【綜合報導】口語習慣說「然後」，學生竟被罰錢。一名台灣大學畢業生日前在台大批踢踢po文，指他大學二年級時選修國家發展研究所副教授唐代彪開的課程，因自我介紹時說了九次「然後」被罰一百八十元。

唐代彪第一堂課時請學生上台自我介紹，並表明上台者若講到「然後」，一次罰二十元，結果po文者自己被罰一百八十元，全班合計被罰二、三千元。有網友大呼太扯，有人說：「可用扣分的，罰錢有點不合理」。唐昨說，這件事發生在二、三年前，因發現學生口語習慣重複「然後」，才想到用「實驗經濟學」理論，透過罰錢方式看看是否能減少說「然後」次數，且至今僅「實驗」過一次，若因此讓學生感覺不好，他願意道歉。

在南加羅蘭岡學區(Rowland Heights School District)舉辦贈鞋、理髮和藝術品展示的活動中，南加羅蘭岡學區學監，校長和教師們都介紹了他們的教學理念，包括鼓勵孩子的優點，教導學生珍惜他人，懂得尊重他人和回報，也堅持自己實現理想，希望對華裔父母有點滴啟發。

學會以禮貌和專業的方式表達想法

Karen Magana曾任校長助理四年，在前任校長退休後成為校長。她說:"學生來到學校，我們希望他們學會感恩和回報社區的給予，對他們實現夢想的支持。贈鞋，理髮和藝術品展示的活動是一個好的方式。」

「他們一定會進入真實的社會，他們需要懂得如何與不同的人相處，我們鼓勵孩子們在一起，將他們各自不同的建議想法提出，大家共同商量一個好的辦法，被更多人接受的好的方式。我們覺得這樣的經歷會幫助他們體驗真實的社會。」

「對於不同的意見，我們確定一個指導方向，學會禮貌的提出自己的想法，懂得如何尊重和聆聽他人的意見。我們不是要他們都接受不同的想法，而是學會以禮貌和專業的方式表達他們的不同見解，學會如何將各種不同的想法合在一起，大家一起考慮出來一個被更多成員認可的辦法。」

Roben Frotos現任南加羅蘭岡學監，曾為助理學監，之前在WEST COVINA服務八年。「我們保持學習課程之外，還開設藝術、音樂、體育等課程，很幸運我們得到了社區的支持，將這些課程堅持下去。教師們了不起，他們工作的非常努力，我們全力支持教師。」

教學生如何合作 學會彼此支持

五年級教師Gilbert Luna說，學生的父母來自墨西哥、中國、台灣、韓國等。他的一天中教授的內容有英文、數學、自然科學、社會科學。

對於學習中的很強的競爭性，如何面對壓力，Luna說：「每個學生的天賦都不同，有的閱讀寫作能力強，有的數學好，有的人有很強的表演能力，有的人喜愛講話表達自己等等，我們鼓勵他們發揚自己的優點。有時學生在回答問題時表現得不夠理想，但我們希望鼓勵他們。有時我會自責我鼓勵的不夠，雖然答案並不夠理想，但他們還在成長中，他們會愈來愈好。」

「我們最關注的是是希望他們成為一個幸福的家庭。每個人都學會珍惜他人，感謝他人所擁有的，大家彼此關心成為一個整體。」

教會他們面對每天實際的生活

Luna說：「一個班有32個學生，我不僅要收集他們的課後作業，還要教會他們面對每天的實際生活。我的太太還做一些禮物，奉獻給學校，讓學生學會花錢買禮物。他們可以學著怎樣花錢，存錢，學會小小的理財。他們都很聰明。」
Karen Magana校長也表示：「我們在學校裡教育學生，不僅僅是讓學生學習課本上的知識，而且還要讓他們學會很快適應真實的社會。」

學會面對目標

華裔父母望子成龍，也常常不自覺的給自己和孩子很多壓力。教師Luna很瞭解這一現狀。他認為「每個學生都希望優秀，這是他們的目標。 保持信心，可以繼續努力，不放棄努力 。」

Luna也曾是橄欖球運動員，他表示：為了避免學生們的壓力太大，她會引導學生去學習藝術、體育。成績是第一不是唯一目標。他舉例如體育項目，如長跑，可以培養孩子堅持的精神 。「還有唱歌，跳舞，藝術等等，學生們都可以在其中找到各自的特長。」

Luna也介紹了團隊合作的重要性。「我們教他們如何合作，學會彼此支持，學習感謝他人。 懂得回報是非常重要的品質。他們互相學習，可以學的更快。」

國際傳真社今天報導，俄羅斯總統蒲亭希望派出國會代表團前往美國，與美國國會議員商討敘利亞情勢。

俄國國會議員馬維彥科（Valentina Matvienko）和納雷什金（Sergei Naryshkin）對蒲亭提出這項建議，並表示，民調顯示，美國人民並不支持武裝介入敘利亞以懲罰這個國家的政府涉嫌發動化武攻擊。

這2名議員表示，也許他們能勸使美國國會議員對此問題採取「客觀公正的立場」。蒲亭支持這項建議，此事仍須經外交部正式同意。

俄國以往也曾派遣國會議員前往美國，以試圖在立法問題上說項；但如今派遣議員赴美商討敘利亞內戰，可能會被外界視為公關伎倆，因為俄國當局身為敘國總統巴夏爾．阿塞德政權的盟友，早已對此事採取堅定立場。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】民眾卓先生向《蘋果》投訴，發現新北市五股區壟鉤路旁的排水溝上有大量白色泡沫，懷疑有工廠排放污水。記者抵達時，現場泡沫已減少許多，但於較上游處仍發現不少殘餘泡沫。

該處布料工廠的員工表示，排水溝時常有不明泡沫由較高處漂流下來，民眾都誤以為是他們所排放，但其實為避免節外生枝，工廠早已不再進行染布作業，並將排水管封閉，至於泡沫到底由何處而來，仍需新北市環保局調查釐清。
