中國大陸南京主辦亞洲青年運動會，傳出解除網路封鎖。不過根據記者實際測試，只有奧體中心的主媒體中心可上臉書（Facebook），其他場館還是需要「翻牆」。

不少外國記者首日到南京河西新城區奧體中心參加開幕儀式時，對於不用使用俗稱「翻牆」的代理伺服器就能上臉書感到驚訝。工作人員原本也介紹，這次南京亞青運，主辦單位「網開一面」。

只是當記者到其他場館時，網路依舊有管制，要翻牆才能上臉書與台灣相關網站。

日本記者日前在記者會提問南京亞青運解除網禁的問題，南京市政府未正面回應。

中國電信負責這次的網路工作，1名不願具名的中國電信工作人員說，「網路解禁只有主媒體中心，其他場館還是要翻牆。」而且只有解禁媒體記者的特定帳號，一般人上網要上國外網站依舊不行。

中國共產黨南京市委宣傳部6月初曾透過官方微博「南京發布」表示，亞洲青年運動會期間，來自各國的青少年可在南京享受到「暢通開放」的網路環境，先前並對臉書、推特（Twitter）等社交媒體進行「開放測試」。

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄市一名黃姓貨車司機，去年9月載送飲料到屏東給客戶，回程裝載放飲料的棧板時疏未注意，沒把棧板綁好，一路上搖搖晃晃。貨車行經高雄大寮區時，棧板滑落在馬路上，後面的機車閃避不及撞上，林姓騎士人車倒地，受有顱內出血、右眼神經受損等傷害，多次治療後右眼仍出現複視、視力嚴重減損情形。

高雄地檢署偵查後依業務過失重傷害罪起訴這名貨車司機，最高可處3年以下有期徒刑。

WAN 就是廣域網路（Wide Area Network, WAN），又稱外網、公網。

"wan孔沒連接" ：
1.請檢查數據機及路由器兩端的插頭是否有插好、插到底。
2.換一條網路線試試。

1.一定要接好數據機至"WAN"的網路線。
2.要使用一台有線網路線連接的電腦，網路線可插入1~4任一孔中。
3.不可使用無線網路來設定。

既然要討好短程使用者而提供免費里程，
也絕無把費用轉嫁到中、長途使用者的道理

既然電子收費已經勢在必行，
何不全面使用eTag繼續維持計次收費？

把目前的收費站拆掉，
但是感應器只裝在原本收費站的地方，
取消計程收費、維持計次收費，
這樣一來，不管對短、中、長途使用者而言，
都不會因為實施電子收費而漲價，
反而可以享受 36元/次 的通行優惠，
這樣不是皆大歡喜？

提供免費里程的同時，計程收費已經失去它的意義(公平性)了，
何不取消計程收費、使用eTag繼續維持計次收費，
以實現道路收費的公平正義。
