【孫英哲／彰化報導】大統長基食品公司黑心油案今天開庭，本案被告除大統長基公司、高振利、溫瑞彬及周昆明都涉及食品衛生法的攙偽、假冒及刑法的詐欺罪外，檢方再以同樣的起訴法條再追加起訴台糖公司。
 
此外，針對大統長基公司及高振利的犯罪不法所得的金額計算方面，原起訴事實載明為１８億５千萬元，檢方今天也補呈理由書，並將不法所得追加至２０億１千６２２萬８２４５元。

【張勵德／台北報導】強颱海燕上周五重創菲律賓，外交部昨召集國內各大NGO團體緊急完成賑災物資募集，並協調軍方支援，已優先將100公噸的物資，例如軍毯、口糧、帳棚及醫療物資等，送往菲律賓，預計今天傍晚就會抵達宿霧機場。

紅十字會總會表示，菲律賓駐台代表白希禮今天也到場感謝全台灣人民，並親自登上C130運輸機，強調要親自把台灣的愛帶到菲律賓。而該會今天也派出2名先遣人員，隨著軍機出發前往重災區評估需求，並拜會當地紅十字會與紅新月會國際聯合會(IFRC)駐菲辦事處，共同研商後續支援賑災事宜。

依菲律賓官方公布的統計數據，截至10日上午，總計受災人口達98萬餘戶、約446萬人。菲律賓紅十字會則表示，救援團隊在萊特省首府看到約千具屍體，預料死亡人數將急劇上升。

「冰舞」在台灣花式溜冰界並不普及，廣州亞運國手簡佳聖以自己當實驗品，期待能提高台灣冰舞風氣，有一天能夠走向世界。

他過往擅長的是雙人花式溜冰，廣州亞運曾和搭檔王思予拿下第5名，2年前赴美就讀企管研究所，才因認識學校附近溜冰場專攻冰舞的教練而進入冰舞世界。

「如果可以，我花式溜冰所有項目都想嘗試！」簡佳聖笑說，他最喜歡的其實是雙人花式，但今年5月才學成歸國，雙人部分趕不上7月的選拔，才以男子冰舞選手身分站上世錦賽舞台。

昨天簡佳聖穿著黑色舞服全場翱翔，動作看似優美順暢，卻要耗費許多精力，他解釋：「因為冰舞是一直要爆發力輸出的運動，消耗體力很大。」不過冰舞選手壽命長，他笑說：「我想溜到溜不動為止。」

他是台灣唯一在冰舞出賽的男將，世錦賽就當是一次學習舞台，「我們的經驗少歐、美選手10倍，對成績不意外，但希望大家能投入。」

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】一名懷疑有嗑藥或酒醉的男子，本周一傍晚在一條公路上用頭部撞車後，還在公路上向其他車衝過去，更不時要跳上汽車，過程全被一輛車的行車紀錄器拍下。

有目擊者形容，那名男子就像喪屍般衝向汽車。而另有一用路人先是被男子猛踢猛打，之後他更跳上車上。這名男子騷擾約10分鐘後被警方制服，並注射鎮靜劑，並被送往接受精神評估。據悉這名男子年紀為34歲。

即將在台上映的電影《日夜激情》（Day And Night），描述一對大學生好友為了賺外快，決定攜手下海賣淫，她們要應付擁有千奇百怪性癖好的客人，舉凡秒射男、女裝癖、3P、S/M、女女愛，只要客人要求，她們一律照辦！

拍攝該片的女性導演德芙琳格（Sabine Derflinger），在奧地利的電影工業堪稱稀有動物，長期身處男女比不均的工作環境，讓擅長融合劇情與紀錄片元素的她，決定以「賣淫」為主題拍一部電影，情色行業宛如現實世界的縮影，應召女與買春客的互動，正反應出社會上的性別權力結構。

為了徵求電影中的買春客人選，導演和劇組人員也意外地傷透腦筋，因為男演員對於必須赤條入鏡、展露身體一事大多會感到「不甚自在」，反倒在片中飾演大學生應召女的兩位女演員安娜羅特（Anna Rot）及柯蓉施勒格（Magdalena Kronschlager），顯得坦然許多，不僅為戲大方裸露，敬業過激的演出還讓諸位「買春客」大喊「凍未條」！

劇情描述從小一起長大的麗雅和漢娜，一個活潑外向，一個安靜謹慎，南轅北轍的性格沒有讓她們疏遠，反而鎮日形影不離。當麗雅基於好奇和好玩而要去應召站「打工」時，漢娜也決定跟著下海，當神秘的異色世界在她們面前展開，快速湧入的大筆金錢令她們目眩，逐漸迷失於這場情慾冒險，分不清日與夜的界線。《日夜激情》將於本周五（15日）在台上映。
