【更新】俄羅斯上議院通過出兵烏克蘭

根據美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）的最新快訊，俄羅斯上議院已經通過俄國軍隊在烏克蘭使用武力，並要求總統普丁召回駐美大使。但克里姆林宮方面表示，普丁尚未做出正式出兵的決定。

烏克蘭反對派領袖、前重量級拳王克利奇科（Vitali Klitschko）在俄國上議院同意動武後，立刻呼籲「全國動員」面對俄羅斯的入侵。

聯合國秘書長潘基文派往烏克蘭的特使賽瑞（Robert Serrt）則表示，目前的緊張情勢使得前往克里米亞已不可能，所以他已宣布放棄前往克里米亞的任務。（李忠謙／綜合外電報導）
