即使出版已有 11 年的時間，Jim Collins 的 Good to Great (中文翻成從 A 到 A+) 至今仍是所有年輕 CEO 必讀的一本管理學大作，而 Collins 這位 Stanford 出身的管理學者，也因此成為無數企業領導人的座上賓，奠定了他大師的地位。

不過 Collins 的所有著作裡面，我最喜歡的卻是在 2009 年出版，較少有人討論的 How the Mighty Fall (中文：為什麼A+巨人也會倒下)。

簡單的說，如果 Good to Great 是一本「如何變成成功企業的管理方法論」，那 How the Mighty Fall 就是成為成功企業之後領導者應該讀的「心經」，在裡面 Collins 用相當扎實的研究結果來告訴你驕傲、盲目的追求成長，以及無視於風險是「成功」企業與其領導者最容易犯的毛病，並且會帶來帝國的衰敗。

一旦衰敗開始發生，這些仍活在昔日光榮中的領導者，最直覺的反應就是一鼓作氣放大絕來扭轉頹勢，但那樣做往往只會適得其反，加快其衰亡的速度。

這背後的邏輯其實不難理解，生於憂患死於安樂，成功往往帶來舒服的日子，久而久之整個組織便陷入過度樂觀的陷阱，這時一旦碰到投資失靈或是環境劇變，安逸久了的人們當然無法反應，這時即使領導人想靠蠻力來扭轉局勢，已經敗壞的企業文化當然無法就這樣根治。

所以終究，無論你是 Start、Good 或已經成為 Great，永保戰戰兢兢的創業精神，才是長期領先的最終秘訣。

其中，Collins 點出 Right People in Key Seats，也就是在關鍵的位置上放入對的人，是領導者最最重要的功課，重要到他甚至在書的附錄送上了關於這個主題的研究結果。根據這個研究，Collins 歸納出「對的人」有以下六點共通的特色：

1. 對的人與公司的核心價值契合 – 所以你該雇用的是價值觀
2. 對的人不需要嚴密的管理 — 如果你需要一直盯著某人，那代表你找錯人了
3. 對的人了解他們擁有的不是「工作」，而是責任 — 他們不是在把工作清單清除，而是扛起興衰的責任
4. 對的人兌現他們的承諾 — 他們不輕易承諾，但言出必行
5. 對的人對於公司與公司的作品非常有熱忱 — 就像創業者一樣，對的人熱愛他們的公司
6. 對的人展現出「鏡子與窗戶」式的成熟度 — 當事情順利時，對的人指向窗戶，歸功於外在的助力。當事情不順，他們指向鏡子，說：「這是我的責任。」

如果你覺得這種人聽起來很耳熟，沒錯，對的人其實與你或你的共同創辦人沒什麼兩樣，當然這種人不容易找，但如果要成為長期成功的一流企業，這就是創業 CEO 必須要花很多很多心思在上面的功課。

外交部長林永樂說，目前募集到援助菲律賓的物資已經超過100噸，昨天執行任務的2架C-130在昨天半夜順利完成任務返國。林永樂說，能夠在一天內，運送15噸物資，「效率可以說是非常驚人」，後續會和國防部密切配合。

林永樂指出，援助沒有上限，主要是配合菲律賓的需求，除了一部分的捐款，最主要還是以食品、飲水、毛毯、帳篷等物資為主，捐贈物資大約5000萬台幣，超過170萬美金左右，目前預估7000萬的運輸費用。至於運輸經費有無上限？林永樂說，主要計算以空運為主，以募集到的物資、數量而定，採取最有效的方式。

這次C-130運輸機展現出國徽，林永樂說，這是我國跟菲律賓之間的默契，希望能盡速運輸物資到災區。

標題[普雷] 陰兒房2 - 之...日夜巡隊外傳

我還滿喜歡看鬼片的 而且還會遮住眼睛從指縫看 不過我比較不喜歡鬼怪100%現形 甚至搏鬥PK的設定 因為那就從鬼片變成奇幻電影了 陰兒房2 前半段的確滿恐怖的 那種面對未知的恐懼有確實感染到觀眾席上 還有情侶開始玩手機分散注意力 不過到了後面 一票人馬突然開始陰間遊記 或者是跑錯棚進入巡者世界的 幽界 時 鬼片就變成老鬼和新鬼的格鬥奇幻電影了 也開始有觀眾笑出聲來 我覺得陰兒房2的恐怖感從這裡開始崩壞真的很可惜 而且最後打鬥的部分在劇情和特效感覺有點敷衍 好處則是幫助觀眾把最後的恐懼感清除乾淨 這樣晚上回家比較不會害怕吧 總之後半段如果用巡者的設定來解釋 就是有一對黑暗7級(低等級)超凡人母子未經許可殺人 結果惹到幾個尚未啟蒙的超凡人 而且他們還自己學會進入幽界 就由幽界殺到反派的老家把反派滅了 至於那個傳聲筒應該是某種避邪法器吧 功能就是可以把一票人從幽界帶回來 所以製作傳聲筒的小兒子 應該是未啟蒙的超等級法師。。。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 39.14.19.128

標題[問題] zr 現在都沒有黑色了嗎

做了很久的功課，最後鎖定去手機行辦大省續約的ZR，卻問了七八家都沒有黑色，是ZR都不會有黑色了嗎？ 心灰意冷之下只好想退而求其次，辦第二順位的ZL 但最近似乎災情不斷，還是我最在意的通話 也不知道要不要給htc one mini機會（新一太貴且我不想賭紫光） 還是乾脆辦便宜又好用的TX跟我老婆情侶機 但我還是會想黑色zr,有人有情報為何沒有黑色zr嗎？（我人在台中） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.165.68.192
