【余思維／台北報導】今早總統府前舉辦城市路跑活動，在7時許活動剛結束時，許多參賽者紛紛至路跑計時晶片鐵架前拍照留念，不料突然吹起陣陣怪風，鐵架被吹得搖搖欲墜，因此大會緊急疏散跑者，工作人員也上前加強固定，不料鐵架竟瞬間倒下導致多人受傷，所幸經過治療皆無大礙。

在過去幾個月裡，我和合夥人以及我的團隊參加過許多創業的活動、會議或是研討會。參加這些活動有很多用途；你可能要想遇見未來的投資人，找機會募資，尋找未來策略夥伴或是供應商，或僅是想要體驗現在創業社群的氛圍，見見其他創業家。在參加過幾次活動之後，你慢慢會發現這些活動多半有類似的特點。有些活動可能僅有100人參加，有些是跨國企業贊助的地區性大型活動，可能會有接近500人參加，還會有來自北京或是上海創業團隊的客座講者。與會者多半比其他產業研討會參加者年輕一些，通常介於25到35歲。

活動開始跟其他會議活動差不多。會有來自其他國家的客座創業家講者，代表政府支持台灣新創公司的政府官員會在開始前致詞，然後活動正式開始。

幾周前有個值得一提的趣事，在連續參加三個創業活動後，你發現所有的演講都會用相同的方式開始。例如，我們最近聽到的一場演講，一個非常成功的台灣創業家就用這個來起頭：

「早安。首先，壞消息。現在台​​灣經濟是很不好的，平均起薪比15年前還低。你父母30年前擁有的好工作，能提供整個家庭安穩，有穩定的升遷和加薪，讓你足夠買下房子和養家的工作已經非常罕見了。許多方面來說，或許找一個穩定、安全工作的傳統想法已經不再適用於現今經濟情況下的多數人了。」

 加油要快 下週油價漲 7角 中央社中央社 – 2013年8月30日 下午1...敘利亞局勢緊張，推升國際油價飆漲，依據中油浮動油價公式計算，預估9月2日凌晨零時起，汽、柴油價...

和黃出售百佳超市有進展。首輪共八家海內外財團競購，和黃的意向價約40億美元（約新台幣1,199億元），九月初將公布篩選結果。目前和黃與五位準買家正進行商討，包括泰國首富、卜蜂集團董事長謝國民。

東方日報報導，兩大私募基金TPG及KKR，由於出價未達標而被剔除，消息指私募基金出價低於25億美元（約新台幣749.38億元），遠低於和黃的意向價。

據傳，首輪篩選階段剩餘的競投者中，華創呼聲最高，但泰國首富謝國民也不是省油的燈。「2013泰國十大富豪」富比世調查，謝國民以淨資產126億美元（約新台幣3,776.9億元）摘冠，手中現金充足。

卜蜂是泰國最大零售商，也是7-11便利店的全球第三大營運商。集團近年積極參與海外併購。

彭博報導，謝國民今年初向匯控購入平保股權後，其掌控的CP All在4月出價66億美元（約新台幣 1,978.4億元）向SHV Holdings全面收購泰國零售企業Siam Makro，是亞太區內估值最高的零售股。卜蜂獲得來自滙豐和渣打等五家銀行貸款，為泰國歷來最大規模併購交易。

華創在大陸零售業則有「併購之王」稱號。華創在2002年從萬科手中收購萬佳超市，隨後幾年華創與萬佳整合過程幾經波折，但這筆收購仍奠定華創零售業務發展基礎。
