〈期指觀測站〉摩台未平倉又拉高 樂觀中帶殺機

台指期上週五上漲75點、收在7969點。價差方面，四大期指皆為逆價差。台指期逆價差52.89點，而9月份台指期除權息預計仍要蒸發9.78點，還原9月份蒸發點數後其中台指期仍有逆價差43.11點。電子期逆價差1.99點，金融期逆價差5.57點，摩台期逆價差1.6點。

摩台指上週上漲6.3點，最後收在282.2點，至上週四（8/29）止新加坡摩根台指期貨9月合約未平倉量（OI）為20.4萬餘口，目前摩台指剛開倉，未平倉水位卻已達相對高水位且仍持續累積動能，預期短線盤勢波動幅度有加劇可能。

期貨籌碼部分，台指期貨部分，自營商為淨空單1575口，投信為淨多單2400口，外資為淨空單7口，三大法人整體為淨多單818口，相較前週的4322口淨空單，當週空單回補5140口，整體來看多為外資空單部位減少，反映對短線謹慎偏空看法已有收斂調整。

選擇權從成交量來觀察，9月份買權集中在8000 點，賣權上移集中在7800點。未平倉量部分，買權未平倉量大量區上移至8200 點，而賣權大量區則落在7500點。全月份未平倉量put/call ratio由1.08升至1.19，買權平均隱含波動率由12.44降至11.88%，賣權平均隱含波動率由15.90降至15.43%，買賣權同步下降，反映出上週指數雖自低檔強勢反彈200多點，但市場預期後勢續彈機率降低，買方進場持倉意願已明顯降低。

【徐珮君／台北報導】10多名自稱由各校觀光系學生組成的「觀光就業自救學生會」上午在立法院前陳情，要求立委正視馬祖已通過博弈公投的法定程序，應加快審議《觀光博弈法》草案。學生手拿「速審」的陳情書，高喊「速審博弈」的口號，增加觀光就業機會。

學生代表張先生說，馬祖如成立觀光綜合度假區可帶來7萬個工作機會，期待政府把握機會，加快審議《觀光博弈法》，讓國際性的綜合開發案發揮最大的經濟效益，機會稍縱即逝，不要讓青年學子再憂心未來的就業。馬祖民眾預定10月也將發動千人到台北遊行陳情。

作家劉黎兒在《蘋果日報》焦點評論發表「核一乾貯危害全台生存」文章，指日本福島核一廠就是因為貯存高濃度輻射污染水的儲水槽，連日發生重大洩漏事故，竟宛如第２次福島核災，而8月31日新查到4個儲水槽洩漏，周邊輻射劑量高達1800毫西弗，站在旁邊3、4小時就會死人。
 
劉黎兒指出，台灣核一燃料池貯存量早已超出原始設計數倍，已經再度爆滿，顯示老朽脆裂化的核一，隨時可能過勞爆，應停轉了。這座乾貯場即使僥倖沒釀災，露天放在海邊，2、30年會爛成一堆，年輕人及孩子們將全遭輻射曝射；這正是所謂「亡國滅種」，應全力阻擋，迫切性絕不低於阻擋核四續建，或阻止3個老朽核電運轉。
 
劉黎兒強調，核災風險無限大，狹窄的台灣需要用最高技術、最嚴謹作法來解決，這些毀滅性的劇毒燃料棒早已成了台灣經濟跟安全的最大不良債權，這些燃料棒不是普通垃圾，不容台電隨便丟在後山了事。要先停轉老朽核電廠，不能繼續燒出更毒的用過燃料棒，再由全民來面對。

行星戰爭是一款動作過關遊戲，過場畫面以手繪風格的插圖描述。玩家必須在蟲族的星球上作戰，並且通過各種任務。

遊戲開始後玩家可利用WASD鍵移動，滑鼠可以瞄準與射擊。進攻模式是以分區的方式呈現，當打完一區的敵人後才會進入下一區，每一區清除完會給予金錢獎勵。第一關是支援任務，在最後的區域玩家必須幫助前線陣地迎敵，殺光所有敵人後就可以過關，然後會回到整備畫面：

Weapon：強化武器，一共有幾種屬性
- Max Health：血量
- Mobility：移動速度
- Max Ammo：最大攜彈數
- Weapon Power：武器威力
- Range：射程
- Refire Rate：攻速
- Magazine Size：彈匣大小

要改變這些素質，玩家可以更換不同的裝備：
Gun：槍身
Stock：槍托
Grip：槍柄
Aim：瞄準器
Mag：彈匣
Arm：裝甲
Spec：特殊裝備

Abilities：技能，一開始擁有補給技能，可以恢復玩家的血量與彈藥，在這邊也可以購買火炮支援與AI士兵協助攻擊。

除了一般模式之外，遊戲也提供了生存模式，在生存模式中玩家可以自行建設防禦陣地，用來抵擋敵人的入侵。

【突發中心／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，新北市汐止區有一民眾報案表示，一名年約50歲背著背包的男子於汐止江北橋上，打算將身分證交給他後再去跳橋，民眾一開始並未理會快步離開，後心想不對回頭查找該名男子時，橋上已空無一人，趕緊報案求救。
