今天在縣體育館登場，邀來台灣大籃球隊球星、張羽霖、魏維、吳岱豪林耀宗與新竹獨臂神射手范弘昊代言。

竹縣安排球星代表台灣大贈送150個籃球，給竹縣尖石與五峰鄉15所國小，由五峰與新樂國小小朋友代表接受，鼓勵他們未來在運動上有好表現，並安排球星與小朋友分組競投，接受球迷索簽名、合影，不少球迷全家來，直呼好爽、樂透了！

縣長盃籃賽吸引45隊、705名籃球好手組隊參加，有社會男子組、社會女子組與壯年男組，明天在新竹縣體育館與成功國中體育館都有精采決賽，歡迎民眾觀賞。

台北市勞動局高溫勞檢開罰，創全國首例，最高可處新台幣6萬元罰鍰；勞動局長陳業鑫提醒，高溫工作應提供降溫措施。

台北市勞動局今天舉辦「線上職災地圖，全民監督工安」記者會，台北市副市長張金鶚及勞動局長陳業鑫共同出席，陳業鑫在會後接受媒體聯訪時，做出上述表示。

台北市昨天飆破百年高溫紀錄，勞動局昨天指出，日前啟動「高溫室外作業勞動檢查」，查獲大同區一處營造工地因未設置遮陽休息區，將依法開罰，創高溫勞檢開罰全國首例。

陳業鑫今天說明，此違法工地未提供任何遮陽、灑水、遮蔭及休息等設施，去年就被查獲一次，經過警告和要求改善後，今年又再度被查獲，顯然未有改善，因此將依勞工安全衛生法規定，處以新台幣3萬元至6萬元罰鍰。

他表示，目前只要工地現場測得溫度超過攝氏36度以上，勞動局就會建議雇主先暫時停止作業；若未逾36度但逼近或超過人體忍耐程度，將要求工地現場提供遮蔭措施。

關於台北市是否可放高溫假？陳業鑫說，目前尚未有相關政策規定，且高溫假並非放假概念，而是在高溫底下工作恐影響勞工健康時，才建議應停止工作，或提供適當降溫的防制措施，並非制式及硬性規定。

他呼籲，雇主應提供勞工適當休息、飲水及休息等措施，避免熱危害對勞工健康造成傷害。

張金鶚表示，關於高溫施工這件事，對工人的安全或施工照顧是需要被重視的，否則恐造成工地不安全或工安災害，雇主應創造一個更好的施工環境。

【賴又嘉／台北報導】老子曰集團董事長葉兩傳妻子、知名法國頂級麵包店PAUL董事長賴郁芬，身兼美髮代理商和法實業公司董座，賴女去年9月指示時任和法實業財務長張淑娟，將和法實業的3張支票用於資金調度，張女卻偷偷將支票拿去清償個人債務，再向賴女謊稱支票遺失，導致賴女信以為真，今年初指示公司出納，將支票掛失止付，並向警方報案，賴、張2人因而吃上誣告官司。
 
賴女出庭喊冤，指當初張女謊稱公司銀行信用狀額度不足，才指示出納開支票由張女處理，張女卻指支票遺失，後來才坦承挪用支票，並寫悔過書承諾還款，現已離職。張女則坦承，謊稱支票遺失。
 
檢方審酌賴女因相信張女說詞，擔心遺失支票遭人拾獲提示，才申報掛失止付，主觀上沒使他人受刑事處分意圖；因實際決定掛失止付的人也是賴女，張女因而也不構成誣告，將2人不起訴。至於張女將公司支票偷拿去償債，涉犯侵占、背信等罪部份，另移轉由士林地檢署偵辦。

通路商透露，鴻海與統一超合作開賣鴻海製造大電視，迄今已賣出1萬台。對此，鴻海表示不予評論，未來會繼續推出同系列產品。

鴻海6月下旬與統一超攜手合作，銷售「OPEN小將」40吋、60吋和70吋鴻海製造顯示器和大電視產品，相關產品已經在統一超網路購物店7net上架。

熟悉家電產品的通路商透露，6月底迄今，「OPEN小將」大電視產品銷售量已達1萬台；目前持續熱銷中，預估7月和8月「OPEN小將」大電視銷售業績，有機會占全台夏季家電類銷售業績比重約1成。

對於上述消息，鴻海表示不予評論。

對於未來與統一超的合作進展，鴻海表示未來會持續合作，推出同系列產品。

通路商表示，除了大電視外，鴻海近期將和統一超繼續推出手機和平板電腦相關產品，預計也將貼上「OPEN小將」品牌，銷售時間點預估在第3季或第4季。

通路商指出，鴻海計畫與統一超合作推出的手機和平板電腦產品，也將由鴻海集團負責生產製造，繼續透過7net結合全台零售通路據點廣泛銷售。
