餐廳名稱：皇庭閣 消費時間：2013/09/29 地址：澳門南灣商業大馬路288號9樓 電話：+853 2838 3322 營業時間： 週一到週六AM11:00~PM03:00 PM06:00~PM11:00 週日及國定假日AM10:00~PM03:00 PM06:00~PM11:00 公休日：無 圖文網誌：http://literaryouth.pixnet.net/blog/post/274848602 ----------------------------------------------------------- 皇廷閣是英皇酒店的附屬餐廳，而英皇酒店是香港英皇集團旗下產業， 有關注娛樂新聞的朋友應該很常聽到這個集團的名字。 這三天的行程也看了好幾間酒店，發現很多都有附設賭場，規模有大有小。 高貴華麗的餐廳，價錢也跟著高貴了起來，不過如果點心類的話就還ok， 後來點了蝦餃、牛肉丸、鯪魚球、湯包、糯米雞和豆漿腐皮捲，以及雞蛋散。 蝦餃口感 只要是飲茶的地方，一定有這道點心，但是在台灣能讓我吃到滿意的蝦餃真的不多， 沒想到一來澳門就讓我吃到這麼銷魂的蝦餃。外面的澄粉皮相當Q滑，厚度剛剛好； 內餡的蝦子相當鮮甜，沒有異味，調味得宜。雖然個頭不大，但是味道很好。 牛肉丸 裡面加了很多香菜，但是卻不會搶味，也沒有牛羶味，口感不錯。 魚球 在台灣還沒吃過這道菜，連魚都沒看過，所以查了一下中研院的台灣魚類資料庫才知道 鯪魚的廬山真面目。口感的部份是筆較偏軟的，但還是帶點Q度， 不過味道就沒那麼強烈，較為清淡。 湯包 雖然在台灣湯包很常見，但是每個人所呈現出來的風貌與味道也會有所不同。 雖然小小一顆，不過裡頭湯汁相當濃郁，還帶有膠質的黏性。 糯米雞 不同於一般糯米雞，皇庭閣的糯米雞外層是吃的荷葉裹著一層蛋皮去煎， 所以還帶著煎蛋的香氣。內餡還多包了鹹蛋黃，讓整體的味道與口感更加豐富。 在地友人提到並不是每家店都是這樣的作法，皇庭閣的作法算是特別的。 豆漿腐皮捲，浸在豆漿裡的豆皮吸飽了湯汁，吃起來有濃濃的豆香味，微甜微鹹。 雞蛋散口感類似沙其瑪，沒有油耗味，酥鬆但不黏牙，配著金黃色的糖漿，滋味很不錯。 因為是飯店餐廳，所以價格會稍微高一點，不過用餐環境比較好，味道也很棒， 澳門友人說如果要聚會，都會來這裡吃。 大三巴跟市政特區離這不遠，附近也相當熱鬧，而且很多美食， 建議可以再這裡點一些點心吃就好，再留點胃口吃其他的小吃。 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.143.182.51

 【簡竹君╱綜合外電報導】內戰中的敘利亞，許多受僱於政府的狙擊手，在反抗軍佔據城鎮以平名為目標大開殺戒，甚至拿孕婦腹中骨肉當人肉標靶，只為贏得「死亡遊戲」的獎品：香菸。甫自敘利亞義診歸來的英國醫師諾德(David Nott)，公布令人髮指的X光片，一個已成形的胚胎，大腦遭子彈射穿。
 
英國《每日郵報》報導，諾德形容敘利亞是「地獄中的地獄」，狙擊手每日轉換殺人目標與部位，以增加「趣味」，而擊中目標的狙擊手可得香菸為獎勵。
 
諾德說每天早上從第一名送進醫院的傷患，即可得知狙擊手當日以什麼人或哪個身體部位為標靶，「有一天全是臀部傷患，隔天傷者都左胸中槍，再隔天全部的人頸部都遭槍擊。」最令人髮指的是大腹便便的孕婦也不放過，諾德說：「我在戰區義務行醫20年，從沒見過有人以孕婦為攻擊目標。」
