【陳嘉恩／台北報導】勞委會今宣布，為了配合內政部「全面免附戶籍謄本」執行計畫，明年3月起職災死亡勞工家屬在申請10萬元的家屬補助時，可免附戶籍謄本，只需用戶口名簿影本即可申請，再由勞委會透過內政部戶政司系統資料比對。

另外，勞委會也正研擬修改辦法，未來勞保生育給付在申請時也可望免附戶籍謄本。至於勞保死亡給付，因涉及親等認定問題，暫時仍須以戶籍謄本來認定，未來內政部建置完成親等關聯系統後，會再研擬修法免附戶籍謄本。

【詹智淵／彰化報導】大統長基公司上月18日停工後，高振利要求員工上四休三，想藉此減少薪資給付，但部分員工無法接受，認為大統公司逐漸失去未來遠景，轉為傾向接受資遣，並在勞工處舉辦的「大統長基勞基權益說明會上」表達接受資遣的意願。

勞工處副處長何俊昇表示大統員工數為209人，目前已接受資遣的員工增加1人，變為15人，大順則還是維持4人。由於發薪日為每月10日，勞工處將密切注意發薪情形。

衛生福利部部長邱文達今日率部內官員，赴立法院針對「油安行動」進行報告，其中，民進黨立委姚文智質詢「違反藥物GMP的產品，如何處置、是否下架？」衛福部官員未能充分答覆，揭示下一個民生未爆彈，可能是藥品安全問題。

姚文智4日在質詢邱文達時，針對食安問題提出多個問題，後話鋒一轉，他問道「藥物違反GMP製造部分，該如何處置？如果連續違反二次呢，是否需要下架？」對此，衛生部次長兼食品藥物管理署（TFDA）代理署長許銘能表示，產品是否下架須看臨床反應，而製造的部分則先停止製造有關藥品，邱文達則未針對此做出回應。

姚文智直指，他從衛福部網站上，查詢違反藥品GMP法規的製造廠，有些工廠甚至連續二年「嚴重違反GMP」規範，但衛福部似乎沒有積極處置，甚至沒有具體作為。對此，衛福部官員現場均無法答覆。

由於姚文智質詢時間終了，姚最後指出，希望衛福部不僅要看重食安問題，還要能正視藥品把關方面的作為，由於這是衛福部自家網站公布的資料，表示主管單位管理上有死角，希望社會各界能進一步監督了解。

大陸共產黨第十八屆中央委員會第三次全體會議定於11月9日至12日在北京召開。本次會議將涉及哪些方面改革、會出台哪些重大決策、將對大陸未來改革產生何種影響，圍繞這些問題，連日來，世界媒體紛紛進行報導，表示充分關注和期待。

根據新華網報導，路透社報導說，本次會議將是中共中央委員會自去年換屆以來第三次舉行會議，歷史上的三中全會往往是大陸實現經濟改革的『跳板』。大陸領導人將在會上討論深化金融改革議題，並設置未來十年經濟議題。分析人士和投資者希望會議能為這個全球第二大經濟體的未來描繪出一個新的增長戰略。

埃菲社報導說，會議將啟動空前的經濟和社會改革，這些改革對轉變大陸經濟發展模式至關重要。

拉美社報導說，大陸十八屆三中全會對大陸下一發展階段的經濟社會改革和調整至關重要，會議將開啟大陸改革開放進程的新階段。這些變革將有助於完善市場經濟體系、轉變政府職能和完善創新體制。專家認為，大陸領導人正有志於將社會主義市場經濟建設引入一條富有活力、創新導向、包容有序、法制保障的道路。

俄羅斯《獨立報》刊文指出，十八屆三中全會將通過全面深化改革的決定，進一步確立新的發展模式，並以市場改革的深化推動城鎮化建設。

英國《金融時報》刊文指出，會議將確定大陸未來五至十年經濟政策路線。大陸領導人對於改革的熱情不容低估。大陸未來可能會更加重視國內消費、金融創新，並為經濟增長提供新的動力。

德國《法蘭克福匯報》刊文說，會議將制定指導方針。內需、民營部門、城鎮化、新技術和服務業可能得到加強，行政部門會精簡機構並減少官僚作風。一些經濟學家和政治學家堅信，會議制定的路線將幫助大陸到2030年成為高收入國家。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，三十五歲的陳孝勇學生時代就迷上正義化身的超人電影，還在左手臂刺上英文字「Ｓ」。他也愛蝙蝠俠，花了一萬七千元從美國訂購蝙蝠俠裝，萬聖節扮成蝙蝠俠，帶著穿超人裝的四歲女兒及一歲兒子到百貨公司，民眾爭相合影。陳太太潘凱蒂（三十歲）因為愛漂亮，打死不願扮女超人。身材火辣、常一襲爆乳裝的她說：「扮超人、蝙蝠俠是先生唯一的興趣，我舉雙手支持，但無論如何都不可以叫我扮女超人。」
