【邱中岳／新北報導】新北市一名61歲的朱姓男子，昨天下午2時許在逛知名賣場時，發現B1置物櫃有人放置物品後未上鎖，於是伺機將置物櫃內的1串鑰匙以及智慧型手機取走，被害人發現後即報警處理。
 
警方調閱監視器發現朱男涉案重大，到朱男住家搜索果然發現被害人遺失的鑰匙和手機，但朱男矢口否認犯案，還辯稱拿錯東西，但警方訊後還是依竊盜罪嫌法辦。

【林師民 ／新竹報導】台1線竹北路段今天凌晨發生重大車禍！1輛白色轎車從台1線南下，疑似闖紅燈左轉中和街，遭對向北上的銀色轎車攔腰撞上，因撞擊力道強大，白車遭銀車前推約20公尺至路旁工廠柵欄才卡住停下，過程中還撞上準$備過馬路的1名男性路人，路人慘遭卡在白車車下和柵欄中間。銀車車上1男1女輕傷自行下車，由救護車送醫，白車車上3男性受困，警消花費近1小時破壞車體，陸續把3人拉出，連同路人在內，4人送醫時都已經沒有生命跡象。警方初步調查，銀車男駕駛未酒駕。案由警方調查中。

民進黨前立委郭正亮，在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《擒王立威 馬掐國會咽喉》中表示，馬總統這兩天大動作回應，很難不讓人聯想到「政治鬥爭」。因為馬王互不對盤，早已是政壇公開秘密，但兩人互不侵犯，長年相安無事。問題是，隨著馬民調迅速下滑，王對馬的部分主張，已經越來越難認同。

郭正亮認為，「服貿協議」與「核四公投」，是馬王決裂導火線。服貿原本預期要在明年元旦生效，最晚必須在今年底前通過；核四公投如要避免與明年七合一選舉撞期，也必須在下會期通過提案。但相較於馬的心急如焚，王卻彷彿事不關己，甚至還同意在野黨「服貿必須逐條表決」主張，更讓馬氣到極點。

馬出其不意，攻王虛門，使原本與馬並肩而立的王院長，突然陷入全面被動。馬擒賊先擒王，拿下最難擺平的王金平，有如佔領立法院的戰略要塞，直掐國會咽喉。
