友善騎樓評選 神秘客突擊評分 2013/12/16 記者吳孟珉／台南報導 全國首創的「友善騎樓競賽」網路票選成績出爐，不過高人氣不代表就一定是最優騎樓 ，市府另組評審團甚至派出「神秘客」至現場抽查，了解六十三條參選騎樓最實際狀況， 預計年底將公布得獎名單。另根據訪查，騎樓暢通計畫的民意支持度紅不讓，更希望明年 持續舉辦。 市府騎樓暢通計畫啟動「友善騎樓競賽」評比，共有全市二十一區、六十三條騎樓角逐 ，開放全民網路票選心目中最暢通的騎樓。 參賽騎樓以中西區二十三條最多，而為了面子、裡子兼贏，各區里莫不大力催票，甚至 以臉書串連，全里總動員下，有的得票數破萬。而參加二萬人以下組別的龍崎區，人少志 氣高，還設立大型看板鼓勵大家投票支持。 不過，「友善騎樓競賽」的網路票選成績其實只占百分之三十，為求公平，市府還組成 考核小組騎樓走透透，考核小組除聽取簡報外，並實際考查成效。最特別的是，為了避免 提報單位只做表面工夫，市府還有偽裝的「神秘客」突擊檢查，了解騎樓暢通的「真相」 。 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20131217/news/ncxw/T90016002013121618000489.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 162.218.88.187
