立法院司法委員會，30日表決臨時提案，以4:3一票之差通過了綠委吳宜臻、尤美女等人提案，要求將特偵組偵辦、監聽的所有案件全部停止，交回一般檢察機關偵辦，並停止分案辦理新案。

今天委員會要求法務部長羅瑩雪、檢察總長黃世銘針對監聽國會事件備詢。首先表決民進黨臨時提案，要求裁撤特偵組、黃世銘解職、移送法辦，結果4:4平手，但召委呂學樟加入投反對票而未通過。

今天民進黨在場4名司法委員有柯建銘、潘孟安、吳宜臻、尤美女4人到齊都投贊成票，但國民黨籍司法委員會委員9人中，扣除主持會議的召委呂學樟，僅有林鴻池、賴士葆、潘維剛、謝國樑在場。洪秀柱、王惠美、廖正井、顏寬恆都不在場，形成4:4的局面。

輪到表決停止特偵組分案辦理新案時，4名綠委贊成，國民黨林鴻池、賴士葆、潘維剛投反對票，謝國樑棄權，這個案子以4:3通過。

謝國樑表決後受訪表示，特偵組最近發生很多爭議，如果這個提案能讓特偵組案件暫停，回歸到一般檢察機關是合理的。因為若特偵組再去辦敏感性高的案件，「我不覺得他會取得社會正當性」。他還說，現在有近七成民眾對特偵組沒信心，希望特偵組裁廢，這個民意是必須要去注重的。

除了前述提案，司法委員會還通過將成立「監聽調閱小組」；要求特偵組將100年度特他字第61號案發出的所有監聽票數量公布，並將監聽票內容提供司法委員會所有立委，以及將黃世銘交由檢察機關徹查是否涉有刑責，並依《法官法》向檢察官評鑑委員會請求個案評鑑調查。2013/09/30

高雄光榮碼頭的黃色小鴨近來再全台灣掀起一陣風潮，展期才過三分之一，參觀人次就已突破1百40萬，高雄市府預估整個活動期間可吸引約300萬人次遊客。但不讓高雄的黃色小鴨專美於前，台北青年公園10月5日開始也即將有巨型抹香鯨展出，未來將和高雄的黃色小鴨在人氣上一較高下。

由紙風車文教基金會策展的「紙風車台灣動物昆蟲創意展」即將在10月5日移師青年公園開展，其中最大展出亮點是斥資千萬、耗費一年時間構思打造的抹香鯨主題館。主題館從外觀看來是一隻長將近70米、高12米的藍色巨型抹香鯨氣球，而特別的是，從牠的嘴巴可以走入體內，內部是由燈光造景打造出來的海底世界展場。

昨(9月30日)日紙風車基金會特別在青年公園先讓這隻巨型抹香鯨亮相，亮相程序相當繁複，包含了將鯨魚固定位置、整地、敲地樁，並找出攤在地上的鯨魚嘴巴與尾巴，運用6台大型鼓風機24小時不間斷充氣，最後再替鯨魚仔細「拉皮」，然後安置100件道具佈景以及冷氣空調等硬體設備在鯨魚體內，布置成一個奇幻的海底世界。

抹香鯨主題館的所佔面積有5座籃球場大、4層樓高，比一般實際的抹香鯨還大上3倍，一次共可以容納300人進場，是全世界最大的抹香鯨造型主題館。

紙風車基金會執行長李永豐表示，希望藉由這隻抹香鯨讓大人與小孩都能充滿快樂與驚喜，並讓孩子從小即養成愛護環境的觀念。

其實，製作巨型抹香鯨的廠商，也是製作黃色小鴨的專業製造商，但兩者的創意來源與裝置過程卻完全不同。黃色小鴨是荷蘭原創、授權台灣製造，抹香鯨則是台灣原創，且材質使用防彈布，比起黃色小鴨的PVC塑膠布更耐風也耐損。

另外，比起免費參觀的黃色小鴨，雖然動物昆蟲創意展門票要價250元，但是抹香鯨與只能拍照留念的黃色小鴨相較，多了遊樂性和互動性，還有七個展館可以參觀，趣味度也大增。
