打積分賽一段時間了,一直在所謂的"地獄場:銅五"奮鬥....
我不是甚麼超強高手,但是自認不會雷隊友,而且該有的觀念都有,也願意幫助團隊獲勝而不是只顧自己肥.

本來以為打積分應該都是比較有水準也比較認真的隊友,可是光是從選角開始,就經常遇到
"我只會上"
"我不會SUP"
這種隊友
無言一

遊戲開始了....二個隊友要搶AD沒人願意讓,變成雙AD.
那就算了...雙AD結果從頭到尾沒人要買眼....買一個眼都不願意,二個AD就傻傻的等着被GANK

好,謝天謝地總算遇到一個願意配合的SUP.
遊戲開始不到五分鐘,SUP怪AD先買鞋不買攻裝所以殺不了,然後丟下AD不管,自己跑去打野....

類似這樣的情況,在銅五實在太多太多了....
這跟技術無關,而是根本連最基本的團隊作戰觀念都沒有
請問這種"雷死人"的隊友,大約要到哪一個階段,才會消失呢?(或者至少偶爾才會遇到,而不是2,3場就遇到一次)

●為何老闆不該當面表揚優秀員工？

不少公司都有優秀員工獎勵會議這樣的安排，但最近的研究顯示，公開表揚是錯誤的，永遠不應當眾表揚一個人。表揚是一種危險而有效的東西，對被表揚者有著巨大而積極的影響，但最好在私下裡做。

不少人懷疑這個看法，但現在數據提供了佐證。新的研究顯示，表揚帶來的副作用頗糟糕。旁觀者不僅敵視受表揚人，而且他們馬上就會開始討厭那個提出表揚的人。他們嫉妒受表揚者，也憎恨提出表揚的人。

Elaine Chan及Jaideep Sengupta兩位管理學專家，兩年前曾說，恭維話再多都不為過，這恭維並非發自肺腑，但受者仍甘之若飴。現在，他們致力於研究恭維對無辜旁觀者的副作用。這份發表於《消費者研究期刊》(Journal of Consumer Research)的研究報告描述了一場實驗。在實驗中，研究人員讓數百位學生想像這樣一種場景：在一家服裝店裡，自己聽到店員誇贊另一位顧客看上去很漂亮。

研究人員首先問學生們，聽到這個以後的第一反應是什麽。然後又問他們，經過考慮以後的反應是什麽。學生們的本能反應全都是負面的，而經過考慮後（即適合公開說的）的反應則不太那麽激烈。然而更能說明問題的是如下事實：那些學生與被恭維者的關係越近（比如他們在同一所大學上學），他們的嫉妒感就越強烈。

職場的情況顯然也是如此：如果偶然聽到另一個部門的某位員工受到表揚，你會無所謂，但如果是坐在你身邊的同事受到你的老闆表揚，你就會酸溜溜的。

這意味著大多數經理人錯得離譜。他們認為這種做法是正確的，但實際上，他們製造了不滿，並招致極大怨恨。(來源)

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】搭乘輕航機，飛行員突然病倒，機上唯一乘客又從沒開飛機落地的經驗，這樣緊急的事故，就發生在8日英國漢柏賽(Humberside)，一名輕航機飛行員，在飛行途中突然通知塔台，自己身體不適無法繼續飛行，塔台人員緊急找來2名飛行教練，指導機上唯一的乘客如何降落，所幸最後平安落地。

這家輕航機從距漢柏賽機場40公里的桑多福機場起飛(Sandtoft Airfield)，前來支援的飛行教練表示，這名成員對飛機儀表板一無所知，幾乎等於是在盲駛，不過幸好這名乘客相當鎮定，跟著他們的指令，駕駛飛機平安降落，不過突然病倒的飛行員，緊急送醫後不治。
