阿倫與小叮噹分別抬起頭來說：「有啊，阿富副總也會陪你們研發部同仁一起加班啊。」

「哎呀，那不算啦。」阿妙說：「第一，他哪有堺雅人帥？第二，他鬥性又不堅強，哪有像半澤直樹這樣，敢咄咄逼人地狠辣反擊，大聲喊出：『若有人犯我，我必加倍奉還！』」

十倍奉還得承擔十倍風險 小資上班族擔得起嗎？

「ㄟ、ㄟ、ㄟ，我是哪裡鬥性不堅強了啊？」阿妙的頭頂被手指頭敲了三下，趕緊轉身一看～～慘！阿富副總竟然就站在身後猛瞪著他。同時他還接著說：「妳告訴我，本公司的大和田常務在哪，我好幫你好好地十倍加以奉還！」

「呵呵呵，原來阿富副總也是日劇迷啊。」阿倫與小叮噹闔上筆電，站起來問阿富大哥說：「那您欣賞這部片的心得是什麼呢？」

一向溫和待人的阿富副總抬起頭，想了一會兒說：「我覺得，以牙還牙是很好，但是，加倍或十倍奉還就不必了，因為要冒太大的風險去跟人鬥，我覺得沒必要。凡事還是以和為貴的好。」

「可是人家來犯你，你就這麼忍著了嗎？」阿倫說。

「我沒說不回報啊，我是說，只能要求合理回報。要求加倍或十倍回報，就跟投資要求十倍報酬一樣，不是不可能，而是相對自己也得承擔很大的風險。」阿富副總說：「更何況，所謂回報不回報，有時也得花時間等待啊。」

「我就說嘛，副總果然很溫和。」年輕的阿妙又口無遮攔地說。

「溫和有什麼不好？職場升遷，總是溫和的人勝出。」阿富副總說：「日劇歸日劇，你看日本職場，最後會升上來的還不是溫和的人，像課長島耕作，一路升上來當部長、取締役與社長，你看他溫不溫和？」

職場與投資一樣 會有風險 但不該是冒險

「對耶，好像真是這樣耶。」小叮噹因為從阿富副總身上學到了不少投資理財的贏家觀念，忍不住跳出來說：「副總，你以前就跟我說過，投資一定有風險，但不該是冒險。我覺得職場也是這樣，要鬥爭得掂掂自己分量，沒必要承擔過大風險。」

「對，相對比較之下，我比較欣賞島耕作，靠專業、認真取勝。而且，他不得罪人，也不特別愛拍馬屁，反而能均衡布局不同的派系，取得最多人的支持。」阿富副總說。

小叮噹接著說：「副總，自從你告訴我要均衡配置資產，並適時轉換標的後，我最近幾個月的投資績效都變好了耶，竟然有兩位數字以上。」

「你都投資什麼啊？」阿倫與阿妙一起大聲問。

「很簡單啊，30%投資富蘭克林坦伯頓公司債基金，30%投資生技領航基金，20%投資美國機會基金，20%布局科技基金。反正，你去富蘭克林基金理財網上，就會得到最新、也最適合自己投資性格的資產配置建議了。」

「這麼好？誰介紹你這個管道的？」阿妙問。
