超級颱風海燕重創菲律賓，法國總統歐蘭德今天表示，法國將盡全力協助救援。

歐蘭德表示，海燕颱風襲擊菲律賓造成相當嚴重的損失，也使許多人喪生。

歐蘭德除對菲律賓當局和人民表達慰問之意，也強調將盡全力協助救援。

法國非政府組織「世界醫生組織」（Medecin du Monde）已自巴黎派出1組醫護和後勤支援小組，「反饑餓行動組織」（Action contre la faim）緊急動員各界樂捐，法國民間救援隊、法國紅十字會都向法國國內和在亞洲的分支機構，調動緊急救援物資，並呼籲民眾踴躍捐助。

無國界醫生組織（Medecins sans Frontieres）表示，他們將提供200噸包括醫藥、帳篷、衛生用品的救援物資，數天內就會運抵馬尼拉，1架救援專機11日將從杜拜起飛，另1架專機12日從比利時起飛。

義大利的葡萄酒融合豐富的歷史、文化和地理特色，種類繁多、風格各異，看中台灣消費和品味葡萄酒的潛力，義大利經濟發展部與釀酒協會將前往台北辦活動，推廣葡萄酒。

由義大利經濟發展部領軍，約30家酒莊14日將在台北的香格里拉遠東國際大飯店舉辦「葡萄酒王國義大利」的研討會和晚宴，向營運商、經銷商、餐廳和品酒專家介紹美酒。

位在台北的義大利經濟貿易文化推廣辦事處多年來持續推廣葡萄酒文化，在既有的基礎上，義大利經濟發展部與葡萄酒協會、酒類產品公會和酒業協會簽署協議，以完整的計畫向台灣推廣葡萄酒。

14日是計畫的第一階段，當天下午的研討會先介紹義大利主要的紅酒和葡萄酒產地，隨後廠商可以面對面會談並親自品酒，晚宴則展現義大利美酒與美食的完美搭配。

第一階段結束時將篩選出適合的台灣合作夥伴，邀請他們在2014年春天拜訪義大利，進行為期6天的參訪行程，參觀葡萄酒和氣泡酒酒莊、參加國際酒類研討會，並拜訪紅酒醋廠和乳酪廠。

台股本波自高點8,476回檔，跌幅達3.1%，加上美股道瓊指數上周五再創歷史新高，台新投顧董事長吳火生分析，不排除今天見到台股反彈，只是台股仍在食品安全風暴中與財報營收公告期間內，不排除至上半周之前，台股仍朝跌破季線8,206點跌破。

上周五美國非農就業人數雖增加20.4萬人、遠高於市場預期的12萬人，但因增加就業者多屬兼職，市場因此認為聯準會Fed在12月應不會削減量化寬鬆QE的規模，道瓊指數因此創新高，而且前一日美國GDP數字亦優於預期，就使得美元指數再度轉強站上81，資金頗有回流美國的情況，吳火生認為，由此來看，不排除美股續強，但看上周五新台幣盤中仍呈升值走勢，研判對台股連二賣的外資資金仍留在台灣並呈匯入；而外資期貨與選擇權空單減少，顯示仍對在食安與財報營收而偏空的台股觀望。

不過歐元區降息與經濟數據助美元轉強，有利美股續強，但還是要留意周四美國下任Fed主席候選人葉倫將至國會聽證，是否會對之前一貫主張的「QE要待失業率下降到目標區之後才退場」的論點，因最近的經濟情勢稍做轉佳做出修正；持續做修正的亞股，則在等待明天大陸三中全會結束後宣布的經濟政策方向，都是投資人要留意的國際動向。

台股財報與營收公告多呈不佳，所幸台積電（2330）董事長張忠謀在上周六的運動會上對前景仍呈正面，鴻海（2317）第3季財報也應是優於預期，都有助台股穩定，只是本周還有和碩（4938）、華碩（2357）、廣達（2382）等NB相關廠法說會，各自對NB前景看法與策略值得留意。

今天除了有和碩的法說會，盤面上還可以留意的是上周出售威寶的金寶（2312）與仁寶（2324）走勢，此外，MSCI在中小指數中加入的個股，可以分成汽車零組件、生技與中概三類，這也是盤面可以的多頭指標。

數位相機、智慧型手機普及之後，自拍成了多數人最愛的活動之一。不過大家可能常常會有一樣的困擾，那就自拍時不但手要伸長長的還得用很扭曲的姿勢按拍照按鈕，如果自拍時要把背後的風景名勝或標的物也拍進去，幾乎很難讓手機站遠遠的然後自動按下快門、拍照。

這時候，你可能會需要下面這個相當實用的拍照工具 Pixme 自拍王。

使用 Pixme 拍照時，它會自動透過人臉辨識功能偵測眼睛位置並自動對焦、按下快門。快門模式有三種，一是自動拍照的「人臉快門」還有像平常一樣需要自己按的「手動快門」，以及可以自動連拍的「模特兒快門」，讓我們依照不同需求來拍照。拍照時也可設定倒數計時的秒數，看是要對焦完立刻拍照或倒數 1秒、3秒、5秒、9秒..之後再拍。搭配上模特兒快門的自動連拍功能的話，可以放著讓手機自動一直拍一直拍下去。

拍照完後還有一些簡單的亮度調整、美膚效果等特效，還可自行輸入文字、貼上可愛小圖示或更換像框、布景主題..等裝飾與特效，相當不錯。

各位好： 記得小時候好萊塢電影霸佔全台戲院， 那時候，萬萬沒想到華語片能有今日的水準， 更沒想到在美式電影當道的世代裡， 華語片已能闖出如今的一片天。 話出此言， 實因近來確實看了不少不錯的華語片(不限陸、港、台)， 但小妹我對電影研究不多， 所以希望各位版友能提供值得一看的華語片片單供我參考(類型不限)。 在此，先分享我看過覺得不錯的華語片， (港)激戰、盲探、桃姐、單身男女、寒戰、聽風者、讓子彈飛、KJ音樂人生... (陸)海闊天空、歲月神偷、與愛別離、失戀33天、非誠勿擾1和2、武俠... 我25歲女，是因為覺得應該要養成固定運動習慣(為了未來的健康)而開始運動

 從前我很排斥運動非常討厭，
 因為體能差，柔軟度又是全班最差，本身又有貧血
 血液循環(血液回流的功能比一般正常人差一點)

 
 現在出社會的工作是完全在電腦前一整天

 運動的目的只是為了健康，不是為了減肥

目前已經開始每週有1天的瑜珈課程
已經持續一個月了(應該會一直一直持續下去

但我在想是不是不夠?應該要在加個跑步之類的
一週一天 

時間上因為星期一~五要上班
瑜珈免強排了週三
想說跑步就排在假日

這樣的運動量適合嗎?
或者有其他的運動類型建議?
