【林海／台北報導】國內食品安全頻出問題，頂新集團董事長魏應交呼籲，只要標示清楚，大家要相信國內還是有能力生產好的油品，才不會「全民皆輸」。
 
魏應交進一步分析，其實棉籽油在精鍊過後，就已經不含棉酚，並且是穩定的食用油，因此不要污名化，「沒有檢測出來不代表不含」的說法並不合理，這是有國家標準的，「現在國內的問題是廠商標示不清。」
 
魏應交呼籲，不要因為這次的單一事件而影響消費者信心，大家要相信，國內還是有很多有良心的食品廠商，也都有能力生產好的油品。
 
不過，頂新國際集團董事長魏應行仍語重心長指出，國內薪資結構長期沒調整，導致民眾對於物價敏感，因此夜市經濟、路邊經濟盛行，這些都是食品安全的隱患。

第9屆兩岸經貿文化論壇（國共論壇）今天在廣西南寧舉行，大陸全國政協主席俞正聲提到中共中央總書記習近平對台方針的四個堅持。

俞正聲在致詞時表示，習近平6月與中國國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄會面時，闡述中共中央對台的四個堅持，「堅持從中華民族整體利益的高度把握兩岸關係的大局，堅持在認清歷史發展趨勢中把握兩岸關係的前途，堅持增進互信、良性互動、求同存異、務實進取，堅持穩步推進兩岸關係全面發展。」

俞正聲也說，當前與今後的時期，主要任務是深化兩岸關係和平發展的政治、經濟、文化與社會基礎，努力開拓新局面。

中國共產黨第18屆中央委員全體會議將於11月召開，俞正聲說，18屆3中全會是中共研究深化改革問題，統籌推進政治、經濟、文化、社會與生態文明等各領域改革，「這一輪改革範圍之廣、力度之大，都將是空前的。」大陸經濟社會的新發展，可為兩岸經濟合作、乃至兩岸關係提供更強勁動力。

俞正聲也對這次國共論壇提出包括加強兩岸科技、經濟、文化與教育等領域交流，包括提升兩岸對於中華文化的認同以及促進兩岸青少年學生吸收中華文化等。

今天上午大陸央視「朝聞天下」播出廣東新快報記者陳永洲被刑拘的採訪。陳永洲坦承，為顯示自己有能耐，獲取更多的名利，他受人指使，連續發表針對中聯重科的大量失實報導，導致這家公司聲譽嚴重受損。

央視朝聞天下今天報導，身處湖南長沙第一看守所的犯罪嫌疑人陳永洲，向辦案警方坦承，在未經核實的情況下，連續發表針對中聯重科的大量失實報導，致使中聯重科聲譽嚴重受損，導致廣大股民損失慘重。陳永洲對涉嫌犯罪事實，供認不諱，深刻悔罪，向中聯重科、廣大股民和自己的家人道歉，告誡同行「要以我為誡」。

證據顯示，在發表針對中聯重科的失實報導期間，陳永洲多次收受他人提供的人民幣數千元至數萬元不等的酬勞。2013年6月、7月，在他人授意和周密安排下，陳永洲先後赴香港、北京，向香港證監會、香港聯交所和中國證監會實名舉報中聯重科。

雖然中國證監會及時向陳永洲作出書面答覆，稱「經核查，未發現中聯重科華中銷售區銷售財務造假，未發現中聯重科澄清公告與年報資料矛盾情況」，但中間人認為負面影響已經客觀形成，達到了預期目的。

陳永洲表示，他在不到一年時間內，先後發表的10餘篇中聯重科負面報導中，只有「一篇半」是在他人安排採訪下完成，其餘都是由他人提供現成文稿，自己只在此基礎上進行修改加工，有的甚至看都沒看，就在新快報等媒體上刊發。

他說，他沒有審核這些文章的真實性，只是在文章上做了小的修改，並使用了較多的模糊用語，以規避中聯重科對他及新快報的追究。

陳永洲根據他人授意，撰寫了3條關於中聯重科的負面評論，經他人審核後，發表在為此專門新註冊的一個微博帳號上，被大量轉發。

對於自己的報導，被新浪等知名網站大量轉載，給中聯重科造成嚴重負面影響和巨大經濟損失，陳永洲承認，「我知道這些報導會對中聯重科的信譽產生一定負面影響，但沒想到影響會這麼大」。他自己很清楚這個事情有風險，查到了都得死。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台東沈姓民眾周四搭台鐵莒光號到高雄，售票窗口告知沒座位只好買站票，上車卻發現座位很多。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，家住台東的沈先生周四上午搭乘台鐵莒光號到高雄，買票被告知「沒有座位」，當天有很重要的公事，不得已只好搭了，沒想到一上車，第一車廂只有他跟另一名旅客，大罵台鐵放著座位不售出讓乘客罰站。台鐵調查發現是員工誤觸按鍵，導致系統出錯，向乘客道歉外也將懲處員工。

【蔡惠如／台北報導】今晨4時網友艾文在噗浪po文指「Apple發生大事了，我和我同事的iTunes帳號都被駭了，網路上災情一片」(http://www.plurk.com/p/jbvvvb)，並在po文回應中，請網友趕緊檢查iTunes帳號的信箱，有沒有收到資料被更改的通知，有收到的話，不用試著把帳號救回來了，資料已被竄改。

下方網友也紛紛留言回應：「這太恐佈」、「很聽話的把信用卡帳號停掉了」、「個人推測是跟幾個月前蘋果的開發人員網站被駭有關，那時應該有洩露出大量的 Apple ID」。

《蘋果》記者實測可正常登出登入iTunes帳號，3C部落客湯蕙如表示測試其帳號也沒問題，蘋果對此狀況目前未進行任何回應。
 
湯蕙如表示，現不清楚實際狀況，網路有部分討論，但個人觀察未有很大災情傳出，推測範圍仍在小眾個案，建議iTunes用戶可先至官方網站更改帳號密碼，(官網步驟教學連結：http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5624?viewlocale=zh_TW)，若民眾收到蘋果通知要求更改密碼的郵件，不要用信件上的連結進入，一定要自己進入蘋果官網修改，可避免惡意人士故意趁機散佈假信件，騙取帳號。
