簽證未下來~沒消沒息~急急急 - 今天, 21:10

請問大大因為簽證補件問題~一直沒消息有知道除了寫信~打電話到移民局~還有甚麼方法可以直接連絡簽證當局請他立刻處理的方式嗎???拜託知道的大大請告訴我~謝謝!!

從凡爾賽宮回到巴黎，發現時間還很早，還在午餐時間。在凡爾賽的時候沒有吃午餐，畢竟那邊沒什麼能吃，就是觀光景點，回到巴黎之後，決定去找幾間忠道站長推薦的小館子吃。

由於是星期日，許多餐廳都沒有營業，第一家去的小館休息，便到附近的這家Thoumieux，好在星期天中午有營業。這家小館子也是忠道站長所推薦的。

不過週末中午並不提供套餐，只能單點，所以我就點了一前菜與一主菜。

餐前送上的麵包，麵包相當大，雖然有切，但並未切斷，所以還是得自己掰斷麵包。

附上海鹽、奶油以及沙丁魚醬。沙丁魚醬看起來十分像鮪魚醬，但味道挺不一樣。沙丁魚醬的口感比較細緻，且油脂較為豐富，所以吃起來有種滑膩的感覺，滋味帶點微酸與鹹味，抹在麵包吃，讓人一口接一口吃，十分美味。

我每餐吃的前菜好像都一樣，總是選鴨肝醬與麵包，真應該換換口味了。Thoumieux是一片方形鴨肝醬，上頭灑上鹽與胡椒，一旁佐著無花果。搭配微溫的麵包。

他們家的肝醬質感較硬，同樣帶點油脂，吃起來肝臟的甘苦味較明顯。因為肝醬比較硬，所以不太好在麵包上抹開，口感比較塊狀也硬一些，但滋味還是挺濃郁的。

法文菜單我當然是看不懂，這道主菜是侍者推薦我吃的，這家餐廳還算不錯，服務人員都願意用英語與我交談，所以菜單看不懂就直接問他們。

這道豬肉讓我覺得很有亞洲風格，有粵菜的味道，這是五花豬肉，使用烤的方式來烹調，外觀看起來簡直就像港式的脆皮燒肉。底下配菜為綠扁豆子以及泡沫，還灑上像是香菜的佐菜以及酥脆的蒜酥。

豬肉肉質相當細膩，口感柔軟多汁，豬皮的部份並不是脆的，而是有些微軟。不過歐洲的豬肉實在是不行，仔細吃還是會嚐出隱藏在肉裡的騷味，不像台灣的豬有閹過，所以不會有騷味。這道菜的敗筆就是在食材本身呀，如果是用台灣豬來做的話，想必會相當完美。

不過這次吃豬肉也有了個經驗，以後在歐洲吃飯還是不要點豬肉吧，雖然料理不會不好吃，但豬肉本身那股騷味還是讓人不太滿意。
