讀書絕對不能只靠記憶力，
記憶力只是學習能力的其中一項，並不是全部；
你必須加強的是讀書的理解力，而不是只著重在記憶。
只有記憶而沒有理解，那只是死背死記，很浪費時間，而且背過很容易忘記。

功課記不住，一般都不是記憶力的問題，主要在於你用的方法對不對，

正確的讀書方法一定要強化自己讀書大腦的深度思考，
讀書的過程有經過自我深入的思考，才有進一步的理解，
這樣讀過的東西印象才會深刻，才不會讀過就忘。

首先，正確讀書方法一定要學習自己會做思考筆記。
做筆記不是指上課抄重點或整理重點的筆記。
正確的筆記方式必須是自己思考後寫下自己想法的筆記，
因此，做筆記不僅可以幫助自己讀書做到真正的深度思考，
更可以將讀過的資料進一步濃縮變少，
將讀過的東西轉換成自己的思考架構記錄下來，
這樣子未來要再複習就可以省下至少一半的複習時間，真正做到讀書事半功倍。

其實不管讀任何科目，都必須用思考理解的方式去準備，絕對不能死背硬記。

像國文、社會等這類文科，要會用自己大腦思考的方式來準備，
將課本上的內容變成自己的思考架構，
找出資料的關聯性，這樣讀過有自己的想法，才不容易忘記。

數學、理化這些理科更是一樣，要善用大腦去理解基本觀念及各種公式，
不能光靠死背公式、多做題目、硬記題型，因為考試題目是變化無窮的，
如果只有背公式記題型，那一定無法應付各種考試。

讀書或準備考試有正確的讀書方法，
不僅在上課時可以更有效掌握老師的講課內容，自己複習時也能更快吸收，
可以縮短大量的讀書準備時間，更快速提升讀書效率，減輕自己的讀書壓力；
更可讓你有更充份的時間去準備更多功課，或做你其他想做的事。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】《蘋果》昨報導，民眾十一度檢舉台中地院書記官楊金池住家違建，台中市府卻遲遲不拆。市長胡志強昨稱，都發局早在上周二發出強制拆除通知，決定今天上午執行。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，胡志強昨在議會遭受市議員連番質詢時解釋，都發局三月接到第一封檢舉函後，在三到六月間前往稽查四次，楊金池也四度具結要自行拆除，沒想到七月拆除完畢結案後，又偷偷蓋了起來。胡志強表示，都發局上周二已發出強制拆除通知，決定今天上午執行，「並不是報紙登出來才決定拆，也不知對方是書記官。」但《蘋果》直擊，楊宅直到前天仍持續灌漿，完全不甩市府強制拆除通知。

監委黃煌雄13日提出有關前總統陳水扁「收容處遇措施調查意見」，相較於首次5月3日至台中監獄探扁，9月24日再訪阿扁，阿扁憂鬱病情已有改善，且情緒平穩，不搶話，對人表達感謝，無論態度與情緒均迥然不同於過去。

黃煌雄所提調查意見表示，台中監獄對阿扁在監收容的各項處遇，所作的改善，對阿扁的身心症狀，有相當的助益，應予肯定。
