事發的「秦嶺歡樂世界」於2009年8月開園接待遊客。昨天下午2時左右，「極速風車」遊樂機上尖叫聲接二連三地響起，遊客們震驚地看著正在旋轉的遊樂機上接連掉下兩個男孩，等工作人員反應過來關閉電鈕，遊樂機在六、七米的高空中定格時，一個女孩瞬間也被重重地摔在了「極速風車」的鐵柵欄外。

人民網引述目擊者稱，事發時她剛正聽見像是「機器卡住了似的」響亮聲音，抬頭一看發現幾名乘客的安全鎖扣已全部打開了，接著三人紛紛被甩下來，「好多人都嚇壞了，在上面就開始哭，把我也嚇死了。」

在這台設備東南角的出口處，地上有攤被土覆蓋的血跡，一旁休息亭的頂部有被重物砸過的痕跡。華商報報導，據現場一位民警介紹，一名遊客從設備上掉到休息亭上，再彈到旁邊的欄桿，最後掉到地上。

京華時報報導，在收治傷者的521醫院，驚魂未定的王航雙眼發紅，雙手還有些微微發抖。出事時，他就坐在這台「極速風車」上，與他同行的朋友此時已躺在重症監護室裡。

「太嚇人了，摔下去的三個人跟我坐在一排，我眼睜睜看著他們摔下去，就是沒辦法拉住他們。」華商報報導，王航說，「我們上去大約只有不到50秒的時間，就看到最邊上那個小男孩兒（馮杰）先飛出去了，接著就是那個小夥子（任亞峰）。我朋友魏苗當時手拉著那個壓在胸前的扣件，還一邊喊著『我要掉下去了，我要掉下去了……』結果她懸在空中，被那個風車帶著又轉了一下，然後就掉了下來……」王航雙眼裡面滿是驚恐，「當時我和魏苗換過座位的，否則掉下去的就是我啊！」

傷者任亞峰的同學張浩鵬說，在下面等待的女生當時見狀被嚇哭了，她們親眼目睹三個人掉下來，「讓人氣憤的是，當時很多女生都嚇哭了，但是遊樂場的工作人員卻把她們趕了出去。」

京華時報稱，還有一個女孩也差點被甩下來，不過她的頭被卡到安全帶上，而且她身旁的一位男士抱住了她。

此次事情造成三人受傷，其中魏苗傷勢最嚴重，全身骨折，目前仍在重症監護病房搶救，尚未脫離生命危險。而馮杰頭部骨折，胸、腹等多處受傷，因傷勢過重轉往西京醫院作進一步治療；任亞峰則口腔骨折，面顱有小面積骨折，目前留院治療。

●《紐約時報》：高不成低不就，HTC自救難
就在兩年前，宏達國際電子（HTC）因銷售大爆發，在全球手機市場中大展宏圖，它在各類獎項上屢有斬獲、股價創下紀錄、頻頻出手收購，還忙着從競爭對手那裡挖高管，以期對蘋果（Apple）、三星（Samsung）和RIM（Research In Motion）的強勢地位持續發起猛攻。

這樣的日子已經一去不復返了。HTC股價與2011年4月的高點相比大跌88%，在今年6月30日結束的第二季度，利潤下降了83%。公司還發出預警，第三季度的數據將更顯慘淡。

還有更糟的。

在8月的一份調研報告中，高盛（Goldman Sachs）把HTC股票的評級由「中性」下調為「賣出」，並警告稱，HTC預計最早也要到2014第二季度才能恢復盈利。

報告指出，HTC「策略不夠明確」，而且還反覆出現庫存問題。報告還說，其「銷售執行和渠道管理仍低於行業標準」。其他問題還包括，公司可能是在燒錢，這是因為「產品周期惡化」，而且公司債務還有可能出現增加。

幾名HTC員工稱，公司太過關注「超高端」手機市場，而且對這塊市場增長的放緩也視若無睹，同時還忽視了正在繁榮發展的印度和印度尼西亞等發展中國家的中低端市場。這幾名員工沒有公開對外發言的授權。

高德納的分析師呂俊寬(C.K. Lu)說，「HTC不知道如何製造一部較為廉價的手機。他們的基因裡沒有這個概念。不知道怎樣靠降低成本或差異化來取勝，往往只會降低高端手機的級別，而這樣做是沒用的。這是一種非常、非常過時的做法。」

周永明於1997年加入HTC，目前已經在公司掌門10年。他被視為推崇創新和質量的工作狂和設計專家。批評他的人說他冷峻而專橫，而且並沒有意識到，即便產品優秀，也無法彌補銷售、銷售和通路方面的問題。(來源)

【陸運鋒／新北報導】昨天晚上10時許，三重三和路四段發生一起墜樓事件，一名女子從大樓11樓頂墜落，民眾聽聞巨響，嚇得趕緊叫救護車，送醫急救後仍宣告不治。

警方調查，墜樓的方姓女子(29歲)，在頂樓留下一個隨身包包，並未留下遺書，現場並無外力介入的情況，初步排除他殺，女子頭部撕裂傷及右腳變形骨折，警方目前正聯絡家屬前往製作筆錄，案由警方調查中。

遠傳電信宣布，10月1日起在Google Play消費，可透過遠傳電信帳單支付，讓沒有信用卡的消費者，也能在Google Play購買App，成為全台灣第一家推出此服務的電信業者。

根據Google和易普索市調公司 （Ipsos）共同合作的研究報告指出，台灣每人平均App下載量高達30個，顯見消費者日常生活與智慧型手機及各項應用程式已密不可分。遠傳也透過分析S市集消費模式發現，有高達九成以上用戶購買APP時，會選擇以電信帳單支付取代信用卡付款，可見使用者消費型態正逐步改變。

遠傳電信發言人高治華指出，此舉是為了創造更便利且兼顧安全性的帳單支付服務，未來消費者透過Google Play商店購買音樂、電影、電子書、應用程式與遊戲，都能直接透過遠傳帳單完成付費，期望帶給消費者更方便、安全且多元的行動娛樂生活。

台灣大哥大則表示，目前正在進行相關作業中，近期內也會推出這樣的付款方式，提供消費者更便利的服務。

綜觀全球市場趨勢，數位內容的熱潮將持續蔓延到可攜式消費性電子產品上，因此本活動聚焦「行.動.力」主題進行交流；同時，政府正極力推動「製造業服務化、服務業科技化及國際化、傳統產業特色化」之「三業四化」產業發展策略及「海峽兩岸服務貿易協議」，盼在數位內容產業的推動上，能有效擴大國內廠商競爭優勢，且迅速進入國際或大陸市場。

「台北國際數位內容交流會」邀請來自12個國家及地區逾200名國際買主，與台灣業者展開2天的商談，預估將至少達成500場商談媒合，創造數億台幣商機。

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名趙姓男子偷了1瓶29元的運動飲料，走出店外時，被店家發現沒有結帳，警方到場依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。

因趙男有竊盜、偽造文書等多項前科，居無定所，當法官諭知應予以羈押時，趙南竟心生不滿，當庭嗆法官：「你們可以胡說八道，可以羈押我，1個月以內我會讓你們好看！」事後趙男雖否認偷竊及脅迫法官，但法官全案審結，仍依竊盜罪、再加上妨害公務罪，判刑150天；趙男依法仍可上訴。
