針對台灣伴侶權益推動聯盟草擬「多元成家民法修正案」，包括「婚姻平權」、「伴侶制度」、「家屬制度」3面向，將分別送進立法院審議。引起宗教團體高度關切，7日天宣布組織「愛護家庭大聯盟」，捍衛傳統家庭價值，監督多元成家的修法進度。

「愛護家庭大聯盟」期望藉由信仰的影響力，策動立委勿支持「多元成家」法案，以捍衛傳統的家庭價值。記者會中，佛教、基督教，以及統一教等宗教代表參與發言，闡述宗教界對於此法案的反對立場，並且將在兩週後在全台舉行連署簽名的行動。

聯盟指出，婚姻與家庭是社會的基本單位和文明發展的基礎，也是人格形成與學習的第一個場域，但今天這個無比重要的婚姻家庭，卻因價值觀的混亂而產生許多困境與危機，威脅家庭正常功能的發揮，因此包括基督教、天主教、佛教、道教、一貫道、天帝教、統一教等多個宗教團體組織「台灣宗教團體愛護家庭大聯盟」，希望挺身而出護衛、鞏固和促進婚姻與家庭的健全發展，以免台灣出現「毀家廢婚」的危機而向下沈淪。

愛護家庭大聯盟指出，沒有任何的成功可以彌補婚姻家庭的失敗；沒有任何的成就可以比美婚姻家庭的幸福。台灣目前遭受的婚姻與家庭問題和挑戰，主要有下列幾項：一、少子化危機：台灣是全球總生育率最低國家。二、高離婚率：我國離婚率居亞洲國家之冠。三、低結婚率：國人結婚逐年降低。四、單親家庭大幅成長。五、性開放與自由促使婚前婚外性關係氾濫，嚴重破壞婚姻與家庭。

基督教台灣信義會的陳志宏監督以十多年前政府廣設大學的法案決策為例，提醒政府及社會大眾不應該只看眼前短暫的利益，而做出影響後代的決策。他認為，「多元成家」法案的通過，將會引導教育和社會價值，使原本不是同性戀的孩子認為同性戀是值得學習的。台灣現今已經有少子化、高離婚率等問題，同性戀婚姻的合法化，會讓台灣社會問題雪上加霜，

陳志宏監督指出，根據疾病管制局的統計，今年1月到7月新增加的愛滋病患者當中，有將近75%的患者是因為男男關係而引起的。他擔心，如果「多元成家」法案通過後，這樣的問題只會更加嚴重，未來有一天可能台灣都沒有健康的人民了。

統一教協會會長張全鋒則說，目前台灣已經存在許多道德的問題，影響了台灣人在婚姻、家庭方面的多種問題。政府在此時應該是想辦法解決問題，而不是使用納稅人的錢來推動這類會造成「性氾濫」的法案，對社會造成不良影響。

佛教的釋淨耀法師亦表示，宗教是社會的良心，宗教團體在面對社會問題時，有站出來說話的責任。他指出，天地的形成原本就是一陰一陽、一男一女，如果政府鼓勵同性戀的相關法案，就是嘗試改變這基本的道理，會對社會的安定造成負面影響。

釋淨耀法師強調，他絕對尊重同志朋友的選擇，也尊重他們的權益。然而，同志朋友也應該同樣地尊重家庭的重要性和功能性，畢竟，家庭功能是穩定社會安定的重要因素。他呼籲民眾唾棄那些贊成法案的立委，用選票來捍衛家庭。

愛護家庭大聯盟指出，婚姻與家庭為社會國家的基石，現今婚姻與家庭在全球正面臨著重大危機，在台灣的問題更是嚴重。傳統婚姻家庭的倫理價值觀，正一點一滴的逐漸消失，此不僅對社會、國家造成極大衝擊，而且與人類文明的盛衰存亡息息相關。聯盟將在兩週之後舉行大型連署簽名活動，屆時，將會號召各個宗教團體的信徒參與，以實際行動向立委以及社會大眾，表達宗教人士捍衛家庭價值的心聲。聯盟也呼籲全國所有愛家愛國的學術界、教育界、媒體界、婦女界、政治界、法律界、醫學界等專業人士，一起來共同面對家庭解體的重大歷史挑戰。

【綜合報導】馬英九總統對立法院長王金平開戰！特偵組公布王金平為民進黨團總召柯建銘所涉司法案關說後，馬英九昨親上火線怒批王金平涉司法關說，侵犯司法獨立，是台灣民主法治發展最恥辱的一天。

馬說：「王院長告訴我，只是安慰柯建銘總召，並請曾勇夫部長幫忙處理，這個做法談不上關說。」 馬質問：「如果這不是關說，那什麼才是關說？」國民黨考紀會後天上午開會，由於王的行為重傷國民黨，考紀會若決定開除黨籍，因王是不分區立委，將自然喪失立委資格，院長職位也不保。馬英九記者會後5小時，民進黨主席蘇貞昌昨晚9時也開記者會，砲轟檢察總長黃世銘，拿非法監聽資料向馬報告，「這種洩漏偵查資料行為就是違法！」蘇批馬不但沒迴避，反而參與，並兩度召開記者會打擊政敵，「這才是台灣司法最黑暗的一天！」。

苗栗縣一名婦人煮了一鍋燒酒雞，食用後警覺味道不對，懷疑有多次家暴紀錄的丈夫搞鬼甚至下毒，帶著雞酒到警局報案。

警方今天表示，家住苗栗縣後龍鎮的60歲羅姓婦人昨天帶了一鍋雞酒到派出所聲稱要報警，她向警方表示，數天前煮了鍋燒酒雞給家人食用，自己裝了一碗喝，但只喝一口就覺得不對勁，喉嚨有刺痛感，趕緊吐出，仔細聞湯裡疑似有清潔劑的味道。

婦人向警方指出，懷疑是有外遇且多次對她家暴的丈夫搞的鬼，在雞酒中「加料」，擔心自己每天製作、販賣的米食品也遭殃，才把「證物」直接帶到派出所；警方先讓婦人備案，並採集湯汁送請化驗。

婦人指出，與丈夫原本一起經營中式早餐店，但10多年前丈夫有外遇，不顧家中生意，她索性結束早餐店，改以製做菜包、肉粽等米食到市場販售，獨自拉拔大4名子女。

如今兒女都已長大成人，但丈夫依然故我，常出門找小三，10天半個月不回家，缺錢便向婦人伸手，要不到便拳腳相向，儘管兒女多次勸她離婚，但婦人觀念保守，隱忍多年，僅在民國100年間曾聲請保護令。

「小玉」、「小珍」和40多個來自嘉義、雲林的偏鄉孩子，第一次不是透過視訊看到伴讀老師，小姐妹與伴讀老師莊晏清三人，坐在草地上一起分享之前看的「年獸」、「小紅帽」等故事，相當溫馨感人。
