【大紀元2013年08月25日訊】（德國之聲中文網）圍繞薄熙來的貪污受賄案週六進入第三天庭審。德語媒體持續關注庭審進展以及薄熙來在庭上的表現。《南德意志報》週六發表題為《兩名導演的一場戲》（Schauspiel mit zwei Regisseuren）的署名文章，針對薄熙來案的庭審評論道，與其說是司法審判，整個審理過程實際上是為了主導外界對薄家貪污和謀殺醜聞的解析：

「共產黨具有導演此類政治審訊的豐富經驗，並且早已規劃判決結果。這次他們還想再往前邁進一步，宣揚庭審的『公開性'，證明中國在建設法治國家上的進展。外國記者無法進入法庭，也沒有電視轉播畫面，但是中國舉行了一場空前的首秀：微博現場轉播法庭實況。」

「庭審報導相對公開，而其背後的目的應是為了通過許多貪污腐敗指控的細節，摧毀薄熙來在許多支持者心目中『社會弱勢者英雄'的形象。無論怎麼看，這個計劃都不幸失敗。這齣戲劇似乎出現了第二名導演--薄熙來，他善於操縱媒體和民眾的同情，中國精英階層中無人能出其右。」

「中國民眾看到一名男子頭腦清晰地自辯，外界顯然並未料到他會反駁中央的指控，與妻兒進行切割，在公訴方證人徐明出場後，這場演出更進入戲劇性高潮：他六次質問證人是否曾經對他本人直接提出付款的事宜，證人連連回答『沒有』。」

評論指出，無論這是薄熙來發出的挑釁，或是預先設計好的橋段，網絡上的討論應該讓中國政府捏把冷汗：「薄熙來知道他的罪名已定。如果他是有意在支持者面前漂白形象，將自己塑造成英雄，那麼行動似乎已經奏效。即使是網上的批評者也對薄熙來刮目相看：微博用戶羅鐵航（音）寫道：『這個男人的邏輯、口才和記憶令人印象深刻。作為一個喜歡聰明人之人，我幾乎忘記他是多麼邪惡、貪婪和猖狂。』」

「在庭審結束後，黨的媒體立刻試圖改變輿論方向。許多在線媒體發表了一篇題為《無賴與詭辯：虛偽最後的猖獗》的文章，短短的標題中對薄熙來進行四次批評。值得注意的另一點是，庭審第二日上午的微博直播幾乎被完全封鎖。當局試圖重新讓情勢獲得控制。」

庭審的可信度有幾分？

《新蘇黎世報》則寫道，雖然薄熙來案的罪名無法與「四人幫」相比擬，但共產黨在薄熙來案中有一個明確的目標，將薄熙來作為例子，讓外界知道黨內高層貪污和行政失職同樣會受到嚴厲懲罰。但文章也指出，多年來共產黨雖然將反貪列入議程中，薄熙來案卻是在王立軍逃入美國使館後意外曝光。判決薄熙來或許能使他消失在聚光燈下，但中國權力機構內的各種行為並不會因此產生變化。

《新蘇黎世報》指出，今日的薄熙來與當年的江青相同，反駁所有指控。「在此情況下難以判定，這究竟是真正的反駁或事前已達成協議的一部份。薄熙來並不是簡單的角色。他在庭上不屈服的表現為庭審增加了更多可信度。」

「後毛時代的第一場庭審後已過了30餘年，中國自稱是法治國家。事實上中國司法仍然任意妄為，效力於延續至今的權力結構。只要司法仍在共產黨的勢力範圍之內，這點便不會有所改變。」
