反服貿學運團體占領立院會場已經進入第17天，立院議場門外持續有不少學生靜坐現場。但昨(2)日傳出有人在高樓朝學生丟石頭4次，警方已經介入調查；當地住戶反應學生連日來造成的噪音，讓他們生活已經受到困擾。對此學運總指揮在3日上午10時出面和住戶代表道歉，並承諾在晚間11時到隔日上午7時保持安靜，住戶代表接受，林飛帆也感謝住戶們的包容。

太陽花學運為向政府表達訴求，持續靜坐在立法院，但苦了附近的住戶，店家也因此生意掉了6成，日前青島東路超過100多家住戶、店家，推派社區管委會主委發表聲明，提出3項要求，希望反服貿團體能維護社區安寧。

第一，維護住戶夜間安寧，在深夜11時至隔天清晨7時，勿使用喇叭、大聲公等製造噪音。第二，維護住戶通行權利，社區內的老人通行及商家搬運貨品均需要通暢的通道，希望林森南路11巷的警察及學生撤離；第三，社區商家生意受影響，呼籲學生研擬退場方案。

對此林飛帆在3日上午10時左右，前往青島東路向住戶代表溝通，他承諾在晚間11時到隔日上午7時保持安靜，並向住戶道歉，除了承諾在入夜後關掉音響，並將盡速請人清理張貼在大樓的海報。住戶代表也接受林飛帆的道歉。

美國西北大學研究人員在公共科學圖書館期刊（PLOS ONE）發表研究指出，想要瘦下來很簡單，只要早起吸收一些晨間陽光就可以。

科學家針對54名志願者進行小型研究，發現最瘦的幾位志願受測者吃得不一定比其他人均衡，運動量也不一定比較多。他們只是吸收比較多晨間陽光。

研究人員說，吸收的陽光愈早，身體質量指數愈低，吸收的陽光愈晚，身體質量指數愈高。

國民黨立委張慶忠前天排案審查《兩岸服貿協議》，昨天流會，今天上午9時將再進行，張慶忠受訪時大嘆，擔任召委是吃力不討好，如果可以的話他不想再當召委了。

對於學生認為沒資格當內政委員會召委，張慶忠今日上午受訪時表示，內政委員會召委是朝野共同推舉的，「假如說有什麼不一樣的聲音，也是要循議事程序進行」，若學生有任何意見，只要經議事程序調整達到共識，「我們要遵守」。

至於學生和委員會內是否再發生任何不理性行為，他指出50萬人走上街頭都可以平和散場，張慶忠呼籲大家要平和、理性。
