| 扶助童受贈毛衣 溫暖過寒冬

【林靜盛／雲林報導】台北市82歲郭奶奶心疼孩子穿不暖，今透過雲科大學生蘇俊豪等人，送18件毛衣與文具到家扶北港服務處，讓孩子們能溫暖過冬天，幾個小朋友迫不及待拆禮物，經大人幫忙換上，不時把玩新衣服，母親則慈愛的看著女兒，母女情深感動旁人。
家扶主任廖志文表示，郭奶奶在金門長大，全靠母親手織毛衣抵抗寒冬，數十年來把這份母愛分送出去，持續織毛衣送弱勢。蘇俊豪說，郭奶奶雖年邁視力與體力大不如前，平均一件要織1個月，仍堅持親手編織，就怕以後無法織衣，沒人能接手，這一份情，感動郭奶奶女兒，答應母親傳承下去。

| 美成屋銷售 連3個月下滑

美國11月成屋銷售連續第3個月下滑，在房貸利率走升和住宅供給有限使買家卻步之際，來到今年最低水準。
全美房地產經紀人協會（NAR）今天公布，11月成屋銷售下滑4.3%，折合年率來到490萬戶。彭博社調查經濟師的預估中值為年率降至502萬戶。NAR仍估計2013年將是地產業7年來的最佳年度，預估住宅銷量達510萬戶。
房價和借貸成本雙漲，已使部分首購族買不起房子，意味著就業和所得必須加速成長，才能讓房地產業獲得更大動力。與此同時，美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）昨天決議開始縮減空前刺激規模，可能在利率更往上升之前刺激買氣。
沙洛特富國證券公司（Wells Fargo SecuritiesLLC）資深經濟師阿妮卡汗（Anika Khan）在報告出爐前表示：「我們已見到低數據趨勢，但我還是不擔心。若買家預期利率將升高（我們預期遲早會這樣），那些能取得信貸的潛在買家就會進場買房。」
彭博社調查75名經濟師的預估值，介於490萬戶和521萬戶之間。
這份報告顯示，成屋中間價較去年11月上漲9.4%，從17萬9400美元漲到19萬6300美元。
待售成屋數量較10月下滑0.9%，來到209萬戶，為3月以來最少。依當前速度，清空這些餘屋要花5.1個月，相較之下，前3個月為4.9個月。餘屋年增5%。
單戶住宅購屋量下滑3.8%，折合年率降至432萬戶。公寓等多戶住宅銷售年率滑落7.9%，來到58萬戶。

【陳方瑩／南投報導】大陸冷氣團持續發威，玉山北峰氣象站指出，連日來冰點以下低溫，加上足夠水氣，今天清晨4時10分，氣溫攝氏零下0.5度，天空飄雪30分鐘，積雪厚度1公分。但今天目前為止最低溫出現在9時30分的零下1.7度，卻未見再下雪。
合歡山松雪樓員工指出，合歡山區整個上午呈現下雨、起濃霧天氣型態，氣溫始終在攝氏0度徘徊，中午12時回溫到1度。許多民眾期待下雪，今天上山遊客不少，松雪樓即將客滿。
