【聯合報╱記者楊濡嘉／高雄報導】 高雄市壽山動物園新開放的獅園「大貓廊道」和大鳥園「天空步道」，分別裝設強化玻璃 窗和地磚，園方呼籲民眾觀看動物時要保持安靜，不要逗弄動物、禽鳥。 上個周末假期開放的「大貓廊道」，就進到獅園裡，民眾透過強化玻璃窗可和獅子對望， 有些民眾為了引起獅子注意，拍打玻璃窗或在地板上跳動，動物園管理中心主任張博宇籲 請民眾務必停止這樣的行為。 張博宇表示，為了不打擾獅子，進入大貓廊道時，希望民眾不要戲弄、喧嘩或製造聲響， 也不能在廊道裡飲食、吸菸、推擠、嬉戲，如要拍照，禁用閃光燈。 大鳥園天空步道裡的一段玻璃地磚舖面，可以看禽鳥從腳下穿過，這兩天走過這個橋面的 大人小孩，都覺得稀奇。 這段玻璃舖面，每片玻璃載重250公斤，橋面總承載重量為3750公斤，可容體重80公斤成 年人約46人走上去，可是最怕尖銳物品，因此園方明白公告嚴禁穿跟鞋進入，更不能用雨 傘、枴杖、照相機腳架等的尖端接觸，以防玻璃碎裂。 張博宇指出，園方人員或志工如果看到穿高跟鞋的人，會請他們不要走進玻璃舖面橋段， 只是園方人力有限，還是要呼籲民眾如果要走這段步道，盡量穿平底鞋，以維安全；持枴 杖的年長者走過這段步道，可以改扶步道兩邊的扶手、慢慢走過。 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM6/8394466.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.139.199

首華財經(8123)成為北油所會員 另成立前海貴金屬交易中心

首華財經(08123)公佈，全資附屬公司首華諮詢，跟北油所訂立了一項協議。根據該會員協議，以代價200萬元人民幣作為首華諮詢成為北油所會員的會員費用，首華諮詢可由2013年12月23日至2014年12月31日於北油所從事指定之現貨交易及現貨電子交易油品業務，並享有由北油所提供的交易信息和相關服務，及相關的業務指導。

北油所是北京市人民政府批准設立的。北油所專注多種石油石化產品交易的現貨交易，並為會員提供從交易、融資、結算到交收的完善服務。

此外，公司與德勝公司等向深圳市交易場所監督管理聯席會議辦公室遞交申請，以於深圳前海成立深圳前海首華貴金屬交易中心。該合資公司將主要從事白銀及其他貴金屬的現貨交易及收兌業務、為其提供貴金屬現貨電子交易平臺，以及白銀及其他貴金屬製品銷售、投資諮詢及相關培訓服務。

建議合資企業成立後將擁有註冊資本1億元人民幣，首華財經於其中佔有19%的股權。

（中央社記者鄭崇生上海31日電）趕在2013年最後一個交易日，人民幣兌美元匯率中間價今天直接升破6.1的關口，報1美元兌人民幣6.0969元。

大陸央行（中國人民銀行）授權中國外匯交易中心公布的數據顯示，人民幣兌美元匯率中間價31日報1美元兌人民幣6.0969元，續創匯改以來新高，人民幣中間價站上6.0開頭的時代。

接近年底，人民幣匯率再現升值狂潮，數據顯示，人民幣兌美元匯率今天累計升值約3%。

和訊網引述分析，人行放手讓人民幣照市場需求升貶，預計2014年將繼續保持升值態勢，明年「人民幣破6」只是時間早晚的問題。1021231

我住的地方有wifi可以連也有取得密碼
平常我都是筆電和手機連wifi上網
昨天突然手機還是有連上那個wifi可是不能上網
但是筆電還是可以正常上網
我又另外拿了平板試，也是可以上網
就只有手機不行
可是手機連到其他wifi就可以上網了
所以這要怎麼解決?不知道是出了什麼問題?

海安路藝術造街十年有成 元旦開趴 記者黃微芬∕台南報導 　海安路藝術造街十週年，市府辦派對，元旦晚上七時舉辦「『海安酷未來』新年派對」 活動，正式宣告海安路藝術介入計畫最新階段啟動；以貨櫃屋為展場的「海安藝術介入： 十年回顧與前瞻」展覽也將在當天開幕，透過作品回顧及影像記錄，帶領大家回味海安路 藝術造街的蛻變及成果。 　海安路藝術造街二○○四年在前市長許添財的支持下，開始一連串的造街計畫，歷經「 美麗新世界－藝術介入計畫」、「全民藝術造街－公民美學實踐」、「海安街道美術館」 、「海安春醒」、「海安家＋九」等五個階段，將街道與五條港文化、前衛藝術以及文化 創意巧妙融合，讓海安路從蕭條的破瓦殘牆，搖身變成全台老舊陋街重生的優良示範，成 功帶動周邊商圈的繁榮發展，成功案例獲得國內外廣大的注目。 　明年適逢十週年，市府都發局除辦徵圖，展開海安路整體景觀改造新階段的啟動外，並 邀海安街道美術館策展人杜昭賢透過回顧與前瞻，讓更多人了解台南的海安路傳奇，特別 找來十年前即參與海安路藝術介入計畫的台南藝術大學教授呂理煌再次助陣，以貨櫃屋為 展場，搭配影像及裝置作品，展示十年成果及徵圖作品。 　呂理煌表示，海安路藝術造街的強度及受矚目的程度，不亞於一座美術館，值得持續關 注，建立台南不一樣城市發展特色，如果展期一個月就撒走，十分可惜。 http://tinyurl.com/l6y2oty -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 192.210.232.19
