【大紀元2013年08月30日訊】（大紀元麥迪綜合報導）根據《印度時報》(The Times of India)近日的報導，孟買南部的兩所學校教導學生使用智能手機測量噪音的水平，並將測量到的分貝水平張貼到社交網站上，組成該城市的噪音地圖，供人查看。確實，噪音不只是令人心煩，研究顯示噪音能直接影響個人健康。

住在市區的人民受到的噪音污染多半數來自於交通噪音。針對交通發出的噪音，各國各區根據當地情況採取不同的應對措施。其中包括建築隔音牆、鋪設降噪路面、繪製噪音地圖等；而英國伯明罕市是世界最早製作噪音地圖的地區，人民可在網上查看當地的噪音污染情況，而孟買近日亦加入行列實行這項措施。

神秘的噪音 哼聲惱人

近日各媒體報導了一個名為哼（Hum）聲的惱人聲音，有意思的是50人中可能只有1個人能聽得到此聲。科學家無法解釋為何會有這種現象存在，並且隻影響著2%的人。據受這種噪音影響的人透露，哼聲只在室內聽得到，那是一種低音，在晚間會變得更大聲，且在郊外較普遍。

來自利茲（Leeds）的凱蒂．雅克（Katie Jacques）向BBC透露，那是一種折磨，讓她難以入眠，甚至想尖叫。據說受此聲干擾者會出現頭疼、頭暈、作嘔、流鼻血、失眠等症狀。40年以來沒有人能真正解釋這種聲音的來源，要解決這種特殊的噪音污染，暫時也只能以其它聲音蓋過它了。

噪音不止損害聽力 還影響健康

根據美國國家衛生研究所（NIH）的資料透露，美國有超過3千萬人民處於有害噪音的環境中。80分貝以上的聲音就被認為有害了，而那也不如繁忙的交通所發出的聲音。

環境保護署（EPA）表示，噪音污染是不必要的惱人聲音，能夠直接干擾生活品質甚至影響健康；而世界衛生組織（WHO）更分列出噪音污染對人的害處。其中包括：聽力受損、干擾交際、影響睡眠、影響心血管健康、精神狀況、工作或學習表現等。

聽力受損為噪音直接造成的傷害，更可能伴隨著耳鳴、響度感覺異常、耳朵發炎等症狀。除了直接體現在身體上的缺陷，聽力受損也會造成後期的孤獨、抑鬱、和孤立感等影響心理健康的因素。聽力受損還會造成語音識別能力、工作或學習能力受到影響，給患者帶來生活上的障礙。

品質睡眠受擾

質量好的睡眠對健康是非常重要的，而噪音是干擾睡眠的最大因素。長期受到干擾的睡眠能改變個人的心情，造成憂鬱、疲勞等現象進而影響身體健康。根據《英國郵報》（MailOnline）今年2月的報導，科學家發現1週差品質的睡眠足以影響一個人的健康。
不足的睡眠能夠改變身體超過700個的基因，導致一些基因表現異常，如變得不活躍或過度活躍。其中受影響的包括與生理時鐘、新陳代謝、和應激反應有關的基因。

引發心血管疾病 影響心理健康

除此之外，噪音可以短暫性或長期性地影響人的神經系統，引發對心血管系統不良的各種反應，增加患心血管疾病的風險。根據《台灣醒報》報導，噪音還能導致血壓升高；德國政府環境部署的一項調查證實了這一點。根據1700名居民的數據分析，睡眠時的環境聲音超過55分貝的居民比環境聲音低於50分貝的居民罹患高血壓的風險高出一倍。

患有精神疾病者更容易被噪音加重症狀；即使是正常人，長期暴露在噪音中也會引起不良的心理健康問題，這包括容易焦慮、壓力、感到緊張、頭疼、情緒化等。

【劉智維／高雄報導】義大犀牛職棒隊總教練徐生明24日晚間心肌梗塞驟逝，各界一片惋惜，徐總出生地高雄美濃已規劃在9月8日舉辦追思會，讓故鄉鄉親憑弔追思這位「棒球魔術師」。
 
美濃博士學人協會秘書長古錦松說，經過地方社團的討論後，決定在徐生明台北告別式前一天上午，在徐總故鄉高雄美濃體育館內舉辦追思會。另外，對於徐生明的長眠之地，古錦松表示目前有美濃子弟經營的大社觀音山金寶塔、義联集團聯繫的岡山吉園大吉座，都願意免費提供塔位，不過因徐生明心繫故鄉美濃，骨灰安置在徐家祖墳也有可能。

3D 動畫人物的創業公司Mixamo 最近推出了一項新功能 Face Plus。遊戲動畫開發者只需一個可用於捕捉他們面部表情的Webcam，就能將自己的面部表情即時移植到動畫人物上。如果不滿意也可以到了後製階段再進行編輯。

即便是在行動終端，2D 的動畫遊戲也已經滿足不了用戶的需求了。而 3D 動畫對於獨立的遊戲開發者來說不僅更複雜耗時，費用也要更高，光是為每個動畫遊戲人物添加面部表情便是其中一項。

幫助遊戲開發者打造 3D 動畫人物的創業公司 Mixamo 最近推出了一項新功能 Face Plus。 簡單來說，利用 Face Plus 服務，遊戲動畫開發者只需一個可用於捕捉他們面部表情的Webcam，就能將自己的面部表情即時移植到動畫人物上，對獨立遊戲開發者或者大的遊戲公司來說，都相當方便。如果不滿意也可以到了後製階段再進行編輯。開發者需要的就是一個普通的Webcam、Unity 編輯器以及訂閱 Mixamo 的服務 (1500 美元 年 / 人)。
